I ordered 2 of the VT Metallica shirts for my wife back in August. I was told 3 weeks in only one was ready and I asked them to ship it and they sent the request to do that. As of today both items are now on back order until mid October. What's the point of preordering them. Don't you know how many you can sell. You took my money and now I am without product. Shady!

They have great items however the insulated mug I ordered arrived with a broken lid. After having to spend 5 minutes to get through their automated system, Their practice of selling items distributed by a third party vendor ruined my day. I ordered this for a birthday present two weeks in advance but Fanatics could not get the item replaced for at least another two weeks which is past the birthday date. Rep was like working with AI just repeating the same useless information over and over... put on hold three times and after 24 minutes still could not help. Worst customer service I have had in a very long time. Could not refund or return.

BEWARE! First of all I should have listened to the bad reviews here and I didn't expect to experience this as well. Worst customer service. Customer Representative who didn't even mentioned his/her name just abandoned me in the live chat conversation. I'm polite, calm and very understanding but the staff suddenly became rude and impolite in the end. Didn't help me process the cancellation of the order and failed to give me other options on returning process. Not considerate with my situation and customers treated like a garbage once they got your money online. I don't recommend this store and I advised y'all to find other store. You guys have been warned. Just read the reviews here, y'all would know

The personalized NBA jersey I got my son for his birthday/graduation present back in May already has numbers peeling. I called your store but didn't ask for my money back - just a replacement or to have it fixed. But, I was continually told nothing could be done because it's out of the "90 day return period", however, they do admit it's defective. Again, I don't want to return it for a refund - just have it replaced or even fixed. It's ridiculous that eventually all the letters/numbers will fall off and my son won't want to wear it fearing he will get teased. Buyers beware - you may wind up getting a defective jersey that can't be returned after 90 days.

I purchase a Reflective t-$#*!. Not sure why they call it reflective when light nor sun reflective at all. A very bland looking shirt without reflection in which they claim. Also the $40 t-shirt had a stitching issue on the left shoulder which made the shirt stick up off my shoulder looking extremely goofy. Went to send back for refund and found out they keep $10 of the refund for no reason at all, funny cause there big sales slogan is 365 day return. I was very upset to find out they were keeping $10 of my refund of a defective shirt. What a joke! Never buying from them again and suggest you don't either!

Don't go cheap or free shipping if you want it within 2 weeks. They pay FedEx the minimum so your packages just sit in their warehouses for days at a time. And Fanatics offers ZERO customer service. Worst company to deal with when you expect 3-7 days and it's been 2 weeks. Terrible service. FedEx is terrible too.

Wish I could give this website a 0 star rating. One thing I have to say is don't trust the time frames that they give you for the shipping. "3-7 business days" can easily mean 10-15 business days. And like many other dishonest companies they continue to use the pandemic as an excuse for their misleading shipping times. Never ordering anything from Fanatics again and I suggest those reading this review do the same.
This site never seems to have the products I'm looking for. When new jerseys drop for teams, you can only get like 1 player, or pay an extra amount of money to get a customized jersey. In some instances, they don't even bother to keep regular jersey sizes stocked. When I contact customer service, they said to just keep an eye on the website to see if items stock, which is a reasonable answer for a terribly run company.

Plain and simple. Horrible service. Save your money and buy somewhere else. Returning an item is a major hassel plus $9.99 for return shipping is ridiculous. I bought items through Walmart, (I've never had any problems with them) but for FANATICS we can't return with Walmart. So frustrating when you want to return an item but the shipping is ridiculous!

Ordered the Face Coverings but did not see that their description clearly states: "This face covering is not intended to prevent or protect from any form of illness or disease (or otherwise)." AND only on the inside of the package on the product itself does it state "No returns, No refunds." (See pic) I ordered the Face Coverings on July 26 and did receive update after update that the shipping date had been moved back. My shipment finally arrived on August 27. A month! When I opened the package, I see that, outside the team logos, the masks look nothing like the pictures. The ear straps are nothing but slits in the material. My over-under before the material rips is 4 days. Sure wanted some of those Pegasus Nike 37 shoes but no way in hell am I ordering from these guys again.

I purchased two nba kings t shirts from fanatics. One of the t shirts was black and came with with fuzz all around the logo. It also arrived three days late. When I emailed customer service I received no response. After calling in and going through their very long automated answering service. I spoke with a representative who said they would email me a free return label. Of course I never received and email with a return label. I did receive another email directing me to there online return form. I already tried this "my order could not be found"

I purchased a jersey last Christmas for my partner and it was the wrong size so I followed directions and returned it January 6,2022 using Canada Post. Canada Post did confirm the parcel was delivered. I have tried three times to get my refund from this company and I keep on getting a response that it takes 7 to 10 business days to process a return. I've used their online chat twice and spoken directly to customer service. I've also responded to their emails to no avail. I always get the same canned response. I really wanted to give my partner the new jersey this Christmas but I'm not about to put another hundred bucks into this company's product. So much for customer service!

I was delivered the wrong item. Eventually I was transferred to Ruth who was so kind and personable. Ruth went above and beyond for me and making sure everything was right. She was so wonderful in fact that I wasn't even upset the wrong item was delivered. Disappointed, but not angry. I wish every company had a "Ruth". Never received my order. Multiple attempts to track were dead ends. Latest information was that the package was actually in my town then somehow shipped to a town 30 miles away. Fanatics says it's UPS. Ups says it was handed off to USPS. Usps has no record of package. They started refund process, but I really wanted the item. Do yourself a favor and go into an actual store. Avoid Fanatics website.

Worst company i've ever dealt with. Ordered 2 shirts for Euros which will soon be over. Order still showing as processing, not even dispatched so no chance will get them before it ends. Asked to cancel my order but they refused saying the order has to be shipped and then returned which would cost me money as no free returns. I do not want this order as it is now useless. There is no reason you cannot cancel an order not yet processed or shipped and refund me my money! Complete cowboys. If I had read the reviews first I would never have gone near this company!

I paid more money for a high quality jersey and when it came, there were air bubbles in the front numbers! Trying to contact someone from their site is impossible. I tried their online chat, it constantly says there's no one available. I tried calling and can only get an automated voice which is just giving me useless information. Can't find an email anywhere. Being desperate I also messaged their Facebook page. No reply. It's like they take your money, send you a crappy product, then ghost you.
Not only that, but they CHARGE YOU to do a full return. They want me to pay them $14 to do a return. Unreal. It's only free if you choose an e-gift card. Why would I want a gift card to a site that sells low quality products...

This has EASILY been one of the worst experiences I have had with any sort of online order ever. I ordered a jersey, without knowing it would take 2+ weeks to receive only to finally get it and it be a completely different team. I found my local UPS, returned it, and still have had any response from Fanatics regarding this ridiculous mishap. Maybe I should start a jersey business because this level of customer service is letting their competitions have an extreme edge. Fanatics- way to drop the ball. You are terrible.

I love the fact that you have great looking products at good prices. I love that fact that you had free shipping and also gave me free store cash. I hate that the promotional prices shown were only for certailn sizes which was annoying because I would click on something, get excited only to see that the size I wanted was a higher price. Overall, the free store cash promotion allowed me to get an item for my nephew that I otherwise would not have gotten

I ordered a long sleeve University of Illinois shirt today (4/1/20). The total came out to be 23.68. I look at my bank account statement and see that there are two charges for 23.99 taken out of my bank account from Fanatics ( a total of 48.98). Their live chat does not work and when i called the first time, the lady hung up on me. However, the second time, another lady gladly helped me, but they could not refund it to me. I am not sure what to say as the other reviews are not too promising so I am hoping I did not just get robbed of $47.98.

I ordered a t shirt. Needed a bigger size. Customer service rep doesn't know if return label can be printed out from where I'm mailing return back from. The post office. So I basically have to go and see if they can print off my return label when the rep should have that basic answer. He's suggesting go to library or some place to print off my phone. Why do I have to do so much leg work on a return? Rep doesn't have answers and very impatient. Upon returning if you choose gift card and order same item you still pay more cause if new tax and delivery. If original payment refunded $9.99 is charged for the shipping return. I don't even think I'll order the bigger size now. But thank you for the bad experience August 15,2023

Fanatics has a serious problem, and based on their "Reviews Score", I am not alone in my thoughts.
I ordered an item on 5/21/2020 and have still not received it seven months later (12/11/2020). I am done with this business, they can find other people that will loan them their $$ for an extended period and then just offer a refund.
