Do not order from END!

The website looks nice and the clothes too but you will not receive your order! (I'm
In the US). I ordered a pair of shoes for my husband's birthday and right after the order noticed that their sizing chart was listed incorrectly and had the wrong conversions, so the pair of shoes I ordered were going to be too large for my husband. I contacted them right away and they told me it's too late to cancel order but I could refuse the order when it arrives or they would try and stop the order in the middle the shipment. The order was never delivered and ended up going back to the company, so I thought that they have stopped it on their end. I did get a refund, but without the shipping I paid for. I then placed another order of the same shoes in the correct size, and the order was not delivered and there was a note in the tracking, saying that there was something wrong with my shipping address. I looked on my first order, and it happened to be the exact same reason as the first order, so I contacted them, and found out that my order never made it through customs, so that first order didn't either. I sent them an email saying that if my order was going to be returned to the company they needed to fully reimburse me for the shoes and the shipping because I now had two orders that never made it through customs that was not my fault. I asked for a full refund including the shipping, they have not responded. It's not worth the headache or money loss. DO NOT ORDER FROM END!

Great company to order from

Disappointed

I order a tshirt from end clothing,it stated will arrived 02 Dec. To 05 Dec.,but until now I didn't received any tracking no. Or anything,customer service is sucks too,email them but keep telling u they had high demand of enquires, really super disappointed of thus platform, hopefully my order will not lost or disappear.

I too have the not received any information on my order after almost 2 weeks. I have tried to reach out to them through every possible platform. Their support email tells you to wait 5-7 days for a response, and their phone line sends you straight to a dead-end voicemail. They haven't explained these issues at all, and continue to post about promotions of things they probably won't end up giving you. You're much safer buying from somewhere else.

I ordered a Gucci hat to US and it arrived in an extremely large size, I asked to return and they said I had to pay shipping, I was out $89 for overnight express as they recommended. I verified online with USPS that they delivered hat to them 5 days ago. George, who signs with his 1st name only is lying and isn't acknowledging receipt of the item. Crooks

Ordered a few times without issue but recently ordered a pair of pants, received the wrong item and was told to return for an exchange. I told them that since it was an error on their end, to send out the pants I'd ordered since i've already waited over a week for them. Customer Service took over 2 days to respond to my emails, and when I got on to their live chat, the agent was rude, saying "Please don't talk to me in this manner" when I stated that the agent can check my order online to see status themselves since its all logged in the system.

Bottom line is they give you a pitiful apology but accept no responsibility. A store that sells luxury goods should treat their customers way better. I now have to spend my own time shipping an item back and then having to wait for the whole reimbursement process, or to buy a new item in the meantime. Terrible experience and probably wouldn't buy from them again.

Is this for real

What a joke END. Is! Seriously you should do us a favor and stop your business. As I fly a lot for work I tried to purchase an item from them and have it delivered in USA. Since the billing and shipping addresses were different the purchase coulnd't be finalized. Got in touch with Customer service to find a solution and not only they didn't present one as they suspended my account. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! This has got to be the lowest and worst... I cannot find words for this evan.
Unless you want to make your online shopping experience a nightmare don't bother and end this before it starts.
Shame on you

Customer service is Appaling
December 30, 2022

If you are in Australia, don't bother about returning any product. They will make you pay for shipping even if there product arrived damaged. Unbelievable. I have always been loyal customer and this was the 1st time I made a request for a shipment to be cover as it wasn't my fault but was refused and told that I had to pay for everything if I wanted to return it.

I strongly advice avoiding this company if you're in Australia and shop at your local community because the lack of customer care is terrible. FYI spend over 900 for a shoe to arrive damage and still need to pay for return. Just wow.

Product did not come. Suddenly, get notice price was being refunded for no reason whatsoever.
It was a Christmas present that did not arrive. When I contacted them I got a "real busy" canned
Response and that they would contact me in a week. Thanks for nothing.

I purchased shoes from this store for $182. The size was not as advertised and I needed to return/exchange them. To ship them back to the UK cost $220, while shipping to the US only cost me 9.99. I called customer service and ask for shipping relief and they declined. Poor customer service. I will never shop here again.

Ordered shoes and at no time was there a note/info that they were shipping from UK and would have customs fees equaling the price if the shoes! And of course they instructed FedEx to pay the fees and bill me instead of allowing me the opportunity to decline the shipment before I knew about these fees. Customer service refused to help or even apologize.

Fast shipping and decent price

After reading so many bad reviews I was scared my order would go wrong one way or the other, but it's so much smoother than I anticipated. They are the only website has a variety of choices and my size for a brand I like based in UK. The shipping is super fast. I placed my order on May 19th and it was delivered May 24th, even faster than the excepted delivery. Considering it's shipped from UK and Im in Canada that's pretty impressive.
The only downside is the hideous custom duty. I was charged about 1/3 of the total price. I guess it is on Canada's side not really on End's. Considering many of them were on sale and there is no where else I can got them I'd prob still call it a win.

Instead of the ordered item, I received another one, half the price. The most interesting thing is that the incorrect thing was packed in the correct packaging (from the very thing that I originally wanted).
Basically, the thing that was sent to me suited me. I would like to keep it for myself and return the difference in price in order to re-order the desired item.
For all my attempts to contact support, I received total permanent ignoring. I really hope that in the very near future they will rid the civilized world and civilized business from their existence.

Sent used sneakers

Been buying from end for a while. I really liked this company. Items were received within 3 days. The packaging was always nice with a card. This last purchase was delayed so not a big deal to me. It was a xmas gift. Paid for a givenchy smeakers and balenciaga sneakers. The givenchy were used sneakers. The bottom looks worned. The sneakers are creased. I am quite disappointed and will never buy from them again. Stay away. If I wanted used I would go on Ebay.

I purchased a pair of "shoes like pottery" and asked the sales representative to send me the appropriate size for a woman's us 7. Upon receipt they sent a men's size 7 and when I went to return them they told me to use USPS with tracking at a cost of $50.00 which they said they would refund upon receipt. They only refunded the price of the shoes even though I have in writing from Catherine Bliss that they would pay for shipping.

I used to like End but have had issues with them recently. They sent me a handbag with a security tag still attached. They offered for me to send it back which I did and asked for a refund because by this stage it had taken a couple of weeks to get an answer and I was fed up with it. They received the bag 2 weeks ago and I still have not received an email acknowledging the return or a refund. I email and chat to them but never get a response about what's happened. Where is my refund! This company is a joke. Don't buy from there.

I ordered a Gucci Ghost ring from them and received the package with no ring in the box as well. I called and spoke to them and they said they'd do a security check and would give me an update in 3 to 5 business days. I called back after almost two weeks on no response. They told me that they saw no issues from the security checks, so they are not liable to have to refund or send me a new item. Then they said I should file a police report if I want to "try" and get my money back. This company is a joke! Horrible business. Do not support them!
