I ordered 2 of the VT Metallica shirts for my wife back in August. I was told 3 weeks in only one was ready and I asked them to ship it and they sent the request to do that. As of today both items are now on back order until mid October. What's the point of preordering them. Don't you know how many you can sell. You took my money and now I am without product. Shady!

The exact dame thing happened to me as the previous review. I ordered a shirt that was supposed to be guaranteed delivery on Fathers Day. In addition i paid next day delivery ($24.95). I called twice, the second rep Laura was rude $#*! hell! She tried to tell me the shirt i selected was not part if the promotion when clearly it gad #1 Dad on the back and it stated it guaranteed to be delivered by fathers day. Now my gift to my dad will not be delivered until Tuesday... I will NEVER order from these people again. I will stick to my trusted go to site for all sports memorabilia and apparel. If i could they would get a negative zero rating

I made an order on December 4,2020 for a Christmas present and here it is the day before Christmas and the package has not been delivered yet. Ordering 20 days before Christmas did not help. Sending it regular mail probably would have been better than sending by FedEx. This has been terrible service for me. I gave a 1 star overall rating but if I could give a 0, I would do that.

I ordered from this company on a Tuesday afternoon. My order arrived two days later. I was so surprised as we are in Canada and thought it would take much longer. I was sent regular emails letting me know the status of my order.
All of the products that I ordered were exactly the right size and great quality.
I am so pleased with my first experience with this company. I will definitely order again.

I was extremely unhappy with the t-shirt I ordered, expecting because, it was over $30.00, that it would be of high quality. The t-shirt was very thin, almost see-thru and the printing on the front and back was so faded in colour it looked like it had been washed 50 times. I should have just purchased from the mall where screen printing is of much better quality and much more reasonable. Will not use again!

We received an email with order number but when we call the very poor customer service no one can find it but they have taken the money out of my account. Very unhelpful and now I need a refund but again no one is able to help me. Im tried of calling and getting work ticket and no one calling us back

Update:
Fantastic did reach out and gave me back my shipping charge. I do appreciate that they tried to make it better. I did receive my items 4 Dec 2023. Tyvm GOD BLESS!

I bought 10 pieces of items from fanatics for over $150. I paid for extra shipping so it gets here by December 1. As of this morning December 3. I am being told that it will not get here till tomorrow. That's one of two shipments the second shipment doesn't even have a delivery date available, now I understand if this only happens one time this is the second time that I've ordered from fanatics and the same thing has happened the first time I called I said there's nothing they can do. I haven't tried calling them the second time because I'm sorely upset with them after spending this much money. I'm unfortunately I wouldn't recommend using fanatics from here on out thank you very much. GOD BLESS!

I ordered a women's NFL jersey, and what I received looked nothing like what the picture displayed. It looked like a rip off youth jersey with small numbers and name. I asked for an exchange of the women's to a men's, thinking that's the photo that was displayed, and although they were the exact same price they could not do an exchange. After waiting roughly three weeks to receive my order, I am now forced to send the women's jersey back to be refunded which may take up to another two-three weeks. I do not plan on ever ordering from Fanatics again.

I ordered a IU RED sweatshirt and waited weeks to receive a green pair of shorts? Accidents happen so I called and reported it and they said we will send you your IU sweatshirt out. I thought maybe they would RUSH my order but NOPE. Receive it in a couple weeks. That is crazy... you made the mistake and now i have to wait again? Good customer service would of got it to me 2 days later and ate the expedite charges for their mistake.

Purchase some thing from this website, Took forever for them to ship out, they put the wrong address, they Won't make an effort to help fix their address on their part. Contacted FedEx to try to change the address they said the shipper needs to change it, contacted the shipper, Took forever to get somebody on the line, only for them to fill me with bull$#*! about how it's their policy that they can't update an address. And once the item is returned to shipper I get an automatic refund which I'm trying to get my hat not a $#*!ing refund. No help at all. Wont fix their own mistakes. Don't order from this website.

Ordered a jersey for a game 2 weeks ahead. Shipping estimate was 6-9 days. It's still not here 14 days later, the company seems not interested and has horrible customer service. Wish I saw all the 1 star reviews before I ordered.

Upon review, the item that you purchase is made once the order is placed. It can take up to 3 business days to make and then ship by whichever shipping method that was chosen. You chose the standard 3-7 business shipping. However, the package was delayed and emails were sent to you regarding being aware of the issue. Because the order was placed on 11/6/208, it should've shipped no later than 11/9/2018. But it was shipped out on 11/14/2018. The expected delivery of the package was suppose to arrive by no later than 11/20/2018, which package was delivered as expected. I mistakenly ordered the wrong color football jersey. But I did not know they considered it a custom order so I cannot return it even though I reordered the correct color! An expensive mistake! Look elsewhere for sports products if you can!

Be aware that custom orders cannot be returned. Please read the fine print or you will lose your money!

I placed an order and my credit card was immediately charged, however I did not get a confirmation of my order via email. I used the online to try and resend it to no avail. I battled the bots until I finally got a live person on chat. They sent the order confirmation. Now I use the order number from the confirmation to attempt to track my order and when I enter the order number it says order not found. I once again battled the bots to get to a person on chat who assures me the order is in transit and will arrive tomorrow. Says u wil get an email with tracking info in 20 minutes. 40 minutes later and no email. I don't know if my order will arrive but it not I will contact my credit card company to obtain a full refund. Do not waste your time or money ordering from Fanatics you will be sadly disappointed if you do.

"Do not purchase from this site. Shipping took over a month. Tracking codes were inaccurate. Then, the items finally arrived and they were the absolute worst. Poor quality. The Sweatshirt was flimsy and the printing was unprofessional. Not something you could even wear. The F1Black t-shirt was literally see through. The actual items are ABSOLUTELY NOTHING at all like the pictures of the items on the site. Completely and totally inaccurate. Shipping, poor quality and extremely overpriced for what was received. I will never purchase anything from them again. Avoid the disappointment and headache and do not purchase anything from this site."

Tip for consumers:
The poorest quality, inaccurate product pictures and descriptions. Inaccurate shipping times. Inaccurate tracking information. The price of the items is not even remotely in line with the items that are being sold. A very poor experience on every level possible.

They promise 100% satisfaction guaranteed, but its not until you read the small print that it is going to cost $5.95 to be 100% satisfied. If the product ran large or like in my case small, to exchange the product its going to cost $5.95. You send the item back, and they keep $5.95 from original purchase price and refund the rest. To get correct size you have to re-order on website. I'm going re-order alright... FROM SOMEONE ELSE! I am far from 100% satisfied. I will never order from them again, and will tell all my sports loving and buying friends too!

I am beginning to feel a little bit worried based on all these negative reviews. I ordered a lanyard and it states it has been shipped Friday and i checked the tracking and it hasn't even moved yet? I also ordered a custom jersey a week ago I am worried that is probably going to take forever to get here. I hope the custom jersey I got is not fake either....i paid over $200 for it....I need some reassurance about all this

I ordered 2 surprise sports boxes and never got them then over a month later i received 2 hoodies then a message saying my packages where delivered to Mt. Laurel so im in mt holly nj so i was told to call my local post office which would be Mt. Holly but my things where sent to Mt. Laurel so called them they said i needed a US tracking number to look cause nothing came in my name asked for refund this company keeps ignoring my request

Ordered Super Bowl shirts from Fanatics. Today is the Super Bowl. No shirts. Thought I was the only one who didn't receive my order. Then I began to read the reviews on this site. Fanatics failed! Big time! Like others, my shirts are sitting at a Fedex location not far from my house. Will be returning the shirts as soon as they arrive. Disappointed.

These items were not scheduled to ship until 1/31/2018. Depending on the shipping method, would've determine how fast the packages are delivered. Because standard shipping was chosen, it can take up to 3 to 7 business days for it to be delivered. Even though the packages has reached the FedEx facility, it is then turned over to the USPS for final delivery. These packages will be delivered by 2/6/2018. I have waived the return shipping fee. I ordered a quarter zip for my son's birthday. It said that it ships the next day. It now says it will arrive Nov 9th. That is 2 weeks from my order. Needless to say I didn't have it on time for his birthday. Very disappointing service. Was not even notified of the delay!

So a rep contacted me (after seeing previous review) and agreed to waive the return shipping fee. I was able to send back the shirt that was mis-advertised and I was given my refund which I appreciate. I will try another order at some point and if it goes well will earn additional star.

Had High hopes but...

I got tickets to an NFL game and was given a $10 voucher to use, so I figured why not get some team gear. I order and it comes, so far so good. Problem is, the shirt is labeled as "sleepwear". It's not that big a deal, but I'd rather have something that isn't sleepwear. Like others I'm sure, I go to process a return and am told it will be $10? What?! Why? It isn't my fault the product isn't as described. I go back to the site and in the title of the shirt as well as it's detail/description it never mentions it being sleepwear nor does it in the images. So I feel it should be on them. Also it says at the bottom of their page "satisfaction guaranteed". Yeah It's also guaranteed I won't be using this site anymore. Feel free to reach out Fanatics to earn back some points... I've attached a photo of my 'sleep shirt'

My order was placed on September 17... credit card charged on the 19 and I still do not have one item I ordered! When you say you will send in 6-7 business days, people expect to receive their items! You should not be charging credit cards until the order is ready to be shipped!

I had a wonderful experience with fanatics! I'm really sad about all these horrible reviews. I received my item before they said it was suppose to even ship! I also had an issue where I had a coupon that didn't come off my bill and they even refunded me. Great customer service for me!

I ordered a shirt for my son for Christmas... SU related. It did not fit and my preference was to exchange for a different size. They did not have the size so I returned for refund. I received an email from them that there would be no refund as the item was either customized (which it was purchased from their standard on-line offerings) or damaged (never been worn, tried on once) or did not have original tags (returned in original cellophane with the tags which it was received). They advised they donated it to charity. Knowing that sizes vary based upon quality of products, I would NEVER order something that could not be returned. I may not be a big spender with this company but they have lost this customer. And, I will be sure to share my experience to help others avoid the same.

I purchased a Atlanta Falcons pool table on November 15 that was supposed to arrive December 10 FedEx showed the package arriving that day when I went to go retrieve my package it was not there I called Fanactics to dispute that the package was delivered and they told me to check with FedEx in my neighbors. I did both of those things and Fanactics said that they will send out a new pool table by January 10. Lo and behold on January 10 no pool table again. It's been over two months with no pool table and my money has not been returned as of yet. I was told to wait on a supervisor to call me back within three days to remedy my dispute. I then called my credit card to dispute the transaction at this time my credit card company has refunded my money but it is pending an investigation. Please do not use Fanactics to purchase anything if you value your time and money. I'm Dealing with a brick and mortar store from here on or nfl.com if you wanna take that chance with these guys be my guess.
