I ordered 2 of the VT Metallica shirts for my wife back in August. I was told 3 weeks in only one was ready and I asked them to ship it and they sent the request to do that. As of today both items are now on back order until mid October. What's the point of preordering them. Don't you know how many you can sell. You took my money and now I am without product. Shady!

I ordered an NFL shirt back in May 2022. After numerous shipping delays I cancelled my order since it's now August and the most recent ship date was the end of September. I found the exact same shirt on another reputable sports merchandise website for the same price and ordered it. It was shipped the same day I ordered! I had a similar experience with Fanatics when trying to order Super Bowl merchandise. At least I only wasted a couple of weeks waiting for merchandise that was never going to come. I will never attempt to do business with this "company" again.

I decided to take advantage of some Black Friday Sales. I picked out the items and ordered them. After ordering I found out that Fanatics did NOT honor the sale prices advertised. I reached out to the company and got a couple of different answers. Even though I had photos of the advertised sales prices they would not honor the sales prices citing that some sizes were low in stock. I said I would like to return the order and they are charging me an additional $9.99. I will not be refunded for the shipping costs either. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering from them. Please tell everyone you know that this company has no desire to provide good customer service. I work in customer service and we are instructed to make sure all customers are happy if we make errors. This company couldn't care less about their customers satisfaction!

Bought jersey on draft day waited 3 months to get a jersey with screen printing. I paid over $100 for a Jersey I could have bought at the flea market. Should have ordered one on EBay ($115) that has sewn lettering and logos. Probably the last real Redskins Jersey I can get and its a dud. Poor products slow shipping. I check today and the same jersey is $59 I'm pissed. Punt don't don't buy from these guys

I ordered several items costing well over $100 for Christmas presents. One of the items did not fit so I returned it. I expected a full refund but was informed that I received a $2 refund instead. This is BS! I will NEVER use this site again. Buyer beware if you need to return something to this company.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you do NOT want a refund. You will not receive all of your money back. I only received 10% of my money back.

This site is a scam. Please don't order from Fanatics. I placed an order several weeks ago and never received the merchandise, unable to send emails, no customer service number to reach someone. Invalid order number was given, order not found.

I ordered a limited medium eagles legend jersey and received a random xxl team shirt. Extremely frustrated, the jersey I ordered isn't even listed anymore. Was very excited to buy my first jersey in 15 years, only to be extremely let down. Hopefully they can reach out and make this right, because when my girlfriend called(she ordered it on her account) they told her the jersey was sold out(didn't say so on the site) even though when I ordered there was nothing to show that any sizes were sold out. I'm beyond frustrated

Clueless customer service
Sunk $150, Never ever received my order. Already past due date.
Scam and Shameful company. I hope BBB shut them down ASAP

Wish I would have read reviews prior to ordering! I wanted an item for a Christmas gift, order in October since stock/products were going to be difficult to acquire this season. Read the company return policy stating returns accepted 365 days after order date! I did receive the item in a timely manner and product appeared to be nice quality. Gave the gift at Christmas, didn't fit. Initiated return online. Received a message that it was not eligible as returned window closed. Upon further investigation into return policy, manufacturer direct shipments have a 30 day return. Who knew? How do you order a gift, give the gift and return a gift in 30 days? I called customer service and was told exceptions are generally made at Christmas and watch my email for a return label. I received a form letter from Customer Service, Sorry... over 30 days... no returns accepted. This was not a $10 t-shirt! Buyer Beware if you are ordering a gift!

Here it is the 17th and now there saying Jan 16. And they cant give me my money back into I get it and return it. Because it was processed but not shipped

Ordered a shirt on 1/2/20, received shipment notification on 1/3/20 and tracking number. It is now 1/15/20 and my package is still sitting at Fanatics. The tracking shows only a label was created, then hasn't moved since. They were quick to charge my card though. They offered no explanation, nor a remedy to the issue. Do not buy from Fanatics.

But from somewhere else even if it means paying more.

Absolutely abhorrent customer service. I tried to purchase 2 items. Their coupon they advertise didn't work. I had 2 other codes for 20% off each order. Tried those, the codes I won and should be able to use didn't work. I went on the live chat where each exchange left me sitting 2-7 minutes between exchange. I had to send question marks and ask if they were there before getting a response. Offered free ship and coupon for next order. I can't get 3 coupons that are verified to work, how would I trust that will? 45 mins of my life wasted. I will never order from this organization. Horrendous.

Do not buy on their site. Do not buy on their site. Do not! I was trying to buy an Ohio State solar light for my mom. Shipping was more than the item. They advertised free shipping for purchases of $24. I thought since they had free shipping, that I'd buy a couple things. Finally, added the coupon and it now says that the solar light is an oversized item. LOL. The site is garbage. They are literally trying to steal money.

We received an order of 6 items. I washed all screen printed shirts together after one wearing. One shirt began to peel so I immediately contacted Fanatics for a refund. I was told I would only receive a 50% refund because I do not have the original tags. The screen print is of poor quality. I believe Fanatics should stand behind the products they sell.

I recently had a custom Packers t-shirt made and the miss spelled my name. Called customer service and because it's a custom shirt and their mess up they won't fix it. I mean how do you miss spell Bright really. I have always wanted a shirt made this way now I'm stuck with one that isn't even right. All I got from customer service was it's custom order nothing we can do.

Paid for shipping, delayed twice and hasn't even been shipped, won't get item for over a month. Spoke with rep and they offered to give me a 30% discount on my next order... their promotion on the entire site is 30% off your order. Rep tried to game me and had no other solution. Unbelievably poor experience.

Ordered a rather expensive gift for Christmas first of December 2018. On 12/18 email from Fanatics said delay in shipping and all online inquiries said shipping pending. Customer service unable to explain reason for delay and had no information at all about the order.

Upon review, the package was supposed to be shipped by 12/13/2018 from the manufacturer. On the 12/16/2018 an attempt to reach out to the manufacturer was made to verify date the package would be shipped. During the time it was determined that the package was shipped out on 12/23/2018. However, the package was not picked up by FedEx until 12/24/2018. The manufacturer upgraded the shipping from ground shipping to next business day shipping. I ordered 2 jerseys from here for an event for my husbands work. Paid extra for expedited shipping and here it is, 8 days later and no jerseys! Fanatics sucks and they need to take the 4 day shipping off their website because it's false advertising! Will never order from here again and definitely would not recommend them! Money went through, got a confirmation email with the correct jersey info & an order number for tracking purposes. This tracking number does not work anywhere. I went to the Fanatics chat - they "could not find any order with this number". Next they go to confirm using a phone number & email address "Sorry, I could not find any order with phone number (...) and email (...)" despite that information being in the confirmation emails that went to my email address.

I am now worried that I just paid for a jersey that I will never receive.
I do not recommend buying from Fanatics, if you are into giving away money and getting nothing in return, please just send me your money instead.
I obviously should have read these reviews first

Never ORDER for this company. I ordered a custom jersey and when it arrived today I noticed the stitching was bunched and crooked. I called customer service and got the run around... they put in a ticket and someone will contact me and maybe they'll decide to refund it. What! I want a replacement. I asked to speak to a manager and got the same story. There is NO customer service and this is one of the worst customer experiences ever. They didn't even try to get a quick response from their vendor. Apparently Fanatics has their customer jerseys done by Majestic who has zero quality control. Now I have to sit around waiting to be contacted - guess my son won't get this for Christmas!

I purchased and item on 10/19/22 and I waited until today, 10/28/22 to check on it. I was told it was delayed, but no one bothered to let me know this. I just chatted with their customer service and I requested a refund. They of course told me that someone would contact me within 72 hours about this. I get the feeling i won't ever get my money back, but it is a lesson learned. I have stupidly shopped here multiple time and have always had something happen that left a sour taste in my mouth. I will never shop here again. Avoid them at all costs
