Married for 20 years can become a bit of a challenge, specially on special occasions. So I figured I would try something different so surprise my beautiful wife, so I ordered from this location. NEVER AGAIN! Worst mistake of my life! I called early in the morning a few times to get an ETA for delivery, no answer. I continued to call throughout the day, around 10-12 times, left voice messages, with no luck in return phone call! I also sent an email, which was responded by an automated answering service to call the same number that I had been calling all day, with no luck in a return phone call. These days, these occasions you cannot get back. It is really easy to refund the amount of $171.00 to your customer, but the impact that your over booking had on my wife's day, and I suspect many others as well, we WILL NEVER GET BACK!
I was told that Delia is the manager of this location (as per Mary Lou), I would hold her accountable for this huge over booking mistake! These special occasions cannot be redone. If I could give this location ZERO stars, I would.
I have ordered twice on this site, deliveries came on time as promised. I have no complaints, I would use them again. I believe both my orders were for next day delivery.
RUN AWAY FAST! Edible Arrangement's store 1694, located at 7199 SE 29TH Street in Oklahoma City, OK ******* are THIEVES. I placed an order for my mother's birthday in January 2024 to be delivered on February 2,2024 and the store did not deliver my order. Upon calling the store over 10 times the day of I was finally advised at 8pm that the store did not have a delivery driver, however my order would be refunded or delivered the next day RUINING MY KIDS SURPRISE TO THEIR GRANDMOTHER. The best part is it is now March 2024 and I have still not received my refund or my order AND after calling the store on several occasions and being asked for my card information from a complete stranger in a time where everyone's account information is being stolen or hacked I was advised that unless I recited my complete credit card information for this stranger there was nothing they could do for to, to include delivering my order. STEER CLEAR OF THIS STORE THEY ARE LITERALLY STEALING CUSTOMERS MONEY AND MERCHANDISE!
We were sent an inedible arrangement due to a death in the family. The arrangement arrived three days late and the fruit was rotten and moldy when we opened it. I called the store to let them know that we could not eat the arrangement and to attempt to get either a new one or a refund for the purchaser. I was told that they DO NOT GUARANTEE THE FRESHNESS OF THEIR FRUIT (what?) and that we should have consumed the ENTIRE arrangement the day it was delivered. This arrangement was meant for six people but due to the fact that it did not arrive on time, there were only two of us in the household to eat it. The unhelpful person I spoke to said there was nothing they could do because there is no guarantee of freshness. This same idiot also blamed the purchaser for the fact that the arrangement arrived late and rotten. Do not waste your money on this garbage.
They have a great selection of fruit and are always on time with the orders. Never have an issue with my local store. Fruit is always fresh and the portion is always accurate

On the 16th of December 2023,my brother-in-law ordered a Christmas fruit arrangement to be delivered to me on 23 Dec 2023. I still have NOT received this order (4 Jan 2024). After 9 phone calls over this timeframe, being hung up on by a store emplloyee, research online regarding the delivery status and 2 trips back to the local Edible Arrangement store where he placed this order, my brother-in-law has finally requested a refund today, 4 Jan 2024. He is frustrated and very unhappy with this nationwide scam business. It remains to be seem if he gets his refund. NEVER ORDER FROM EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

Edible Arrangements uses moldy fruit. They wash it off and then use it in bouquets and platters anyway. They also eat the fruit while putting orders together and don't change their gloves.

I spent over 30 minutes placing an order that never materialized into an actual order. I was so livid when the young man told me to hold on, Ten minutes passed, so I got in my car & arrived at ten mins of 5. The door was locked & no one was in front. I started to bang on the door. I was harsh to the young man out of sheer frustration! When I was on the phone with him, I asked for a coupon & he told me that they change every day & I needed to give him the code, because he couldn't keep up!
I told him in a time where people are desperate for jobs, his work ethic sucks! I have ordered from this company in Jupiter & in Coral Gables & have found these people to be efficient & helpful, offering me coupons without me having to navigate everywhere to find them. The young man did not apologize. Millennials never do that! He said they had phone problems. He was referring to when he asked me to hold & never came on the line, yet he never called me back after I Taking my cell phone number down. I asked him why he didn't call me back on his cell phone? Edible! I asked fir the DSM, was told he is out of town. How convenient is that! The woman manager was not helpful either! I predict they will be out of business very soon. It's not hard to find good help these days, it's impossible!

I put in 2orders in on April 19th, 2022. I get a confirmation number for both orders to pick up on mother's day May8th2022. I go to pick it up today mother's day and she said my order is for May 10th. I showed her my confirmation number, the manager comes out and tell me she called me twice and that my pick up date was changed to the 10th. She couldn't tell me when she called me. I never got any messages by phone or emails. I told the manager that's crazy that she didn't try to email me or talk to me about changing the pick up date. BUT at 10:17am when I'm leaving the store, I get a email telling me my order is on may 10th. Now I have nothing to give to my mom, or mother inlaw. My mom loves edible arrangements. This is bad business. It's not even worth 1 star.

If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered on Saturday 3/31/23 to my friend which had a serious surgery. Saturday came and went, never delivered. I called the store Sunday moring at 9:08, according to my calling record on my phone. I spoke with a man, he told me it was delivered at 8:40 am Sunday. Nope, nothing was delivered. I called Monday, talked with a very rude girl names Yaritia. She told me Kim the manager would call me, first thing Tuesday morning. Nope, no call. I called at 1:00p.m, spoke with Kim, no help. Put me on hold, Mike, picked up the phone, this was the man I spoke with on Sunday. He told me, he never spoke to me, well phones do not lie, people lie, and he did lie to me. He told me, it was not delivered due to no answer. He said they left a message, nope, my number was on the order as a second number, I never received a call. He was rude as can be to me. Finally, this baby fruit bouquet was delivered. I could not believe how small it was, I ordered the large! Mike thought he was doing something special for me by sending some choc strawberries. I didn't want the strawberries. I wanted what I ordered, delivered when I wanted it delivered. If I didn't keep calling my friend never would have received anything but my charge was billed $60 plus dollars! I hope people read this store's reviews before they give Mike one more order. This man has no people skills, one bit. Buyer beware!

I ordered a small box of chocolate covered fruit on a Thursday at 1:30 to be delivered on Friday (friends birthday). At 3:45 on Friday I checked the tracking information and it said the store had received my order. I called them and they said they were waiting on the delivery guy to pick up the order. I asked if it would be delivered that day and she said yes but couldn't give me a time. Well my friend never received it. I called back on Saturday and it went straight to the corporate office. They left a message a message with the store and said they would call me back. They did not call. I called again on Sunday, it went straight to corporate again. I called again on Monday and corporate said that my order was going to be delivered that day and they already called the recipient to let her know. No one called me. I called my friend and she said they told her it would be delivered by 7:00p.m. She wasn't going to be home that afternoon. I called the store and it went straight to corporate again. I told them to just cancel the order and return my money. I am very disappointed in this company. I don't know if this is a company wide issue or this particular store has issues (San Antonio, Fredericksburg Rd)

Answer: They only sent part of my order, I found out accidentally the order was only partially delivered. I had to call them to get a small refund but $100 for 12 pieces of wet fruit. SCAM and a rip off... The flowers were the gift. They SUCK!
