Awful experienced.
Ordered a pair of sneakers 1 month and a half ago. They use poor delivery companies, so my parcel was never delivered and never got any communication from the delivery company. When I eventually contacted End, they had to launch an investigation and then discovered that the delivery company still had my parcel.
After 1 month and a half I am still waiting for my refund. Is this the type of experience you wish to have when shopping online? Clearly not. Please stay away! I then managed to buy from another platform (Footshop) and got my sneakers delivered in less than a week.
Stay away, stay away from End.

They sneakily claim "free returns" with labels across the screens even as you browse from the Australian site, even claim free returns in the confirmation screen of your order, but they don't tell you it is actually free ONLY in the UK after you start a returns claim. Then you have to pay to return items, in my case $85 aud to send back a pair of runners that were too big (not TTS). Oh and I also paid for shipping $27 AUD, so i've paid $112 for the enjoyment of absolutely nothing.
Companies like this thrive on luring unsuspecting customers into buying products and not delivering them on time or even responding to customer requests for refunds - until the EU regulators approve or laws to stop E-commerce organizations like this from breaking consumer goods protection laws then AVOID at all costs don't by fooled by the low pricing
I recently bought a pair of Alexander Wang loafers from End Clothing online which were unfortunately too big so I have paid out of my own pocket to courier the shoes back which cost a pretty penny, but I didn't mind as I knew their were no free returns. However, what got me upset was that I tried following their return instructions to declare the shoes were returned goods and still got charged customs duties and VAT contrary to what End Clothing had advised. I have been going back and forth with Jake at customer service who does respond however is unable to help in any way. They said to have the goods sent back to me in Hong Kong and they will then provide a "free" return just this once however the courier has made it clear that just because they are returned goods does not mean I will not be charged customs duties and taxes and if the taxes are not paid, the goods will be confiscated by UK customs and not actually shipped back to me. The cost of shipping plus the taxes amount to over two thirds of the price of the shoes which is absolutely ridiculous. I will not be shopping with End ever again and all I can say is shoppers beware!
I ordered two pairs of shoes from END Clothing, and one pair was too big. When I tried to return them, I found out that return shipping is the customer's responsibility. I went to the post office, and the return cost was outrageous—almost half the price of the shoes! I asked END Clothing to create a return label for me, offering to pay for it, but they flat-out refused. Their customer service is terrible and unhelpful. This company doesn't care about its customers; they only want to sell you stuff and then leave you hanging. It's sad to see such careless behavior. I wouldn't recommend buying from this platform. It's a total scam!
My experience with End Clothing has been extremely disappointing. I recently made a purchase of a pair of Y3 trainers from their website, and while the delivery arrived on time through DPD, the contents of the box were a complete shock. Instead of the Y3 trainers I had ordered, I received an entirely different brand of trainers. This mix-up raises concerns about the integrity of their warehouse operations. Not only did I receive the wrong product, but all the tags were present in the box, just not on the trainers I had actually ordered. Given the significant cost of Y3 trainers, this mix-up is beyond frustrating. To add insult to injury, I now have to wait for an investigation to take place, and there's no guarantee I'll be able to get my hands on the rare trainers I initially wanted since they are sold out. This experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied and questioning the reliability of End Clothing's service.
Never buy from END. They have the worst customer service. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, i bought luxury shoes from them. THEY SHIPPED ME THE WRONG SIZE. Just happen that i bought 2 same shoes from them, 1 pair is correct and the other pair i have received is the wrong size. Requested for a return and having an email war with them. They finally said that they will do a courtesy return. What? Its your fault at the first place. Shipping company came to collect return goods and ship back. After i have recieved the exchange after that i was slapped with duties exchange that i have to pay. They just dont understand that they are at fault. Remember guys. If you item is shipped wrong, you will go through this process just like me. Think Twice buying from END. Buying from other platforms are way better. Also they will do their best to push away the problems. They will give the "best experience" (WORST) of buying goods from them.
They tried to sell me a damaged wallet and tried charging me $9.99 for returning the item. I never would have purchased a damaged product if I knew. This site can't be trusted and their product and service is no where reliable.
I ordered a pair of Adidas and used the UK size conversion chart. The chart was inaccurate. I received sneakers that don't fit me. Customer service refuses to help. Wants me to pay $70 to send back a pair of $100 sneakers to get the correct size. Luke, the customer service representative rude and unhelpful don't order from this site.
Bought a rug at 500$, selected the premium delivery, had to pay custom fees for an amount of 200$.
Nothing on the site was announcing this. Other companies include that fee in their price, or take care of it with a broker. Unnacceptable, I wouldn't have bought the goods knowing that.
My account has been banned
Currently having a dreadful experience with End Clothing. Despite several years of making many orders with them, but admittedly returning majority, they have banned me. They did so duplicitously, by initially asking for my ID and a utility bill confirming address, and then once I provided that, they permanently banned me. During this time I did have an order I had just returned, and now today I have received an email from them showing them shipping that order back to me. Their T&Cs say to contact them if have returns to make and account has been suspended; I've emailed them twice about and nothing. Have tried to call them today but at 3pm their call centre is closed, which is ridiculous. I just want to now get my refunds and finish my business with End Clothing.
I purchased a pair of sneakers online for 200 CAD$. I live in Toronto. At the time of purchase, I paid for shipping and handling. Nowhere through my payment online did END website show or made clear that there would be additional Duty fees.
When FedEx personnel dropped off the sneakers, I was told I would have to pay an extra 60 CAD or I would not get my pair of sneakers.
When I reached out to END asking why there wasn't some notification on their website about these additional costs, after approx. 2 wks I was told these were duty fees and there would be no redress.
This was my first time shopping with END and it will be my last as well.
This company is literally hopeless.
Orders arrive many weeks late; impossible to exchange if sizing wrong; customer service doesn't reply to emails.
End Promises prompt delivery and email replies yet don't deliver.
I'm confident this company will soon be bankrupt as its simply not possible to be so crap and remain in business
I ordered an expensive jacket a few weeks ago and it has never been shipped and nobody will respond to me except auto-generated replies. This is a complete scam at this point, they continue to lie about delivery times and promote new products while not fulfilling orders.
Outrageous! Please avoid. I'm never buying from End again. I spent £580 with them online and 3 of the items from the order (2 of which are presents I've not been able to give people) were missing. From the items that did arrive 1 was faulty and is too big to send back via their online service. I have contacted them 4 times and have not had a response back. I had an automated response saying they'd get back in tough within 5-7 days and they haven't. Absolutely awful. So disappointed.
I received my order from their company relatively quickly through FedEx. However, upon receipt of receiving and trying it on, the shirt did not fit. I've been attempting to return the item but End does not include return labels or cover shipping. The company is asking you to send back to the United Kingdom which will cost any person located in the US 100+ dollars to return. After multiple attempts and finding a number that won't charge for international calling *******254 they recommend using USPS. As many of you know, USPS is snail mail and may never make it to the company within their 14 day return window. All in all this company is horrible and I do not recommend using them. Honestly, who doesn't include return labels in 2021? Keep your product in the UK if you are going to make it this difficult to do business.
I bought some Amiri jeans size 31 I was kinda skeptical after seen all bad comment but overall I had great experience I order my pants in morning they was shipped out by 5 o'clock evening time I received them 3 days later exactly as describes in got them for a great price every where else wanted a thousand or better so I definitely recommend End if you want some Amiri jeans
Some of you writing 1 star and not giving credit where it's due is dead wrong. I ordered my shoes 2 days ago and the shoes are already here. Shoes came packaged perfectly and exactly the size I purchased. If you don't know how to convert uk to us size they have a guide chart on the site. If you don't know how to simply read than do yourself a favor and get off the internet. They won me over will buy from again

Received my parcel, opened the box and inside the case…. NOTHING.
Contacted customer service, was basically told they've performed their "checks" and shows no sign that the glasses were not in there.
Basically told "nothing we can do"
So the "End." Result…. They have my $300 and I have a nothing.
