I ordered 2 of the VT Metallica shirts for my wife back in August. I was told 3 weeks in only one was ready and I asked them to ship it and they sent the request to do that. As of today both items are now on back order until mid October. What's the point of preordering them. Don't you know how many you can sell. You took my money and now I am without product. Shady!
Ordered two items in the beginning of may for my sons Birthday. A t shirt and a poster both of Ja Morant. The website said only 7 shirts left so I ordered it and a poster. They were both supposed to be here 7-10 days. A later update shows the poster to arrive in June now and the shirt is shipped but not according to fedex. I just received the poster, no word on shirt. Chatted with customer service rep and the same old b. S. Avoid the company like the plague and save the disappointment that you surely will receive. They or horribly pathetic and should be out of business. Now they want to give me 25 percent off a future purchase! Screw yourselves.

Do you enjoy getting $35 Fanatics branded shirts that look like they're 20 years old, falling apart, and have print that looks like it's been sitting in the sun for a year it's so faded? Do you like paying $10 for shipping that takes weeks (still waiting on a shirt scheduled for 5/6 from a 4/18 order) and then when you get a $#*!ty product also having to pay $10 to return each $#*!ty product back to them? Do you like ordering $37 commemorative glasses that don't even have flush bottoms so they wobble on any surface? Well then, fanatics is the site for you! Save your money, do NOT buy from these guys unless it is an actual branded product (Nike/Adidas etc.). Even then, you're going to be charged out the $#*! for whatever it is you're buying. If I could give them 0 stars I would, never ordering from them again.

I've ordered from Fanatics several Times in the past couple years. Most of the time my order has gotten here in a timely manner. Last time I ordered something it took well over four weeks. I just received two 76er's shirts and decided to send them back. Their charging me $9.99 per shirt just to return them! Not to mention they overcharge on shipping even when they're shipping in the same city of Jacksonville Florida I will not be doing business with this company anymore. I'll wait till I'm up in Philly for all my future purchases!
I purchased a tee shirt from Fanatics and wore it one time and washed it. It came out of the washer with a hole in the body. I have tried on multiple occasions to get some sort of guidance from their customer service web site, but the only option that was available to me was to return the shirt, at my cost, and pay a $9.99 re-stocking fee! I have resigned myself to keeping the shirt to wear when I work on my car, do yard work or paint my house and not purchase anything else from Fanatics! Such a shame!

I had ordered hats from fanatics and the product is not as advertised. The hat bill is often too long and the hat is a high top peaking at the top. The return policy is put on you to print off return label.if you get the email! Fanatics charges $9.99 for a retrun. Do not buy from them!
Don't order from this company. There is no way to contact them. They refused to let me return an item when it was two days over the 30 day mark which makes no sense as it's Christmas. What's this 365 day return policy they talk about.? I gave them so much business last year but I'll never order from them again

Did not receive 1st order. Tried again. 2nd order did not receive. The customer service was good but did not receive package. I did get a refund but rather would received the order as it was a gift to my son.

Orders a men's x large sweatshirt and it barely fits my girlfriend. She's 5"5 about 120 lbs. Its big enough but the length is so short. It's almost like it was shrunk in a dryer. And they try to charge you $10 to return it. What crap I'll never use this company again.

Girlfriend and I ordered a custom $200+ Manchester United jersey with my name on the back. Despite having a confirmation email with the correct spelling, I was sent a jersey with a missing letter on the back. After calling over 10 times I was finally able to speak to a supervisor who acknowledged the error but told me that no returns can be done on custom items and that I can't be given a refund/have the product remade correctly because it's "their policy".
To add insult to injury, we were offered a 15% discount coupon to make things right which is extremely insignificant given the original price of the item + duties and taxes. I would give the company 0 stars if I could.
Horrible overall experience
My third replica jersey did not have the embroidery that the site advertised. It was heat pressed and basically looked like a sticker. After processing an item check I received an email apologizing for my "inconvenience". However, I am expected to wait for my return even after the team admitted to messing up my order. Not only was I "inconvenienced" but now I don't have the money nor the product because it takes 10 business days to receive the product I returned. I am baffled to find out this is a licensed seller. Never will purchase from fanatics again.

They sent wrong replacement items twice. They are wrong colors and the rep was trying to argue with customer. I never had this kind of customer service. In my life ever. Very rude and unprofessional.
If you receive a wrong item, don't try to replace it. Just ask for free return and sent it back. Then look for another retailers.

So the price was 44.99 for a college team sweatshirt. When I got it, it was very thin and not at all what sweatshirt fabric is usually made of. Sent it back the next day. They said it would be 9.99 to ship it back but they charged me 14.97 and took it out of my refund. Won't shop with them again

We ordered a custom Raptors jersey as a gift for a friend, about 6 weeks in advance of his birthday. When it arrived, the letters were peeling off the jersey straight out of the package. We initiated a return, and they promised to send a replacement. When the new package arrived, it was clearly someone else's order - a Blue Jays jerseys with a different name. So we initiated a return again, and asked for the right order to be sent. Instead, Fanatics sent a 30% off coupon for our next purchase, and refunded a portion of our money. Only after complaining to customer service were we given the full refund. In the end they made no attempt to fulfill our order. I've never had such a frustrating online purchasing experience in my life. Their final attempt to appease was another discount coupon code. As if! And by the way, the birthday is long past. Extremely disappointing. Don't bother!

Not True! I ordered a $100 jersey (size L) early January for a friend who is a seasonal resident of Arizona. He bought it for his grandson. When grandson arrived in July, we found it was too large. We cannot return it. There is no phone number for customer service. They didn't recognize the order. They didn't admit they even sent the jersey even though the original packing and order are here. My friend ordered another one (size S) and that arrived within a week. We will see if that fits next week when they return from a vacation. I was not ever able to reach a person and the website has no record of our order. Total invoice $107.49. I'm sorry I have to give them one star.

Got a jersey nov 20 first time was delivered didn't get text till 8 hrs after it was and left in lobby was gone. Got issued a new one used my mother's address today get text 1hour after they say it was delivered. Nothing out there and didn't get a picture this time pretty sure their delivery driver stole this one I don't even want the jersey no more just want my money back but gotta wait till Dec 4 don't buy from this place better going to a store can't trust these guys delivery service

I ordered a sweatshirt on 12/11/22. Received an email that my order was shipped on 12/14/22. In that email was a UPS tracking number. As of today, 1/2/23 I have still not received my package and when I track my shipment the UPS website still says "label created" and "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible." I have tried to online chat with fanatics but always receive a message that there is currently no one available to chat. Very, very disappointed in this entire order and company. Will know to not purchase from here again.

I made a purchase on November 26,2023, a withdraw from my account was made and I haven't received my purchase. I contacted them and they're saying they can't find the purchase. I gave them an Order # and still nothing. I've been push from 1 person to another and nothing. The statement they gave is we can't assist you. Very disappointed with this website... I ordered my mom a Rutgers T-Shirt as a Christmas gift. I instead received a Kyle Busch T-shirt... The chat was always down (which was the way they recommended initiating returns for incorrect items), which was very frustrating. I called the customer service number and kept hitting 0 until I got to a representative. After explaining the situation, I was told that the shirt I actually ordered was out of stock so they could only refund my money. Now I have to scramble around for another Christmas gift due to their incompetence.

I placed an order on Sept 27 th.
It is now Oct. 6 th. Tracking has not changed in a week. Near impossible to contact anyone in the company. When I log on to check status, no order is showing! The money was taken out of my account, and I have emails with order number and tracking number. Thier online chat is a joke! Very disappointed. Glad I paid with pay pal. Will likely start a claim soon for a refund.

Originally, before I placed my order, I was told the 2 custom jerseys would be shipped within 10 days. After I placed the order, immediately they changed the shipping time frame to 6-8 weeks. Very much a bait and switch, since they don't allow you to cancel custom orders. Now we won't have our custom jerseys for my wife's first game. I do NOT recommend this site.

I've bought many Nike shirts in my life and have come to know the expected quality, but these seemed like they were fake. I sent everything back I ordered. There is just no way I'm paying full price for this stuff. Secondly, the pictures of the shirts in no way match what I got. They make them look like they are athletic fit, tailored, whatever and when I got them they are all wide-bottomed... like it gets bigger towards the bottom - the exact opposite of what the picture shows.
I just purchased 3 items from the Fanatics website through Facebook. They did not apply the 30% sitewide discount at checkout and after I realized they did not give me the discount I called the customer service automated number which was worthless and wont allow you to do any returns. I also try chatting on the website, same thing worthless. I even messaged them on Facebook Messenger, no response. The worse part is it wont allow you to stop a purchase until it ships. So I requested to return and they wont give you all your money back! I am so mad. They want to give an E-card or charge you $9.99 to get your whole refund back. That is so shady man. I will never buy from them ever again. I would encourage you not purchase anything from this company with these type of practices or policies.
