I accidentally put in my old address and they wouldn't let me change it when I messaged them the day I placed the order. Also I then communicated in a timely manner before the order had been shipped that I would like to cancel and have a refund. They didn't respect my request and sent it anyway. They don't respond within 24 hours to your emails sent during business days and when they do they are no help. Multiple times they would respond with questions that I'd answer within minutes and then not hear back for days. Because of this poor communication I will either have to pay for additional shipping or not get my package for months. 1 star is more than fair for what they charge for crap service. If I could give 0 stars I would. NO CAP
I didn't receive my expensive Gucci bangle only an empty box. After 2 weeks of contacting them I got no where. My advice to customers is to ring the trading standards as we have rights to get our money. Back, they have to prove that I received it…how can they if I didn't. Simple. Don't let these people win. Just look at the feedback they should be ashamed of themselves..
Ordered a pair of shoes and charged only to wait a week for shipping info but instead I got a email saying we cancelled your order without any explanation whatsoever and there email say 5 days for a reply nah I'd advise you not to purchase anything from this company no matter how bad you want that piece of clothing or shoes
Do NOT order from this site. I ordered $700 of merchandise - 9 items in total. Only 1 arrived and customer service insists all were shipped and to reach out to the police. The box received could only fit 1 item and weight from fedex matched the one item. They dont respond to email and insist its not their error even after I sent photos of the box and fedex manifest. Complete liars. Wish I would have seen the other reviews before I ordered. Seems to be consistent with only partial shipment of merchandise or incorrect merchandise being sent that is less than the price paid.

Awful service plain and simple. Placed an order for 5 items and received only 1. I only found out about the actual status of my order after personally inquiring about it because nothing had shipped after more than a week. The representative I talked to told me the rest of the order that was in stock will be shipped priority for the delay but nope I then receive a email a day or two later stating that another one of my items was out of stock. Its really frustrating when you really want something that you've been searching for madly and then you finally find it but are let down again. But the worst part is there's no remorse or empathy from END. Well this is the first and last time I shop from here. Most definitely would not recommend.

I ordered a Tee-Shirt amongst other things however the Tee-Shirt never arrived. The box was in perfect condition and had not been tampered with so the Tee-Shirt was never packed. After a lengthy email exchange over many weeks with Francis from customer support END refused to reimburse me or send out a replacement. 0/10 would not recommend will probably take your money for nothing.
I am reviewing the disgraceful practices of the "customer service" team at End Clothing. Customers beware that you will not receive your purchases and the customer service team will do very little to assist. After an admission that they failed to deliver my order for (which was a gift) for no valid reason, the "customer service" team have been extremely dismissive (in particular the "head of customer service" despite their own admission of fault. I will most likely receive a generic response here to cover themselves, however buyers BEWARE you will will not receive your items. Shop more legitimate sites like ssense.com and mrporter.com where their customer service is far more superior to this site.
I ordered and paid for 2 hats. I personally received the package directly from the fedex driver. I only received one hat. Multiple attempts via email with their customer service and they wouldn't resolve the issue. They told me to file a police report. Will never purchase from them again.
They send me my shoes with a torn box, contacted their customer service and there is nothing they can do. Tell me to send back for exchange yet cannot guarantee availability of the item and I need to pay for return shipping for a defective item. What a joke?!?! They just lose another customer!
Simply tragic avoid this website! Imagine buying two items one item which is $100 and the other being $10. However, due to a website or inventory error, the $100 item is "out of stock". END's practice is to automatically proceed to ship you the remaining $10 item without along with the standard $20 shipping fee without consulting you! Customer service also takes 3 days to respond to your emails - terrible!
Ordered over £500 worth of clothing. Had to return some off it and they never refunded me. Kept asking for more info when I had given them everything they needed. Had to open a case on PayPal and they made me wait till the last day of the case to refund me. Total joke of a company. Will not be buying from there ever again.

All its reply left was suggesting to view the FAQs but it doesn't helpful at all. They has created a label number of my parcel at Fedex on 22 Nov and the status didn't have any update. I have ask for help to Paypal as well and i am hoping this nightmare can come to the end.
I set my delivery to a collection point and the £125 trainers I ordered were never delivered, ordered with several weeks in advance for my partner's birthday. Not heard back from End they've got the delivery as "complete". Emailed End and they haven't got back to me. Awful service, birthday ruined.
Won a draw and got charged only for them to take retract it and say too bad... they made no effort what so ever to make it right. They kept asking me to provide them with this and that as if they had no ability to do it on their end. Made me feel like I was begging for something I won fairly.
