I ordered 2 of the VT Metallica shirts for my wife back in August. I was told 3 weeks in only one was ready and I asked them to ship it and they sent the request to do that. As of today both items are now on back order until mid October. What's the point of preordering them. Don't you know how many you can sell. You took my money and now I am without product. Shady!

I ordered glassware and it arrived broken. The website says to "contact us", but when I initiate a chat, I'm sent back to the link for damaged items, which tells me to "contact us". I'm on the chat now, says I'm being connected to a Fan Advocate. After waiting for 20 minutes, no Fan Advocate is chatting with me!

The items I had purchased were no longer available so I was given a full refund. She also offered a discount coupon for my next purchase! Jordon was very professional and went above and beyond. Placed an order on November 29th for my son. Didn't receive it when originally said which I was totally ok with and was told it would ship March 1 and when I go to track it today they cancelled the order. Said they had sent me an email that I never got and now my Son who has been counting down the days to get this will be devastated. How can you do this to a kid?

I ordered a hoodie on the evening of March 6th. I got an e-mail from Fanatics the morning of March 7th saying it had been shipped from Tolleson, Arizona. For perspective, Tolleson is a 10 hour and 8 minute drive north to my house in southern Colorado (per Google Maps). It is now the afternoon of March 20th, and I still don't have my order. Using the provided tracking, I have watched it go all over the place. Every day there is a new expected delivery date. Maybe I will get it today?
Be warned that if you are ordering something for an occasion (e.g. A gift, a holiday, a game, a party), you probably won't get it in time unless you've ordered WAY ahead of time or unless you are willing to pay a lot extra for faster shipping. And that's the only reason I left this review - as a caution to other shoppers.
I have been purchasing merchandise from Fanatics for over 15 years. One of the most important things about making a purchase, especially online, is the knowledge, kindness, and courtesy of the people that you're talking to on the phone. I have always been extremely pleased with the professionalism and care that all of the representatives have demonstrated.
With Fanatics being so involved in all the different types of sports and affiliated teams, there is no other Sports Company that I would want to either purchase items for myself or gifts for other individuals.
I also enjoy Fansedge, the Pro Shops for each affiliated team, and all the other companies that Fanatics owns and operates.
As I stated earlier, there is always been an excellent level of customer service in both knowledge and cooperation.
