I ordered 2 of the VT Metallica shirts for my wife back in August. I was told 3 weeks in only one was ready and I asked them to ship it and they sent the request to do that. As of today both items are now on back order until mid October. What's the point of preordering them. Don't you know how many you can sell. You took my money and now I am without product. Shady!
After several orders, this will be my last, yes, I've placed several only because I had custom orders,( players not personalized things), they will not take them back and thus reordered. Sizes are not true to fit. An XL men is more on the large size and very short in torso length.
I'm a female and wear a woman's medium, this fanatics branded t shirt had the rough feel of a 4.99 shirt from dollar general and I was swimming in it around the middle, but barely made it to my waist.and this was a 40.00 t shirt! I spoke with Francisco, very nice, but was stuck with my purchase since it was a customized Aareaz shirt. Never again will I but anything from here. I've bought alot from here, but having to return about half...cheap materials and sizing. Please look around before buying here, once you purchase, you're stuck.

Bought a hockey jersey for my son. It didn't fit so I had to return it. Couldn't just exchange it bc Fanatics ran out of them. They issued me a gift card bc they said that's what I requested, but I didn't.
Tried to used the gift card; link didn't work. Made another purchase and had to spend more money bc I couldn't access my refund.
Have been emailing them for months; never a response. Finally was able to find an actual phone number. Representatives were nice enough but after nearly an hour on the phone I still don't have my refund.
Said they're issuing another gift card link. I have no faith this one will actually work. All I want is my money back; they won't do it.
IF and when I'm able to access the gift card, it will be the very LAST time I buy anything from Fanatics.

Ordered a jersey for my wife for the Super Bowl and paid for one day delivery. Got an email from Fanatics saying "Arrives by February 8." Not here on February 9. Contacted them and they said there was an error in transition and it had not shipped. Not only that, but they could not replace it until next week. All they did was refund. Next time ordering from NFL or MLB Shop and urge everyone to avoid these scammers.

If you have a need to contact customer service, hope that you get Cristin helping you. Cristin detailed exactly what would happen, followed up with a promised email and took care of my issue with no headache. With people like Cristin working in the customer service department, I will always feel confident when shopping at Fanatics.com.
So sad! I bought a 49er Jersey for my brother! He cares for my 97 year old frail Mother! This is the one outside activity he enjoys! I paid for two day express delivery! The past four days I have been lied to constantly! The Jersey never came for The Superbowl! Late last night they told me it will arrive tomorrow the day after the Superbowl! Crap Company! This was special and they ruined it! What made it worse was the constant lying that it was going to be the here. Never will I even consider ordering a thing from them. I'm surprised they still have a business! This negative stars for sure!
