I ordered 2 of the VT Metallica shirts for my wife back in August. I was told 3 weeks in only one was ready and I asked them to ship it and they sent the request to do that. As of today both items are now on back order until mid October. What's the point of preordering them. Don't you know how many you can sell. You took my money and now I am without product. Shady!

Fanatics is so awesome! I recently gave a survey in regards to purchasing my supperbowl jacket. I express my concerns on how cheaply made the jack was. However I spoke with a customer service representative who was so helpful and knowledgeable about the product I was pleased. I placed an order for my family for Super Bowl jerseys where the site promises to deliver by the Super Bowl. Well, tomorrow is the big day and my order is still in NY instead of in California. I've been communicating through emails and the last one said they were going on "holiday" from 2/8/24 until 2/20/24. Buyer beware!

First time around received a bad autograph, but didn't know I had an option to return.
Second time around, a guy called me (D***** Ben*****) and was going to get me the best auto from his few that he would be getting. ASSURED me.
Again terrible autograph, and misled me with the bat case (said it was backed in glass, it was cheap and has no mirror). Doing business elsewhere, sent the Acuna "/12" auto bat back.

Do not buy sight unseen.

Bought a few hundred dollars of goods. Before I traveled out of town. Upon return I had an issue with a over $ 100 Washington huskies watch. I contacted customer service whom gave me no help at all. They stick to the 30 day return. At least at retail you have more time. Not with these guys. TOTALY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Last order from these guys Ever! :(
