Ordered an expensive jumper from END. On arrival I opened the box and packaging and the item was a plain black jumper. I contacted customer services and after a few days they contacted me back saying they completed an investigation and there was nothing they could do... they checked the CCTV and the correct item was packaged. They are more than happy to leave me over £300 out of pocket and acknowledge no blame for sending the wrong item. Their only suggestion was to make a police report! I am disgusted with the level of service and the fact that they are willing to accept no responsibility! It is clear that they have fraudulent team members working for them and they are willing to do absolutely nothing about it! END clothing have really let themselves down and I would never order from them again. They do not care about your consumer rights and every team member I have spoken to about the issue has sounded uninterested. Save yourself money and do not order from END as you cannot guarantee that you will receive what you pay for.
I have placed an order 3 times and experienced 3 completely different issues.
Although there was stock available, I haven't received my 1st order and it has been cancelled by END. (Also, the product has never been out of stock on their website)
They offered to send a smaller size, which didn't fit and I returned. I haven't yet received the refund or confirmation that the product has been received by them. (It's been 4 days since I got notified by the Royal Mail that it's been returned)
Since I've been told that there are 2 more stocks available in my size, I've replaced another order while waiting for my refund to be issued. However, I received trainers, which are 3 sizes smaller than what I have purchased. Now, they are saying it is out of stock.
I think at this point, they are just sending what they have in stock and hoping I wouldn't call back. I've been stalled and tricked into buying the same product 3 times.
On top of this it takes at least 3 days to receive a reply to emails and at least an hour to be called back.
They did not compensate in any way.
They are holding funds for 2 products and delaying the refund.
I have no trainers in hand.
Wasted 3+ weeks trying to receive the correct order I have purchased, plus many more hours trying to communicate with them.
I do not recommend using their website at all - buy it from the original brand's website.

Found a pair of shoes I wanted for far cheaper. Shipping was fast and the process was seamless. I was worried about the other reviews, but as I mentioned earlier, I had a great experience.
So when the initial raffle for the 350 Zyon opened, I entered doubting I would win. A while later after having forgotten about the shoes, I ended up winning. While it was already an inconvenience due to the unexpected withdrawal of cash, I am furious at the fact that a £180 shoe, which when converted is about $230, would have set me back $282. I assumed it was some import tax as I am from the United States, but every single time I tried to talk to a customer service agent through email, they were less than helpful. Every question was met with an inability to answer, and all I wanted to know was a breakdown of the pricing. Because for a shoe that in the US costs $220, I wanted to know why I ended up paying $62 more. I understand the shipping and import taxes, but not only was I left in the dark about this prior to my entry into the raffle, but even after owning the shoe they still refused to help me understand and we're completely disinterested in providing any help.
TL&DR;. Be careful about the import and shipping price that adds on to your items, because it can cost you a good chunk of cash for something you could've bought on StockX for less.
I was seriously skeptical after reading a bunch of reviews. But I did an online chat and made them check stock twice, still not sure but i decided to try them. I ordered a pair of Adidas Rom for $120 including shipping, which are a style from the 60's and are very hard to find. They came from England 6/28 to Maine USA 7/1... 4 DAYS! I really didn't believe the site when I ordered them and they gave me a delivery date of 4 days, but they came. So I ordered 2 more pair on 7/1 when i got my first pair, and they came 7/5 (7/4 Holiday in USA). This was with a total of $11.95 shipping cost for each order, even with 2 pair it was only $11.95! I never really leave reviews, especially positive, but i gotta say, this company came through for me. I've been scammed before and was nervous until the sneakers arrived, I even called my credit card company to make sure they had my back. Sorry if you had a different outcome, but I just wanted to put it out there they are legit. Online chat with them first and make them confirm your style and size are actually in stock. Thanks, Bob P
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I recently made a £722 purchase at END, and received the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. My parcel was delivered to someone else, who I do not know, and the whereabouts of my parcel is unknown. 'END' claim my parcel was delivered, however, none of my 4 other neighbours have it, and are not the stealing types. After constantly trying to get a refund or a redelivery, END said they would investigate with DPD, which takes up to 7 days. A whole 7 hours later, and I received an email from END, saying they 'investigated' and as the GPS says it was delivered, then that's the only evidence they need. I was left with an email saying if I have a problem, I should contact the local authorities and that there is nothing they can do, and that it's basically my fault for not being home at the time of delivery. So I am now £722 down, which I'll be disputing with my bank, and I will never use END again. Do not make the mistake I did.
Bought a pair of Nike Air Mada ACG, in size 8UK, the shoes had white speckles all over the front, although this is likely a NIKE manufacturering issue, END should not be selling flawed products on their website, I cannot return the shoes to the UK, it costs more than they are worth in shipping, if you buy shoes from this website, know that your product could end up being flawed. The shoes even look like they had been returned before...

I've used End. In the past and they were outstanding. Orders were fast and well presented. My recent experience was far from outstanding.
I was told that the order I placed, for my brothers Christmas present, had gone out of stock and that I was to "keep an eye on the website in case someone returns the item which I am after".
So I did this and ordered again, only for my order to be cancelled again. And then again! Three orders cancelled and I was NEVER inform by End. That they were cancelled, I found out via Klarna. It took end. 3 to 4 days AFTER Klarna informed me that my orders had been cancelled. All I was offered was a generic apology.
I sat waiting for over 20mins on the phone before giving up.

After reviewing my order confirmation email I noticed these were not the shoes I meant to order. I meant to order the Chuck 70 Classic High Top, but got confused by the naming of the product. So wanted to cancel my order but was told this is not possible since the order was locked in and would have to return it. I paid for delivery and only ordered the products the day before yet still was not allowed cancel my order and get a refund, since to cancel a order it had to be within a 1 hour window. Bad customer service.
Ordered a 400au maison margiela ring and ended up nothing in the parcel, talked to the customer service a few times and they said they gonna run an investigation, 2 weeks later they said the investigation had been done and nothing went wrong on their side so they not refunding or resending the item, they even told us to report this to the AU police while we bought the ring on a UK website lol, terrible customer service and attitude.

END sent me the wrong item, and I paid 25$ in duties/taxes for the wrong item. I sent it back and a support agent from END promised that they would refund the duties/taxes I paid. AFTER they received my item back, they suddenly told me they couldn't refund me anymore. I had email proof from their support email. This company does not honor their promises, and clearly returning something, EVEN THOUGH THEY SENT THE WRONG ITEM, is still a headache with them. I would stay away from this company if possible.

They packed an item i ordered which was delivered, but it was just a component of the item. I ordered a $980 dollar jacket. And they sent me a scarf.
I sent them an email just to query this and they said i was lying, i was litearlly lucky to have footage of my unboxing of the item just to prove i wasn't. But they knew realisitcally a jacket could not fix in a box that contains a scarf.
It got ruled in my favour but really in the day i didnt really win. They took my money and wasted my time.

Awful online store. The worst of those whom I have come across. Dimensional chart of Dr. Martens 1460 vintage is not true! The size chart indicates that 6.5UK is 25 centimeters. Chat operator Briege told me that 6.5 UK is 24.6 centimeters. But when the boots came, it turned out that it was 25.5 centimeters! They are too big! Briege promised me that the sizing team will check the size on Monday (Feb 22). They couldn't give me an answer for a week! As a result, I myself wrote several times and finally I was told that they did not see the error. I sent a photo of the insole measurement, where it can be seen that it is 25.5 cm! I was sending a screenshot of a chat message where the operator lied to me and gave me the wrong information. But no one cares about my evidence! I'm sure the sizing team didn't even measure the boots! I made a return and demand that they compensate me for the cost of the return, 2340 rubles! My order number is # *******4025
Order never shipped
Placed on order on the 11th August with 2-3 DPD shipping. 13 days later the items are still "processing" I've made several calls, was told I would receive an email update (didn't receive it) followed it up to receive a generic email that was exactly the same as the email I received a week earlier. Asked to escalate a complaint as I still don't have any clue on when or if I will ever get my order. Told to send an email and mark it FAO management. Received an automated response saying I would receive a reply within 24 hours (this has come and gone and no reply). I understand from the website that they have been undergoing some internal maintenance but this wasn't made clear when my order was made. Just a dreadful experience and a perfect example of how not to do business.
So as of today the 25th August, received my complaint response, the same exact generic email I've been sent twice before.
I was told that they have no guaranteed date they could give me to tell me when they would ship my parcel. I asked for a refund and was told they couldn't because the system had locked the order.
I've had to raise a case in PayPal to get my money back.
