I ordered 2 of the VT Metallica shirts for my wife back in August. I was told 3 weeks in only one was ready and I asked them to ship it and they sent the request to do that. As of today both items are now on back order until mid October. What's the point of preordering them. Don't you know how many you can sell. You took my money and now I am without product. Shady!

I sometimes hesitate to buy because not all larger sizes are the same. These shirts fit true to size from XS to 5XL. My order was shipped out quickly and made it to me without issue. I am very happy with my purchase and won't hesitate to buy again.

Part of my order didn’t show up, in fact it’s still “lost in transit” to date. Fanatics could see that as well & not only replaced the item for free but sent it overnight to me as well.

Had two issues with one order. Wrong size for shorts & one item lost in the mail completely. I used fancash for most of the order so figured I was gonna lose that in all the melee. NOPE! That was included with partial refund for the shorts so I was able to order right size at same price I originally got them for. Called to let them know the fiasco the post office was putting me through with the "lost item." Fanatics instantly shipped me a replacement, overnight no less & provided me with a great coupon as well for future purchases. All my years of shopping with Fanatics, I've never had an issue. The first time I do, I'm quickly reminded of why I love this place as much as I do.
I have been shopping with Fanatics for a while now. Never had any problems with my orders and i like that I can use FanCash. I would say I don't like how quickly it expires. It shouldn't have an expiration date. If I spend over $100+ chances are Im not ordering anything right away again. Id be even more tempted to comeback if that FanCash never expired.
Well they kind of have a monopoly on everything so don't have much of an option on certain things. Unless I go to Packers pro shop or a local clothing place.

Have had many purchases with only one mishap. That was receiving a wrong item from what I had ordered. Then it was quite difficult being able to speak with an actual representative to get this matter corrected.
The representative was courteous and friendly. She listened to everything I said and was able to initiate actions to correct the issue at-hand. In the end, everything was taken care of and I received the product I had ordered.

I Love buying from here. Fanatics always has a variety of products in everything.
They had 11 days to deliver before the Superbowl but took 3 days to actually process the order. Cant really blame the deliver service if they cannot get and order out in a reasonable time.
To make it worse the chare 10 dollars to return a jersey if you do not take a store credit.
On top of that I already lost my shipping and handling cost.
These guys are amateurs. Never buying from them again.
