I ordered 2 of the VT Metallica shirts for my wife back in August. I was told 3 weeks in only one was ready and I asked them to ship it and they sent the request to do that. As of today both items are now on back order until mid October. What's the point of preordering them. Don't you know how many you can sell. You took my money and now I am without product. Shady!
The products are great. The fact that you have to pay shipping and handling these days is not. Also, for returns, the fact that they subtract shipping cost from your return is crazy. Other than that, Fanatics is a great site to shop for all sports related items.

I ordered a Dallas Cowboy's sweatshirt for Big and Tall. It took 2 weeks to arrive. The color quality was so poor. The sleeves were purple and no way matched the logo. Now I have to pay to return. $10. Will not order again.

Ordered two jerseys. One has defective stitching on the big number on the back. Contacted customer service and they offer to let me keep the damaged one and will send me a replacement only if I agree to pay another $25 in shipping! NEVER doing business with Fanatics again and warning everyone I can every chance I get.

Ordered a jersey in stock in November to be told it's not in stock and they change the delivery date 2 times so far. This makes the package past Christmas. They lie to the customer and state before Christmas but they are selling items they don't even have. The customer service guy says I can give you a 20 percent of I laughed as if I will support your business ever again! You are liars

Best place to order sports merchandise
I placed an order on 12/12/23 and the shipping mentioned says 7 days. After checking my order on the 12/15, it is still held in processing status and the update shows that my item won't be delivered 12/29 which is outside of the 7 days my order is supposed to be delivered. I reached out to customer service and they were no help. They said it is too late to change the shipping method or cancel the order. I have ordered with Fanatics before with no issues but this was a horrible experience and I will not do business with this company again.

I ordered an XL hoodie from them. Upon delivery the hoodie they sent is a women's medium. I used their own size chart which is not correct. They also charge you $10 to return it. I shouldn't have to pay anything for something they falsely advertised.
