I will no longer be ordering with this company. They charge you your shipping and a restocking fee. I've spent a thousand dollars with this company and once I had something to return I learned this. I ended up selling it on Ebay, but this is not how you treat your loyal customers. Never again Fanatics.

Easy website to order from. I have had only one problem when I ordered some ceramic mugs which were not properly wrapped. I returned the merchandise for a full refund.

The site is easy to move around in. Fanatics always has a promotion going on and very reasonable prices. Great quality products. If you need help, call them! Great people!

This site charges for shipping and then again if you need to return. So basically it's 30 in shipping for a tee shirt Amazon is your friend bro

I have always been impressed with the Fanatics inventory--Most "local shops" feature only local teams--As an "overall" fan; I feel the entire leagues should be represented with a heavier emphasis on logical teams--Fanatics does this

The customer service representative made the experience memorable. I was treated kindly and I felt like someone was actually listening to what I was saying unlike my last call. Fanatics and WWE are lucky to have this employee.

Always great products and quick delivery! No other site I would even consider first before ordering from! Only had one issue in the past,and they took care of it,had my stuff resent and waived the shipping fee! Operator was very nice and very helpful! Fanatics ROCKS!

I really do enjoy the site for sports betting and the gear we order from their store is great. I get a little upset with there promotion emails. Those emails can be misleading and not stated that most them are for new customers only. They are still behind DraftKings and FanDuel when it comes to that.

Had a jersey ordered that was too big which they were happy to take back and let me reorder the right size. For the most part was very easy.

The other one made me upset because they sent a email out about bet $50 and get $250 in bonus bets. No where in the email did it only say for new customers. I made the bet and got nothing. Thought that was very rude since they didn’t state it was only for new customers

My grandson did his wish list for Christmas what he wanted was very easy to find the stuff that he had and you get your stuff within 2 days, What's nice as well every order you earn points to use it on another order. Thank you very much a satisfied Nana

The quality of the products is very good which makes me more likely to use Fanatics for gifts.
Just one suggestion, if there is going to be a problem with delivery time or splitting up an order it would be helpful to know ahead of time.

Quality products from clothing to man cave decoration. Plenty of teams,schools,colleges,professional sports leagues to choose from. Gifts from infants to seniors. Never had a problem with fanatics.Great deals and sales.Products arrive on time,and have came in great condition! Clothing last. Material doesn't unravel or fade or shrink. I've been a customer for about 15+ years, and will continue to be a loyal customer. I've turned family and friends on to fanatics.👍

I ordered a OSU sweatshirt and it was all white except the hood and shoulders it was red.The color faded it pink when i washed it.Contacted customer service told them what happened and sent the old one back and they sent a new one within a week. Associate on the phone was professional and quality social skills. Very nice and understanding.

Can't spell simple names right. All I wanted for Christmas was my Joey porter jr. Jersey. After talking to their customer service team sounds like we will be getting no benefits for a ruined Christmas gift…thanks a lot fanatics.

I have made multiple purchases through Fanatics and while I have been happy with the quality of the hats and hoodies I have purchased their shirts need some work. Additionally all orders minus one (that was a gift shipped to a military installation) have been delayed. I have even gone as far as to purchase the 2 business day shipping however that does nothing when the order sits in processing status for two weeks and takes an additional 2-5 days for shipping. I have given this company more chances than I should have and have spent more money purchasing their items than I should have. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

My experience was very good with Fanatics. I like how they give u an option to pay with Zip which allows me to pay on my purchases every 2 weeks. Cause there is no way I would be able to pay it all at one time.

Cristin was extremely helpful and patient when I called to explain that the wrong item had been shipped to me. She got the problem taken care of quicky and continued to follow-up until the correct item was delivered. Exceptional!

I have purchased a majority of my sports gear from Fanatics. I love the selection, the ways to save money, all that! Easy to use website, and the app is just as user friendly!

I enjoy fanatics. They have good products and sales. I only wish that they had free returns/exchanges. It's not always easy to know what size you might need and having to pay to return or exchange is frustrating.

I follow the Golden Knights hockey team. There is plenty of merch to choose from. I bought a Stanley Cup Champions puck (beautiful) and a t-shirt with the Stanley Cup on it. Love them both. It was an easy process to purchase from beginning to end. I'll be back to buy more!
