I ordered 2 of the VT Metallica shirts for my wife back in August. I was told 3 weeks in only one was ready and I asked them to ship it and they sent the request to do that. As of today both items are now on back order until mid October. What's the point of preordering them. Don't you know how many you can sell. You took my money and now I am without product. Shady!

If you have a problem with your shipment and Paid with PayPal, don't expect a full refund. You'll end up paying for that expedited shipping you likely added even if you never receive your items. Won't ever make that mistake again to order from this company!

I ordered a package almost a month ago. The delivery room very long so I followed up with customer service, which is a nightmare to deal with, to no avail. Almost a full month later, it said it was delivered and signed for at the wrong address over an hour away from me. I am waiting on a refund but not overly optimistic. This is the most dysfunctional company I have ever dealt with. A month of waiting and no concession of any kind on their part for the massive inconvenience, just a promise of a refund in 3-7 business days, after weeks of waiting and someone else in a different city getting my order. I will never use this company again, and I hope they fail.

Upon review, the order was placed with no assistance of an agent. Please make sure when placing the order that you review the address prior to confirming the purchase. Once the package has been successfully returned to our warehouse, it will automatically be refunded back to the method of payment used to make this purchase. Depending on the financial institution, the refund could be immediate or it can take up to two to seven business days to reflect on your financial institution. Worst company to deal with. They do not care about their customers. You cannot even call them. Look for a number on the internet. They could care less about their customers. Tried to order over $200 worth of product and could not get a question answered. Please don't buy from them it just encourages company to no provide customer service. Especially with their high prices!

Avoid doing business with them at all costs. I've had three orders completely messed up by carrier choice when it comes to fanatics. Stay away from them at all costs. I've had all my requests for refunds turned down, and have had pretty awful customer service. I was a loyal customer for years that they lost because of repeated issues that I was blamed for.

So, I ordered a shirt for my husband and (counting shipping) it came to $45. The shirt was fine but a bit too big for him. I go to return it and they charge me an almost $10 return fee! I think it's beyond ridiculous that for a $45 purchase I will only be getting $29 back. This is so sneaky. Im done with Fanatics!

I ordered 3 Vegas Golden Knights T-shirt's in April. Loved the shirts till they were washed. They were only worn a couple times because the weather warmed up, into the 90's so black was not ideal color to wear. I washed them the other day, hung them to dry so they wouldn't shrink. Went to put on the long sleeve the other day, tiny holes in the front of the shirt! I looked at the other two, holes in them to. Called company this morning and they will do nothing cause it's past the 3 months! So if you order from this company, beware! Very cheap material, and no help if it's defective! Very disappointed since it says returns 365, that is if it's never worn, tags still on, in excellent condition and receipt, packaging from company!

Tip for consumers:
Beware of what you order, where it’s made and if it’s defective. You will not get a refund or exchange!

I ordered a basketball jersey in XL. It came in XL but with a +4 length added onto it. I am 6'3" and the jersey goes down to my knees as a result. After speaking with multiple customer service agents, they determined I am responsible for return shipping if I want to return it because it came in XL, thus they did not send me the wrong size. They did not take responsibility for their mistake! Her words were "our goal is to provide exceptional service" however, I told 3 or 4 of them a number of times that they sent me an item that is not what I ordered and doesn't fit as a result. As far as I am concerned, the length of the jersey falls under the category of "size". After two weeks deliberation, they decided it is the customer who should pay for their mistake. Will never buy from them again.

I have received 1 package with 1 item (no itemized receipt). Waiting patiently for another week to have my other items to come in... Finding out the website stated all item was delivered through fedex in 1 tracking order. I called their customer service last Tuesday and was told I was going to received a confirmation once the other items was process, since it was the warehouse fault. Im sitting here for another week with no answer!. I demand my items by this week or give me my money back. Pathetic experience!

Ordered an item and it was unable to be delivered for some reason. I had to track it to find out I was not notified via email or anything.

Called customer service can't get ahold of someone. Their 24/7 live chat is unavailable.

Would like to get my items I paid for.

Ordered 5 items on a Wed morning, paid $11 extra for 2 bus day shipping. Received email Wed night that the order shipped. 1 item arrived the following Tues, the rest arrived 2 weeks after ordering them. Returned the entire order, and the refund is still $15 short of what I paid.

After getting the run around from their "customer service" about how they delivered my package to fedex and to allow fedex tracking to update, it never updated and so I emailed fedex about the problem to see if their site was down, but come to find out fanatics only printed my label but never sent the package to fedex for delivery. So a package that was supposed to ship out on Wednesday and be delivered early next week still has not left their warehouse.

I've shopped on and off here for a long time. They are not always the cheapest, but prices are fair. They don't always have exactly what you are looking for, but those 2 things are the only reason no 5 star. It's an honest, competent business with quality products.

Over 3 weeks to receive an order placed. This company needs to catch up to the 21st century. They had a slightly higher rating than NFL.com so I gave them a shot. I do not recommend this company unless you don't mind receiving the item after the season ends

Will never order from here again. Ordered two months ago and order is yet to be delivered. Tried to chat on line, waited 30 minutes and never received a representative. Finally called and talked to an agent who was apologetic but no help. Do not order from this website!

I ordered a hat for $37.99 ($41.12 w/tax) from this company and refused/returned the order w/o using their return label provided. Not only was i charged for using the return, but i was only refunded, $21.64 (never made showed refunded in my bank account). When I called to request the remaining balance owed, I was told that the account was already zeroed out and no more money could be refunded. I was then advised the matter would be escalated to another team and was never contacted. Will NEVER order from this company again.

I made an order for a number of items for Christmas. They all arrived on time and were very nice. Decided to make another order of several items. Again arrived and all was good except 1 t-shirt. This was an XL, but was ridiculously oversized, more like a 3x. Wanted to exchange it for the right size, but will get less than half of what I paid for it to RETURN it! This was not my fault and I should definitely not have to pay for their defective item! To exchange it would be $10 return charge + new $10 shipping charge, now my $20 t-shirt is $40 with no guarantee the second one is sized right! Don't bother calling them either!
This order shows up on my Fanatics account, with no order number, no "view order details," and didn't get any emails confirming the order or delivery. Have to use the first order I made to verify purchase because I can't get this order number anywhere.

It amazes me these guys can charge my credit card for an order that hasn't even shipped and it's been almost a week. What gives and when is my order going to ship? The practice of charging a customer for an item that hasn't even left your warehouse is unacceptable (and looking at these other reviews, it may never arrive). Major thumbs down for this questionable practice.

So disappointed with this website! The banner at the top stated 20% off plus free shipping on all items. On the final review page it shows the cost of the items and shows shipping at 0.00 then AFTER you press submit and complete your order they charge you $4.99 shipping! Clearly they don't care about customer satisfaction. I will be buying from other sites from now on!

I ordered a simple knit cap from Fanatics on 11/30/18. Stated it was 3-7 business days shipping. They said it shipped on 11/30--Fedex says they didn't receive till 12/3. It will be arriving not until 8 business days, because they shipped from Ohio to FLORIDA in order to reach Minneapolis. Ridiculous. And then it won't be delivered by Fedex, but they are handing off to post office, so hoping I receive it at all.

Because the 30th was a weekend, it was completed on 12/3/2018 the following business day. The packages are picked up late on 12/3/2018 by FedEx. FedEx is partnered with the USPS to do the final delivery. Due to the funeral of President Bush, the postal services closed. I'm from Canada and have ordered from her. A few times with nothing but problems. This time I went to return an item and they make you pay for the return. It was going to cost me $35 to post this back to them insured which is what the item cost! How does this make any sense at all! I'm so disappointed in this company! Don't order from them!

I purchased a baseball jersey from this company to lay some vinyl on it for one of my customers. The jersey had loose strings on it everywhere like a blind man stitched it and the buttons all popped off. Had to personally stitch new buttons on and that was very time consuming (finding the buttons and stitching them on the shirt). Won't order from here again. Seems like they are convenient but the fabrics and products are cheaply made.

We received an email with order number but when we call the very poor customer service no one can find it but they have taken the money out of my account. Very unhelpful and now I need a refund but again no one is able to help me. Im tried of calling and getting work ticket and no one calling us back

I'm back adding an addendum to my last terrible review of this joke of a company. So they overnight the one lost jersey and I still have yet to hear back or receive the second jersey. Steph curry but it says it's been delivered. And when I keep asking for a credit on my charge I get no response. Where's my jersey! Never have I had such a terrible experience with a company.
