I ordered 2 of the VT Metallica shirts for my wife back in August. I was told 3 weeks in only one was ready and I asked them to ship it and they sent the request to do that. As of today both items are now on back order until mid October. What's the point of preordering them. Don't you know how many you can sell. You took my money and now I am without product. Shady!
I purchased an item that went on sale for half price 3 weeks later. They would not offer a price match on my item. So instead of offering a price match I had to ship back my original item, and repurchase the exact same item in order to get the sale price. What an asinine way to do business. I will never purchase from this company ever again.

I will spare you by not talking bad about the site, however, I would like to know best practices towards getting a full refund. Unless, the order is being shipped as we speak. I placed an order with my credit card. A charge appeared shortly thereafter, then was reversed without explanation. No email confirmation of the order. I followed up on the site with the order number to which the response was the order did not exist. I spent 20 minutes on a chat line, then was told to telephone a number because my order was "under review." Seriously? An order for two T-shirts for less than $40 using a valid credit card under review? Fanatics had cancelled the order unilaterally and failed to take any steps to tell me they had done so. Forget this company! Order your sports/university merchandise somewhere else.

Ordered a few shirts on a rush and it stated guaranteed shipping or your purchase is free. Well the two items shipped out separate and one is going to take almost two weeks to get the item. Keep in mind it was guaranteed to be here in three days. Needless to say i contacted them and they made excuses and nothing was done. Complete joke and would highly recommend finding another site to purchase from.

I've ordered from this site 2 times before with no problem. But this time around is really scary. I've been hearing bad things about lasership and I just want my package on time. Repeatedly have had the same issue. After orders are left as "processing' you will have to call to see why your purchase was "flagged" since they will not email or call you with any issues they have on their end. All 3 times I was told that there was an issue with my billing address and all 3 times I have verified my address along with their questions and then told that they would update the information in their system so all future orders won't be 'flagged". This last time when I called they again supposedly updated my information but when they went to add the items back into my cart my requested sizes were out of stock. However, customer service did offer to send a 20% off coupon to my email, at this point the whole process is more trouble than its worth. I would rather pay more for the items and have competent customer service than save money and use their site.

After reading all these reviews on scared my jersey wont be here in time for opening day. I ordered it on 3/4/19 and it says it should arrive 3/8/19 but it's a Bryce Harper jersey and I think they are in high demand. Also I've been tracking the order and it still says pending. Wish I would have read all the bad reviews before ordering from this company!

I forgot to check free shipping box before I sent it out, Some person in customer service took care of it in one day sent me an email just to let me know everything was taken care of they took it off my card. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement... I am going to the Seahawks game this weekend and ordered some shorts and shirts online. I double checked everything to make sure the t shirts and shorts were regular fit. It said they were. Everything came in today and all of the items are "athletic cut" which means the large I ordered fits like a small... Not really the look I was going for... and now not enough time to try and get something else. $120 wasted...

I purchased jerseys from Fanatics for Christmas for my family and they ended up being too small so I had to exchange them. The way Fanatics handles exchanges is just ridiculous. You can't ship back your item and get it replaced. Instead, you ship it back and get a refund, but then you have to purchase new items afterwards.
Fanatics is always running sales and they constantly are changing prices so it is almost guaranteed that if you have to exchange an item, you are going to end up paying more than you originally did just to replace the item. Most of the time the item you need to replace is not in stock either which makes it even more convoluted.
On top of that Fanatics customer service is terrible. It is almost impossible to maneuver your way threw their horrible chat system to get to a human. Once you finally do, the person doesn't know what they are doing. After literally hours of going back and forth I finally got them to issue me a refund but they did it in store credit instead of back to my original payment. After doing this they refused to fix their mistake and I ended up having to back charge my credit card to get my money back.
I can not state enough that you should not waste your time or money purchasing from this company.

I placed (2) separate orders in the same day (9/24/2016) and received the second of the two yesterday (Friday 10/7). I can't for the life of me understand this business practice of taking money and not delivering in a timely manner or if they deliver at all. I mean these are just shirts that I ordered. The site has horrible reviews and I wish that I had seen reviews from others before I ordered from fanatics. I called customer service and the woman I spoke with was polite and attentive. That's great, but at the end of the day I want the stuff I paid for. I don't want fan cash or some other gimmicky thing, because I won't be purchasing from this site again. It's also nonsense for me to private message, email, call constantly just to get resolution, which I still haven't received for the first order.

I bought the Philadelphia Eagles face masks and I have proof they took the money out of my account. Yet when I log in to see about shipping it says no recent orders. I started getting advertising from them to my email too. There's no number to call and since I apparently have no orders there's no order # either. So basically I just gave this company $. Like I said I have account statements to prove they took the money from my account

Very similar situation to a review I saw on this website earlier regarding a lakers jersey. I bought a black lakers swingman jersey from Fanatics but received a completely different jersey from them. I had to contact them using the chat box in their website which is absolutely horrific and when I finally got to message a customer representative, they said they were out of stock and could not do anything but issue a refund once I sent the jersey back. This company has absolutely no consideration for its customers and after reading another customer's experience that is suspiciously similar to mine, I am confident that they do this on purpose in these situations.

Called to check on my order that I placed on 10/17/2017 provided them with the order # that I received from Fanatics confirmation email and no one could find my order or give me any information about my order. In speaking with customer service through the chat application it was a complete waste of my time. The gentleman gave up and said I would need to call and speak with someone regarding my issue. I called customer support and the lady answered and was short and no help at all she stated sorry I can't find your order not sure what is going on. I'll create a ticket and someone will get back with you. She gave me an excuse that this is a busy time and there is an influx of orders due to the World Series. All in all terrible customer experience I will never order anything through Fanatics again.

I truly wish that I'd read the reviews before making a purchase online. I placed an order 6/08/20 and received message saying my order would arrive by 6/20/20 only when I called just to confirm 6/18/20 I'm told order would arrive 7/08/20. This company uses the cheapest possible way to deliver your product and they do not inform you upon checkout. I ordered a Christmas present in November and it will take 2 months to arrive! I live in Honolulu and it should not take this long to ship something from Florida! I asked for my money back and they cannot issue me a refund and I just have to wait to receive the product whenever that will be. This company has a poor supply chain and no one should ever purchase anything from this website! They just disgraceful and unhelpful, I want my money back!

Bought a $50 silver business card holder for a Naval Academy grad as a gift. The college emblem was a metallic sticker affixed in a crooked fashion on the front. It is so embarrassing it is un-gift-able. The refund amount was $10 less than my total cost of this endeavor. I will never ever buy from this company again. Hopefully my refund will process correctly.

Ordered two items. My one item came within the allotted 10 days. My other item (Baltimore Ravens sweater) never came. 2 weeks later and i'm on the phone with them for the second time after the man I spoke with promised there would be an email sent to me detailing the shipment of my item. Never received such email. This business is a great example of how not to run a business.
I tried to order a jersey from the multiple websites that this company owns. Had I known they were all run by Fanatics, I would have never ordered online. I ended up purchasing 5 of the same jersey due to so many issues. They sent me the wrong one, they take days to reply with a robotic message that is no help whatsoever, they sent one that was damaged, they were out of stock on 2 others but took over 2 weeks to inform me. The service both on the phone and via email has been awful and after 2 months of back and forth, I am still trying to get my money back. They keep trying to refund me only a fraction of what I paid. I do not have any jerseys now nor do I EVER want to shop here again.

This place is a joke. I ordered a jersey specifically from them in Black Friday because they only had one "in stock" It is now 1/13/2023 and I still don't have the jersey. Apparently according to customer service it is a manufacturer item. So fanatics is allowed to sell items that they don't even have in stock. Even though on their site it say it is in stock. There has been managers that have reached out to "escalate" the problem. And the answer is still "well we just can't get you the item". The entire hockey season is going to be over before we even get the jersey. This place is a joke and I should be getting the jersey for free at this point. Don't bother answering my review with a "hey we're sorry, email us" I already have with no resolution. Do better and get me my jersey.

I had ordered a hat and received the wrong size. They advertise easy 365 day returns, but I am being told I am unable to return one month after ordering the item. I'm also unable to talk to an actual person as their live chat is never open and they don't post phone numbers on their site.

My child received a gift from aunt. We call and work with CS to return for credit. CS codes it wrong & returns to aunt. Next CS says they did it wrong and issues child gift code good only 2 mo. Supervisor Fiyin in Toronto says too bad and blames customer instead of her inept CS person. Maybe train your call center and inform them you don't screw over a child and you don't blame the customer for your CS agents error. What's ridiculous, is we could have kept the shirt and returned it today, but since we returned it right away and CS screwed up my child is out. Horrible!
