I ordered 2 of the VT Metallica shirts for my wife back in August. I was told 3 weeks in only one was ready and I asked them to ship it and they sent the request to do that. As of today both items are now on back order until mid October. What's the point of preordering them. Don't you know how many you can sell. You took my money and now I am without product. Shady!

With the exception of most of the Nike and Mitchell/Ness, everything we have purchased has been sent back or simply thrown away with the garbage. I cannot overstate our disappointment with Fanatics/NFL Shop - we had plans to spend big and buy people and ourselves gifts this season - did I say it was virtually ALL garbage - cheapest material, poorly fitting/not fitting, bad "iron-on" stencils, it just goes on. If these items were inexpensive, then you might expect some of this. But they were anything but. Oh, and lets not forget the "return" policy - costs you $10.00 to return something, unless you take the gift card route - almost a form of extortion/coercion, no? We miss Modells..

Tried ordering a shirt for my wife. The promotion stated the shirt had free shipping. When I went to check out it showed $4.99 shipping cost. I worked with one of Fanatics agents and questioned why I was being charged. The agent told me she would give me a refund on the shipping this time. I asked why I was charged in the first place and never received a real answer. I had an issue before and given a 10% discount which I also ask for and was told it didn't apply to this purchase? No response. I have bought several items from Fanatics. I ask to speak with a representative and all I got was the automated response. I felt that if this is the only way to correspond that I would be hard pressed to make future purchases.

Spoke with another sales person and they said there was nothing that they could do for me. Very disappointed with your service department. Ordering was easy but a bit confusing with regards to getting free shipping and/or discount on sale items. Did finally get corrected. Tracking of the order was superb, especially with regards to when it actually shipped and was delivered...received a text message stating it was just delivered.

I'm always leery of return policies, but not so with Fanatics. I followed their instructions and received an immediate response along with a UPS Return Address to print. Once received, they emailed me that they had received the item, and that the refund would be taking place within a matter of days.
I like the selection of collegiate items available.
I love the products and the prices are reasonable, the problem is with the processing time and shipping, it is very slow compared to other online retailers. When you order something, you want it within a couple of days not a week + later. And you definitely don't want to pay double for "overnight "shipping

Be very careful buying anything from fanatics for someone else.my daughter got me a gift for Christmas and I just wanted to exchange it for something else and because they only have a 30 day return policy I can not exchange it for anything else.i would recommend you don't shop at fanatics.The customer service people do not work with customer.They only care about themselves.I recommend you shop somewhere else for sports merchandise.There are plenty of other options out there!

I ordered two NBA jerseys for my 10 year old son for Christmas. They were considerably cheaper than any other sporting goods stores. We were very happy to see that they were not lacking in quality & we received them in plenty of time for Christmas!

Christmas order was promised on December 22. Received several emails about delays with no mention of dates. Last email received on December 21 apologizing profusely for their customer inconvenience. They stated that they expect item will ship no later than January 5,2024. Poor business model. Not honest with customers since these delays are the rule, not the exception. Don't do business with them. Google has over 5,000 reviews for them and 83% are 1 star.
I ordered an iPhone otterbox and had to return for wrong size. Had to take e-gift card or I would have lost part of my money if I wanted a refund. When I tried to reorder the right size it is not available. It's been 3 months and still not available and they don't know when and if it will be. Frustrating!

Every time I order from Fanatics, I know I'm going to get high quality products. They have the best name brands and the best variety. I have always gotten my orders on time. Customer service has always been top notch as well.

First I want to say this site jabber website is complete garbage fix your website. This is the third time I'm typing this cuz this website crashes everytime I hit submit. Here I am working with two $#*!ty websites. Fanatics shipping is my main problem. Not one time has my package arrived on time. Don't blame Christmas either cuz every order I've placed does the same damn thing. I live in the states by the way. Should only take at most 2 weeks. Maybe use better shipping partners?! If I do not receive this order my the lions first playoff game this year then I'm returning every single item I've purchased in the last 365 days. Beyond frustrated with the website. This is going to be my last purchase from this place.

Received a one size fits all hat as afift for Christmas. It did not fit well & when I returned it, I did not get the full gift refund. I had to call & speak with an agent. After 15-20 it got worked out. I will order again from Fanatics though.
