HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ordered a fruit bouquet & balloon. Fruit came, but no balloon. Every time I sent a request, i got the same email with picture delivery (without the balloon) letting me know I can "tip the delivery driver!" Every time I called never received any call back regarding missing item.Kept getting the VERY annoying recording! Left messages, but no return call or email regarding the request. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN! Also telling friends & family to NOT order from Edible Arrangements!
I purchased a platter to be delivered to my wife on Valentines Day. I attempted to track the order that was made 14 days earlier, but the tracking only showed that they have received the order. When I called, a recording said the tracking was out of order. When I tried to get a person, I stayed on hold for about 10 minutes before it made me leave my info for a call back. Needless to say I never received a call back. At 5:30PM, I was finally able to use the phone tracking which said my order was out for delivery. We received the order at 6:20PM and it looked pitiful. The 3 balloons that were suppose to come with the order were very small, deflated and just hanging to the floor and the platter looked very ordinary. I wouldn't pay $20 dollars for this product in the store and yet I paid $82 dollars for it through edible arrangements. Now I remember why I haven't used edible arrangements in years.
I ordered this a week ago, and it still has not shipped. I called 4 days ago, and the customer support agent said he would resubmit it for shipment. I called again today, and another agent asked if I would like him to resubmit for shipment. I simply can't go to this much trouble for something that I paid for a week ago with overnight shipping. I already missed Christmas, so now I am just canceling and honestly, I will NEVER use them again.
On another note, when I called their 800 number, both times and pressed 1 to check on the status of my order, the recording comes on and says, "Your order is on its way! It has been picked up from one of our local stores and shipped with UPS". This plays for everyone and is 100% deceptive, and they know it. My package was never shipped and was never going to be shipped with UPS as FedEx is the tracking number you sent me after ordering. This recording is played to get people to hang up thinking their order has been shipped, so they hang up and don't bother customer service. Out of everything that is the most shady thing they are doing, straight-up lying to their customers! You lost another customer today Edible Arrangements.
My order was not delivered in full (missing items) and also was not what was pictured when I ordered it. I called and the woman at the store who delivered it was rude and would not accept that two things were missing from the order. Was promised a partial refund that was not received. Emailed the company and when they called back the woman could 'not find' my order but kept repeating the wrong order number to her. She constantly cut me off and would not let me fully explain anything. Still waiting for the partial refund since she refused to refund me my whole order. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

I placed an order August 17th 2023 for my daughter's birthday. She just lost her husband to suicide. So I knew that flowers were not The Thing to send being as there was so many flowers at the funeral so I decided to go with edible arrangements because I know from what I see on their website. They offer good products well. I place the order August 17th which was Thursday. Her birthday was Friday, mind you, they charge my card. And never ever delivered the order. I received an email saying they received my order and that my order would be delivered. August eighteenth, which was her birthday. It was such a sad day, and it should have been a beautiful day. She received no birthday gift from me. Because I depended on edible arrangements to deliver the order that I had placed and paid for never depend on this company. They are so unreliable and customer service is horrible. I just called to find out why my order was not received. The lady that answered the phone sounded like she was at home. Answering the phone and had no rhyme or reason to why my order was not. I delivered yesterday I can't tell you how upset I am. Probably the saddest birthday my daughter ever had by the suicide of her husband and now not to receive her birthday gift from her parents. I am so upset. Never depend on this company to deliver an order. I wouldn't even order from this company ever again in life. Don't order from them.you will be disappointed
We are down to one site in Omaha, Nebr., and I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM! From trying to order one - to picking it up-//service is terrible. You can't order by phone, (I live 4 hours away) which I needed to to do to charge one little thing in the arrangement since it was going to be for a luncheon associated with their mother! S funeral.
When my brother picked up the arrangement it looke nothing like the beautiful photograph of the arrangement on line that I THOUGHT I HAD ORDERED. This one looked like an in inexperienced person put it together! So SAD

I ordered a 40th Birthday arrangement to be delivered to a business that has closing hours! The celebration ended and the arrangement still had NOT arrived. Called multiple times because there were special instructions given about the business hours. All they could tell me was they could deliver it somewhere else, but no refund would be given. I said this is horrible service but I guess a one time dollar is better than a lifetime customer and all the employee could say was thank you. This is what happens when a business no longer cares about the customer! NEVER AGAIN WILL I SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS
Once it arrived the arrangement was smashed and cellphone was all sweaty The arrangement was not even visible. Just HORRIBLE

Update: they never called or followed up. They have had plenty of time to fix this issue but never did. Online they sold me flowers and dipped fruit. The flowers were not actually available in the store but they took my money and sold me them online anyway. After charging $127+ for 12 pieces of fruit and flowers, they did not send the flowers because they did not have them. The gift arrived in part but they did not notify me at all, I had to beg for a refund. They sent half a gift but would only refund $29 of the $127 charge. So all in all I spent $97 for 12 pieces of wet and damaged fruit. I am more than disappointed with the service received from Mohammed Junaid over the phone at their corporate office. In addition to refusing to allow me to speak to someone else he kept repeating himself. Certainly he is SORRY to say the least. I am a very dissatisfied customer and refunding me less than half when you baited and switched the purchase is criminal. Edible Arrangements you left me believing your reps and your company are CROOKS! NOTE: Christina a the local office is super nice. Still doesn't change the facts...
I'm having my husband get his money back. They suck! My flowers dead less that 12 hrs. Oh btw they won't answer my call!
I ordered a tray of chocolate covered strawberries. I was so disappointed, when we realized half of them were not covered with chocolate at all. What a scam!
BUYER BEWARE! I placed an order on 2/28 for a delivery on 3/1. The order total was $124.97 and the order said that it had to be shipped via Fed Ex even though we have a local Edible Arrangements. It didn't make sense to me but I was in a pinch and had to place the order. The order was set up to be delivered to an Elementary School and was actually delivered to the loading dock at the district that was unmanned at the time of delivery so the order was placed on the ground, not signed for, and not found until the end of the day that it was delivered. So instead of the order being delivered to the office of the Elementary School that was requested on the order so that my Niece could receive her gift from us it was found at the end of the day and to top it off there was never a card put on the order our Niece didn't even know that it was us that sent her the gift. This was such a waste of money and a big disappointment. Today I called the Customer Service line to express my concerns and to ask for rectification and the rep told me that because the order was shipped via Fed Ex nothing could be done regarding the order. So much for Customer Service. Steer clear of this company. There are several of other companies to order from out there. I wish I would have chosen another.

Strawberries were good, but some of the melon and pineapple had no flavor and the pineapple had some sort of chocolate bean on it, which tasted horrible. Wish I liked it more because I love fruit!
The flowers were half dead or dying and the chocolate covered strawberries were melted and completely smashed. The order was delivered and immediately retrieved from our door, it did not sit at our door. I contacted customer care and forwarded the pictures of the dead flowers and melted and smashed chocolate strawberries. They said they would redeliver the following week…no delivery. Called customer service a 2nd time…no record of the prior call. Told a second time they would redeliver the following week. No delivery again. Who has time yo chase a deliver over a few weeks time?! I would encourage people not to order from this company. I get that things happen in transit, but make good on you word. If you call customer service-they should do what they said they would do. I for one, have better things to do while grieving a personal loss, then chase around a lousy company to deliver a product that my friends paid for to help ease my pain. Your mission is to make people happy…totally missed the mark. I will strongly share my experience and never use this company again.
I sent my son, who has aspergers and has food sensitivities, chocolate covered strawberries for his birthday from the Brick store in NJ. The strawberries had visible mold on them when he opened the box. Having seen the mold he threw away the fruit arrangement that had also been purchased. I called the store three days in a row several times a day but no one answers. I wrote an email to edible and got no response. I finally called customer service to get a refund and was put on with the actual owner of the company who was completely rude. She gave me a hard time about the time that has passed since the order insinuating the strawberries had gotten moldy over the time it took me to contact her even after explaining several times that was not the situation. The blame she should have taken out on the Brick store was directed at me. I was heartbroken to learn when my sons package arrived (since we would not be together that day) that he was not able to enjoy his gift. It was like I got him nothing but spent $90.00. She had no compassion for this. I will never use this company again.
Wanted to get my mother in law drizzled chocolate strawberries, flowers and a stuffed animal to put a smile on her face and that didn't happen. Online order is faulty, you put zip code and it shows you stores nearest to address. So I pick one in San Antonio and then my order ends up in Houston TX! $160 and all I got were the damn strawberries. So I have to pay a $50 fed ex fee only for strawberries because they can't reimburse me! How is this my fault when their website told me a whole other store and the tracking tool never worked either. I call customer service and he was no help ask to speak to supervisor, wait 30 mins on phone just to be told someone will call me back today. Unfortunately the dang Call never came and now I need to call back tomorrow. I am so disappointed! I am glad I see how they run their business and how they treat their customers. This is the last time I use them if they can't mKe this right. They aren't the only ones who do this type of service but I've used them for other occasions and was planning to do so for the next 3 holidays coming up but was not expecting the service i got today.
