I ordered 2 of the VT Metallica shirts for my wife back in August. I was told 3 weeks in only one was ready and I asked them to ship it and they sent the request to do that. As of today both items are now on back order until mid October. What's the point of preordering them. Don't you know how many you can sell. You took my money and now I am without product. Shady!
The website shows an advetised price but does not check out to add up to the advertised sale prices. I called and the representative said their was nothing he could do. He could only credit 7.99. I should of had a $27 credit.
It took forever 2.5 weeks to receive merch.
Return policy is terrible! If I accept a store credit they waive the $9.99 return shipping fee. Othwise if you want credit back to original payment they charge 9.99 for shipping. Sorry but I will take my losses! I will not be ordering from this company again!

I've ordered t-shirts from Fanatics both in the US (2 t-shirts) and the UK (3 t-shirts). The first time was in the US. If I had know I was ordering from Fanatics when I was ordering in the UK (I thought I was ordering from England's national football team), I would have never placed that order.
Their t-shirts are of poor quality and are very lightweight (thin). Whatever is printed on the shirts starts coming off by the second or third washing (even when the t-shirts are turned inside out). I can't speak to all of their products, but I would avoid buying t-shirts at all cost; you'll only be disappointed.
I'm not sure how Fanatics has convinced so many teams to be their supplier.
I didn't receive items that I had purchased as a Christmas gift in time for Christmas. Once I spoke to the representative, they informed me that the items that were no longer available, and that they would refund me for the inconvenience.
My customer service experience was amazing. The representative was very helpful and willing to work with me. They also offered me a discount for the inconvenience. This customer service representative gave a really great experience and I will be back to shop because of it.

I like the items that Fanatics offers in t-shirts but also in other items. Ordering online is easy and delivery is usually ahead of the original date given at the time of purchase. The quality of the product last along time.
One of the best Apparel companies in the country. I live near two Rally Houses but I can find what I want and my size on Fanatics at similar prices. The right range of sports teams and products is very appealing.
I ordered a football jersey for an 8 year old boy. $106. Right? I looked at the sizing chart & got a youth medium. Wow is it small. They need to redo their size chart. They post no reviews on the site so you can't tell from others who have purchased it that it runs way small. Wonder why there are no reviews on the site. Hmmm. Do better

When my Rangers were in the hunt to go to the world series fanatics was right there with the gear as soon as they won I put my order in I got my stuff within a few days. Granted there was a delay on a couple of items but I did get my gear as ordered. Same when my Rangers won the world series I couldn't of been more happy when I got that gear and was able to sport it around. Thanks fanatics for helping make my experience more enjoyable.
It's been a good and safe site thus far to order from plus I've been using them for years now.
I purchased one of the new Oakland A's spring training hats for the 2024 season on February 5th, before I go to their game against the Dodgers on the 25th. The package was claimed to be shipped out on February 9th and the estimated date of delivery was February 16th. As of today (February 22nd), I have not received my hat. When I checked to see the progress of my order, Fanatics put a return on the product. They sent me an email shortly afterwards claiming I filed for a return on the item, which I had not, but they were reimbursing me for the purchase. I've gone to NewEra's site to find the hat, but they're sold out in my size. Needless to say, I am not at all pleased with Fanatics and plan to never purchase any more items from them in the future.
Tip for consumers:
If you're purchasing from Fanatics, be fully prepared to either receive the items late or never at all, since they clearly are guilty of false advertising.

That's it...I don't need to say any more. They lied about their product, the time of delivery and when I made a complaint...they had a boilerplate email back; professing that is was the USPS fault. Furthermore, got an email they would refund but still deliver product...Lied again. This business should not be in business.
Where did all the points go that I earned? It's seems weird the hollidays are over and I. Buy a tone gifts through fanatics and now all the points I earned are no more. Makes one not want to spend anymore money there

Adv me the order was del today to KC address to back door, called my niece said did not see it. Then he sent a dummy text message, asked to speak with an English speaking rep said to call back. Asked who I can complain to gave a false #*******797,called back talked to Cindy (kudos call) who gave me a supervisor name Ciarra (kudos call) who walked me thru the correct info and calmed me down. Because you are about to loose a CUSTOMER, all I want is my merchandise It should not be this hard, I don't have time for the shanigans thank you next. I order from you guys all the time and have never had this problem.
Fanatics has great merchandise but I have yet to receive any. Either their warehouse personnel does nothing to fill the order or their carrier is horrible and doesn't pick it up. Whichever it is, it sucks supremely. Customer Service is difficult to get to, but once you do get a real body, they're the only good thing about the company.

Customer Service speaks English, but most difficult to understand and really don't think they understand what is being stated. When, or if, it will arrive? I ordered a full size replica helmet for my Husband's Christmas present and they shipped a mini! I was told to send back the wrong item and they would reship the correct helmet as soon as I left at a UPS access point. Once this was done they refused to reship the correct item I ordered and said I had to reorder, they did give a full refund that took days to clear in my bank. Will not trust this company again! If it was the company's mistake they should have fixed this issue and shipped what was ordered!
My experience with fanatics customer service was great, I was irritate when I talked to Cristin, she calmed me down, told me to wait a few days and if I still haven't received my item she would be happy to work on a replacement, after talking to her I realized I was in good hands and she would not leave me out in the cold. She was very professional at how she handled the situation, Thanks Cristin great job.
A few hours later my new neighbor brought down my item accidently delivered to him.
Lilly provided me with some of the best customer service I have ever received from any company. She was super fast to respond and correct my issue. She is the best! I will definitely shop at fanatics.com again.

I received a hoodie from them, but it is not the item I ordered. I kept track of my original order during shipping and everything was fine. When I opened the package, I was shocked to see something completely different. When I opened my email, then looked at my original order, everything had changed to this hoodie I received, like my previous order never existed. I received no notification that the item I purchased was being substituted, so I'm left a little dumbfounded as to what happened to my original order. When I contacted them, the only thing offered was a free shipping label to send it back for a refund. No, explanation, nothing. I KNOW I did not order this hoodie, I ordered a sweatshirt, and I know I ordered it because I was tracking it until it said "out for delivery", and it was the correct order. I will never order from them again, I won't risk something being substituted with zero notification.

Ordered a number of sports memorabilia from them December 7. Order was shipped and according to UPS, should have been delivered on 12/15. It appears that UPS lost the package after it arrived in my town and the UPS tracking information reflects this.
Ultimately I would call fanatics 4x to resolve this issue. I was lied to twice regarding a replacement package, given the run around, and overall received outright poor customer service.
Called to request a refund and was given the runaround yet again. That's fine, my Bank is now handling the chargeback.
Professional sports teams would be well served to find a more reputable company to sell their merchandise, because obviously Fanatics can't be trusted to do the right thing.
I ordered Creighton University smooth fabric Scarf that is in one loop…think it is called Infinity Scarf. The very strong chemical used in the manufacturing process is horrible…laundering does not remove it. We had to put it in Ziploc bag to hide it.
Loved all the NYC scarf, hat, mittens.
I was notified 6 days before xmas that a shirt that was already ordered and confirmed for delivery was out of stock. There was no time to order anything else and receive before xmas. Wen I emailed and spoke to customer service they were not helpful or seemed to care. I told them I could order something else and they should overnight and they should pay for it since it was their mistake. They said no and couldn't help me. I was a loyal customer even though their delivery takes a long time they have now lost me as a patron.

Front designs off center, OK, can live with that. But number on reverse which is supposed to be 11, looks like it's upside down and had random squares.
Paid premium price for these, and as some else posted, get flea market quality.
Beyond awful. I paid premium for next day delivery. It took 3 weeks and 11 emails filled with bare faced lies before I eventually received me FAULTY kit.
I don't know this is possible, but they store the kits in a way which leaves them with permanent creases which don't even come out after multiple washes.
Not only these issues, but their customer services team is a disgrace. Do not shop here. Also, be careful, it's not always listed as fanatics as they plug into some teams official stores. You think you're buying from your club but you're actually buying from these rats!
Ordered a jacket that was discounted by $55. Much better price than any other sites, including Nordstrom. Got discounted next day business shipping which should have arrived Monday (ordered on a Friday) but showed up on Saturday. Very happy with selection, prices and service from Fanatics!

Ordered 2 items which did not work out. Made the egregious error of returning both items in the same box. Well, apparently Fanatics return people are not intelligent enough to figure out two items, two returns. Fanatics insists that I only returned one item and won't reimburse me for the other, claiming they didn't get it. I'll never shop here again. They're great at taking your money but horrible at giving it back.
