I ordered 2 of the VT Metallica shirts for my wife back in August. I was told 3 weeks in only one was ready and I asked them to ship it and they sent the request to do that. As of today both items are now on back order until mid October. What's the point of preordering them. Don't you know how many you can sell. You took my money and now I am without product. Shady!
It's always a joy to try to take advantage of a sale and you found a couple items you want. You selected one of them and order it. A week later your order is cancelled with no explanation. After talking to a sales rep they apparently never had enough of the item in stock to cover the order. Too late now to order the other item at sale price. Thanks Fanatics for teaching me a valuable lesson, never trust you again.

I ordered a Milwaukee Brewers polo shirt from MLB.com. The shirt didn't have any fanatics branding on it.
What I ended up getting was a shirt that look like the one I ordered. Its so bad that the material feels like vinyl. I am NOT a fan of fanatics! Total false advertisement. I paid 69$ for a quality polo and got trash bag with hole's delivered to me.
Fanatics brand is the worst bunch of imitation garbage I've ever seen in my entire life. It looks like something ordered from Wish. I have always bought new hockey jerseys from quality brands everytime they were released but I can assure you I will never spend a dime on anything from fanatics brand. The NHL really shot themselves in the foot giving away the contract for apparel to Fanatics.

Live Chat is constantly down. If you call them there is at least a 45 min wait. There is no email to contact them. I purchased lots of item from them, but after this last order, I will not be shopping them in the future.

I just had a horrible experience with their theft/ customer care team.
I decided to call them after 3 orders were cancelled for no reason.
Called the number I was given and no one answers the phones. Almost one hour of my time wasted on hold w/these people. Not to mention the time I had spent searching for the perfect hat.
Overall I had a BAD experience.

I ordered a custom dodgers jersey for my boyfriend with his last name on the back with his birthday number and I honestly loved it. It came two days before the delivery date and it looked better than expected. 10/10 recommend I'll for sure order from them again.

Reviews are true. Still waiting on my shipment promised by 12/24 never arrived. Customer service is NON-Existing. Waited on hold for 42 minutes and they could not find any record of my $186.00 order but it was taken from by bank account.

If you expect your order in under 2-3 weeks do not order from this website! Their free shipping is horrible does not ship in the amount of time given, it says six days but when I spoke with them they said theres fine print with a 24 hour processing time. I have a game this weekend and am extremely disappointed. Would not recommend. Had to cancel my order and even that was complicated. Wish I would've read these reviews before ordering.

Terrible customer service. They try to fight you over the phone. Ordered a gift on November 25th. Automated system finally updated last week and said order would arrive Dec 21st. Order is still in the UK. It NEVER shipped after almost a month.

Well for the second year in a row, my child is getting a computer print out of the picture of his Christmas presents. We placed our order super early on 11/29 this year, it is now 12/23 and nothing. Two other items we ordered arrived days ago but the remainder, shipped separately for no logical reason, is still out there "in transit". It's been in transit since 12/11. They also do not send confirmation emails or updates which is absolutely ridiculous. Worst customer service. Do NOT order from Fanatics if you ever want to get your items in a timely manner. They charged my credit card quickly enough though!

I ordered a product that was suppose to ship within one business day. Now a week has gone by and still waiting. ( it's in stock.) Doesn't matter which site of theirs you order from the outcome is the same. I see a huge legal lawsuit battle in this company's future. I suggest not buying from Fanatics, which includes all websites such as Nflshop, Mlbshop, Nhlshop, etc... till they get their act together and treat customers as a priority, respectfully and promptly. I've read lots of reviews for each site they own, none of them are good. Hope they improve soon. Btw... where's my order?

Bought 6 items (including 3 shirts size XL). 2 of them fit, one didn't. Went to return the $30 shirt and found out "easy/365 returns" and "100% satisfaction guarantee" actually means $9.99 to ship back. Absolutely absurd. I even tried chatting with customer service first to avoid having to post a negative review but there was nothing they could do. Just lost a customer for life and will be sure to spread the word about my experience... hope the $9.99 was worth it...

Bought several items from here, via my veterans id.me account. First off, ordered ten days ago, and only half of my stuff has arrived. The shirts that did arrive are way to big, and want to return, but they charge me 9.99 to exchange for a smaller size?! Insane! I live in Philly, near the stadiums. Ill just go there and purchase from now on. Im done, with this online retailer, will utilize other that do exchanges should I do this again..

Had a Christmas return, I've now had three different credit codes which none work. I've called customer service several times and feel like just giving up and letting them have the money, which is what they truly want me to do. Quality of their shirts is not good. I wish the NFL would of never signed on with these guys. Totally unprofessional.

Fanatics sells on Walmart.com, but originally refused to follow Walmart's return policy. After getting Walmart.com involved, they then offered a return at 50% value. Borderline false advertisement, and horrible business service. Buyers are better off spending their money elsewhere.
This company is crap! They charge you $150 for replica jerseys which are avg $30 more expensive then Reebok used to be. Logos and numbers are screen printed and heat pressed on. Older replicas were still single stitched for less... DO NOT BUY!

I had a miserable experience once before with an order that pushed out 20 days then 30 days. Thought I'd give them one more shot but the same old story. I think the most infuriating part with these clowns is if you have a complaint, instead of a meaningful refund (which is basic service recovery) they issue a garbage $10 credit for "future purchases"... I can guarantee there will be no future purchases. Save yourself the trouble and order direct.

Per Tracking, a gift card was sent out on 12/3.12/14 still not here. E-mail requests for customer service with only an automated response received. E-mailed multiple times w/ no response. Struggled to find a phone number anywhere on the site but finally found one- for group sales where you get a voice mail that they will call back in 24 hrs. Finally found CHAT help. Lengthy pauses during our conversation- probably working with multiple customers at the same time. Then lost the ability to enter any text into the CHAT box so they really make it impossible to communicate with them which is why I will never do business with them again. IF you have a problem, you can't connect with anyone. Finally, said they would refund instead of sending me a new one but said I could order another. Guess what? I definitely won't! Don't want to go through that nightmare again. My money will go elsewhere
As most of you writing these reviews, I am truly a disappointed fan/customer in the level of quality of the items that I received today. The logos, names are already fading and I JUST GOT IT TODAY! (I wish I could attach pictures to show you). I cannot even describe what I received; the quality is downright horrible and i do not even know how they let this out the warehouse. To make matters worse, I phoned their customer service (2 hour wait, nice that they had the call back feature - Only positive so far). I was contacted back, the lady was helpful, asked for my name and then the call disconnected... she did not even bother to call back... LOL. I had to go and call their customer service line again (now a 3 hour wait.)... :\ So thats where I am at... will write another review to let you guys know what happened... but I am literally at a loss of words. BTW Shipping was about 4 weeks late. :)

I ordered two things over a week ago, both of which on the website said that they should've been shipped the next day. Online it still says that my order is "new" and I'm not even sure if they have charged my card yet. Either way, it was supposed to get here within 3-7 business days and it has been longer than that. Like what almost everyone else who has reviewed them has said, what they say about their shipping times is completely false. I tried to email and only got an automated response that was no help at all.
