I ordered 2 of the VT Metallica shirts for my wife back in August. I was told 3 weeks in only one was ready and I asked them to ship it and they sent the request to do that. As of today both items are now on back order until mid October. What's the point of preordering them. Don't you know how many you can sell. You took my money and now I am without product. Shady!

Was promised 3 to 7 business days. Message now says it will take 16 calendar days. Started as FedEx, now is USPS. I schedule is an issue, you might want to look elsewhere or pay extra. This is mid-March, not the Christmas rush.

Pay extra or look elsewhere if schedule is important.

I ordered 6 jerseys for Christmas and spent almost $200, only 5 of them came. I am still missing one. They told me it was shipped in a separate package but gave me the tracking number to the order that was already delivered. When I checked my account and I was charge almost $13 more that what my receipt says, they claim the bank took it as a "handling fee" which is not mentioned anywhere on the website. Last but not least, one of the jerseys was too small so I asked to exchange it for a larger size. The response I got, in the most broken English possible was that shipping was too expensive so I should try to sell it or give it away and then order a new one. What happen to your return policy! Worst Experience ever! And I am still missing a jersey!

Just because Magic Johnson is the spokesperson, don't believe that this company is credible. I placed an order on September 14 and have received NOTHING. I have called (I've "spoken" with Magic as no person ever answers the phone). I chatted with someone online who said they didn't know when I would get my order. I sent an email to inquire only to be told: "We do not have an estimated time frame for when your order will ship from our warehouse and we appreciate your patience as we work through this process." I've worked in shipping at an online company... it doesn't give me much faith that I will ever get my order if this company can't even provide me with an estimate of when I might receive my order. When an organization can't be transparent about basic services and doesn't provide timely customer service, it causes red flags. Shady. Very shady.

Used the order coupon for receiving my order before Christmas only to be told in Christmas Eve that my item magically has fine print on the web site now saying it is being carefully designed and will not be shipped for 5 days after order. Which I interpret as they are not making or buying the item until they get more orders for it. Bull crap. Avoid this company like the plague.

Give yourself a pat on the back for unprofessional service and customer service to all the customers who complained about bad service, late shipments, shoddy products that could be bought at a Flea Market or Thrift Store. I would be embarrassed if I owned a company and there were so many complaints that I could not even count. First clue that something needs to change at the top on how to run a successful business. Your reps are versed well on how to cheat its customers and not even making excuses for items that do not show up or are a month late

I ordered UW PAC winning shirts on Dec 1st. For Christmas presents. Website said product was in stock when ordered. On the 18th notified 2 shirts out of stock and cancelled my order. This is 3 shirts they could not process. I ended up ordering from the UW Husky store. Fanatics offers no customer service!

I ordered a custom oakland raiders jersey, with the number 25 on it, only to get a 2 and an upside down 5. This was supposed to be a christmas gift. What a joke! The last name is spelled correctly but they cant put numbers on properly?

I have repeatedly tried to order a single item (a kids T-shirt) and still don't know if it's on the way. I got several cancellation emails, called their customer service number and was only told that my charge had been refused for no apparent reason. They claimed that they cleared my account so I could reorder, but the shirt was no longer available in the size I wanted. So I ordered another one. No telling if that one will arrive. There is no status on their awful website.

Don’t bother. It’s a total disaster.

I highly recommend NOT shopping with this merchant. I never was able to use the tracker they provided, I kept getting a message saying invalid number, and it's impossible to get help from anyone at fanatics. I ordered my shirts on October 21st hoping to wear them at homecoming in November. They told American Express they were delivered October 26th, I still have no merchandise from Fanatics. Save yourself the headache and don't buy from them.

I want my money back or my merchandise.

I recently ordered several hundred dollars worth of items from Fanatics. One of the items was of very poor quality and I received authorization to return it. Got an email from the company confirming that they received the return and would issue a refund promptly. More than a month later, nothing. Repeated attempts to contact their customer service department have been ignored. NEVER will do business with Fanatics again.

I ordered a shirt on a Tuesday for a Broncos game out of town almost two weeks later. It is now almost a week after ordering and the order hasn't even shipped yet. I got an apology email that said please respond if they can further assist. I have now emailed them twice asking to change the shipping address to my friends house (who I am visiting for the game) so that maybe I can wear it to the game. I know for a fact it won't arrive to me on time (I guess ordering 9 days in advance isn't enough). Do not order from this site unless you plan on not wearing what you order for at least a month.

Yes first of all it took two weeks to get a shirt abd a cap secondly the cap was worn and dirty but they still sold it like that, I will post on my friends extensive facebook page about them.The shirt was crumbled up in a bag. I will never order from them again.

I've had the worst experience with Fanatics. I don't think they are a legit company. I bought some items from them for Christmas but they sent me the wrong size. So I followed their instructions and now I'm out of my products and refund. They claim they sent it to my bank but not my card. And my bank has no report of any kind. Fanatics just keeps giving the same correspondence. I'm out over $100.00. They should not be in business at all. I don't understand how this company can continue to do business when they are just crooks aka criminals!

I ordered an MLB jersey on the 21/11/16 and have had not communication of it's whereabouts even when I was told the tracking would be available.
It seems my item didn't get shipped until the 15/12/16, that's nearly a whole month after I ordered the item.
I was hoping to get this before christmas as promised on your website.
I emailed somebody and they just kept telling the same thing that made no sense.
Please tell me, will I get this before christmas?!

Have always had issues with orders off of fanatics (either lost, never shipped, or other countless errors on their end), but had a gift card and decided to order a shirt for my boyfriend's birthday.

After not hearing anything about the item being shipped for several days despite getting a purchase confirmation, I reached out and was told that my order was cancelled "due to a system connection error" and was told to try to resubmit my purchase. However, when I entered in the gift card info again, it now has a zero balance, and was told I now have to go through some 2-5 day process with billing to try and get the money back on the card.

So much for the birthday gift! Have never had worse customer service experience in my life from any other company.

I am beyond frustrated! I am trying to find out where the other half of my order is. The online service is no help at all. Called customer service and got a recording. I was assured it would be here by Christmas. I can't find my order number so I guess I'm out of luck. If you are going to be in business I think there should be a human being a person can talk to for help. I have already been charged and paid for an order that was placed on November 23. Today is December 21. Not happy!

I bought Kobe authentic nike jersey in a size small, but when I received it the sizing is horrible. It fits like a xtra small and to make it worse they are sold out. I tried to return it but when I got into the returns menu, I am not receiving a full refund and I am getting charged an additional $9.99 for shipping! That's crazy. Now I'm stuck with a jersey that doesn't fit and can not send it back because I am losing out on nearly $30. I'm never going to buy from Fanatics.com again, I can't even get a live rep to talk to me. I demand a full refund, they even got me to pay for expedited shipping by accident.

Avoid Fanatics.com they have no interest in working with their customers. I bought 4 jerseys from them, these appear to be stock items they charge a very high price and then refuse to help because these are all just too small. They just quote corporate policy. I wish I could write a positive review.

This is still not satisfactory because it was a Christmas present. If you order from them before Christmas and there is a problem after the gift is opened, you're screwed. Really poor business practice.

We are huge Warriors fans, I try to support my team but dealing with Fanatics is less than mediocre. I ordered my Christmas present on November 26th. It's now Dec 17th and am being told that my gift will not arrive on time with NO ETA. On top of that they are unwilling to credit me for the "inconvenience" and want to offer me a coupon for future purchases. I'm just sincerely disappointed that they are not a customer service oriented company. I choose to business with retailers that want my business and apologies don't cut it.

Returned an unopened item within 3 weeks of purchasing. I was informed return could not be processed due to the item being purchased more than 365 days ago. They also said item was donated to charity. Scam, Scam, Scam. I guess I will have to file a complaint with my credit card company. Don't use these people.

... and when (if) you finally do, they are unable or unwilling to help with the simplest of issues. A service phone number is buried under about ten layers of web searching, and when you find it getting a person on the phone takes trial and error and tricks you should never have to know... I spent a lifetime waiting for help, and when someone answered and could not assist me, the "supervisor" they sent me to hung up on me before we even talked... This is our future as a society if we do not shop locally. I will never go near this company again. I have a useless garment I can do nothing with.

Hi there,
I ordered items on December 3 2015. I have spoken with 4 reps online all told me different ship out dates, from 7-10 days even thought they advertise 2 days shipping. Then on the 11 day still didn't receive the package, so I spoke with someone online the 4th rep finally tells me there is a 24-48 delay before the package gets shipped for processing. Then its is 10-24 days for shipping to Canada. Also the tracking information they give you, only tracks the item until Canada not within Canada. They will not give you any tracking information so you can look into yourself either. I still have yet to receive my gift but it might take up to Jan 6th for me to receive it. I am very unsatisfied, I will definitely be using NHL.com next year :(

You pay a standard rate for 3-7 business days for a delivery. I paid that and am told 10 business days. Had I known that, I would have chosen a different vendor, such as Amazon who has a bit quicker for delivery.

Fanatics will always advertise specials and free shipping, but if you don't watch very closely they will auto populate expedited shipping and charge for it.

If you notice this, it takes lots of time to reach Customer service to get your order cancelled. They ask for email and order number and it usually gives you an error message which wastes time.

I would highly recommend shopping in stores or use Amazon. Fanatics is a rip off.
