I ordered from END. The parcel got left on my doorstep & somebody stole it. I never ask for anything to be left there because it's asking for it to be taken & I actually have it set up on the app for DPD (courier) that they leave it with a neighbour if I'm not home. I emailed END. About this & they tried to tell me that I had requested for it to be left there, so I checked with DPD & they said that END. Had requested it (I didn't know they could). So I went back & forth with them for some time over this & provided proof of what the courier had told me on three occasions, but they just kept telling me that they didn't request that & that I should contact the police.
I ordered a jumper and sandals from End totalling £310 and the parcel was never delivered, possibly stolen in transit. I complained to END but they blamed DPD. I phone DPD and they told me to take it up with END as they were the account holder. Citizen's Advice are very clear on this (it's the retailers responsibility to deliver the goods you pay for) and yet END still did nothing. Do not order from END Clothing!
For their currency exchange theycharge way to much, the rates are not even closte or accurate ona weekly base and makes everything way more expensive as it should be. Even the transaction fees do not justify their messed up currency exchange rates. Nice clothes but i found better and cheaper stores. I never received a reply to my question as well how they calculate the rates. If you cannot hanlde such a simple request good luck with the rest.
END claims you pay $16 for delivery to locations outside of the UK, when in fact it's about $90 as they use FED EX who charges import duties and GST on all items no matter the cost. This can be easily mitigated if they just used Royal Post, like other retailers do in the UK (Wiggle, Ribble, Foska, etc.), and there would be no customs charges.
There is absolutely no warning you will be nailed with customs charges, and their customer service person, Briege, just does not care about customer service.
As well, if the clothing is incorrectly marked for a certain size, you have to pay the return postage, even if you show the size is incorrect with a tape measure beside the offending article of clothing in a clear picture.
END appears not to care about the customer experience. DO not use them for any purchases.
I purchased a Bearbrick that states it was 400%, approx. 11 inches tall in size. Upon receiving my order it was half the size, 200%, approx. 5.5 inches. Had two live chats, sent in evidence of the wrong sized product as requested and yet no response in a week. I called them up in which they have already taken the product off the website and are still not admitting they are in the wrong. It's not that hard to get a ruler and measure the toy to confirm the size.
I was trying to checkout while the site was having a sale. The cart wouldn't let me proceed... I contacted customer service and got the absolute $#*!tiest advice. Did you try the mobile app? Sure, I did that - nothing worked. Why don't you add a credit card? Tried that, didn't work. Why don't you wait a half hour? Nothing changed. They kept giving me $#*! advice and no one actually helped me check out. When did the site start working again? Once half the $#*! sold out and the sale ended... haha. What a $#*!ing joke.
I have ordered several items. You have to read the order size chart and they even say what size the model has on with Height and weight included, then convert to US or your region. I wear a size 11US=44EU=10UK. XL in most UK is 42-44 chest. I have not had any problems. Maybe it's best to try on sneakers, or clothiers in store before you purchase. I would say when I order I usually get within two days from when it ships via Fedex.
I used to think the store was good. I placed an order, ordered a toy and my order was simply canceled without explanation. I won't be ordering from this store again and I wouldn't recommend it to others!
I received my order and it is the absolutely the worst looking fake birkenstocks I have ever seen. Then when I went to return it, they asked me to pay for it and it was over $200 to return an item I paid $85!
So I ordered a saint laurent hoodie.
Paid $126 for duties/customs.
Hoodie drawstring was defective so I returned it and asked for an exchange for a new, non defective one.
Paid $86 in customs and duties the 2nd time.
They sent me back the exact same defective hoodie.
Asked for a refund on the $86 duties and customs as well as I could not get it back from fed ex, neither could I get it back for the initial $126.
They just keep linking me back to fed ex lol. Useless.
They send the product from the U.S. to a U.S. address, do not allow for exchanges and if you need to return they make you return your item to the U.K. Which costs almost as much as what you paid for the item. Ridiculous. I paid $124 for a pair of Birkenstocks and then it was going to cost me $85 to send them back to END in the U.K. Just to return them? No thank you. When I contacted them they said "too bad, you need to return them to the U.K.".
TL: DR: Need to pay $175 in Duties for a $159 coat, because END. Included a faulty invoice.
MISLEADING:
-Shipping Times: says it will arrive in 2 or 3 days, but since they are shipping to Canada from UK it's just not true. It's been 10 days since I ordered the coat.
-Title: Says "Down" in a title, yet it's synthetic fill
-Hiding the fact that you will need to pay duties and tax
POST Sale:
I've received an invoice from FedEx for $175. A bit weird since I paid $159 for the coat. After calling FedEx they told me that while the waybill said $159, the commercial invoice said the pre-sale price of $459.
Good luck trying to call them or send an email.
I placed an order for a pair of Nike Air Force 1 sneakers that I couldn't find for a reasonable price on any US websites. I ordered them on November 8, and the estimated arrival was November 14-15. After receiving the shipping notice, my order just "sat" for a couple of days, with no updates. I thought for sure I wasn't going to receive them. Sure enough, within 2 days, the shipping updated and I received my order on November 14. Extremely happy with my purchase. I will definitely order from them again.
Everything is good until you need to return an item. I ordered a Stussy "vibrant yellow" jacket that has a completely different colour in person than compared to the website image. It is described on the website as vibrant yellow but it's really a dull green/yellow colour.
This was just part of a larger order so I asked them to cover the cost of the shipping because the image and the description wasn't accurate and I sent them pictures showing the obvious difference and they just replied saying that colours can look different depending on the brightness of your screen and they wouldn't cover the cost of the return. I'm using a Macbook. I've been a customer since 2014 and spent a bit with them over the years but won't be using them again after this.
I didn't read any reviews before ordering and since they are all pretty bad I figured I'd leave one for my positive experience. I ordered a pair of Adidas Hamburg's which I had been looking for for years and any that I could find were around $400. I found this site and was shocked that they even had them let alone for $90! I knew they were being shipped from Europe (I'm in the US) so I expected them to take awhile but they came really quickly IMO, I ordered them 3/23 and they arrived 3/31. They were exactly the shoes I ordered and they fit perfectly. I was nervous about ordering European sizes but after looking at a pair of Adidas I already have, I just looked at the tag since they usually have the US and EU sizes (which mine did). Either way, I didn't need to deal with customer service because the shoes came quickly and fit so I can't speak to that, which seems to be everyone's main gripe, but I can say my order was exactly as expected and I loveeeeee my new shoes!
Had an issue with an item being mislabeled on their site. I was told it wasn't their problem and that if I wanted a refund I would have to spend $60 on returning it myself. I think they hire sociopaths for online customer service as it was just ridiculous how incompetent they all were.
Woke up to an outstanding email from End Clothing notifying me that I won again. The 3-eyed, handsewn lugs from Aime Leon Dore & Timberland arrived lightning quick as usual. There was not a dent or scratch to be found on the double-boxed packaging and once I opened it, there was an Easter egg I did not anticipate! Laying atop the double paneled, sliding box from Timberland were dustbags for storage once you unbox them! The leather & suede used is second to none, the quality can be seen from afar and these boots are not missing a single detail! From outsole to laces, they spared no expense quality wise to comprise this boot. If you can find your size, I'd strongly recommend in investing in a boot that will give you years of enjoyment while turning heads along the way!
I took a punt & placed an order for 2 pairs of Adidas sneakers.
Not only genuine item at a great price shipping & ARRIVAL was amazingly quick to Australia. Will definitely order again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND END as a Seller.
As for today, after 20 days, the order isn't arrived. I don't even have an estimated date of arrival.
No communication of any kind from the website, disappointing.
My clothes were incorrectly shipped from the warehouse with the wrong item and customer service claimed I needed to file a police report against the company if I had a problem with it. They even responded saying they reviewed CCTV footage of the warehouse and found no wrongdoing after 7 days of waiting.
Instead of receiving $60 shorts they gave me a white T shirt. TOTAL CORPORATE GREED AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. Why would I file a local Texas police report for a UK company over $60? That is not going to go anywhere. Do not deal with this company. They do not care making things right when they mess up.
Answer: It is a legit company that is located in the United Kingdom.
Answer: No, only unsuccessful stories are related to END. Don't buy from END, find other boutiques
