I used Freelancer for a rush PowerPoint. The deadline was crucial. With no ability on this site to talk or email my consultant would just disappear after 2:00 with promises to get right back to me. The job was late and the team disappointed. Freelancer sent a "no reply " message stating I would only pay half and then charged my card the full amount. I tried to contaact the support line as it is the only way to contact and there are no agents available. I had to call my cc company to reverse the charge and still waiting. No communication on this site to resolve issues.

I think Freelancer need to find innovate ways to stop bogus clients with malicious intentions. A client immediately sent me a URL and key to check the application if its something I can work on. Realized when my antivirus flagged the application that it could be malware.
I'm still not sure what's the impact I got from the whole thing. I haven't log in in a while and its discouraging on the first day back to be welcome by such condition. However, I'm really in need of a project as my previous contract expired with my employer. I'm left jobless at the moment. First of all, at the card authentication page I added the amount that deducted from my account but the system said failed 3 times and I can't continue the authentication process. Then I asked to the support and agent Magenta replied. She checked the processes and asked my transactions detail and last 4 digits of my card. I gave to her the require information and she made the authentication manually. Now my card is authenticated and the process took about 5 to 10 minutes. I am satisfied that my case is solved and thanks to agent Magenta.
I got my ID verified at Freelancer. I did it with the help of Russell V and other member(s) in the verification team. I appreciate their effort(s). I look forward to scaling my business, contribute positively to the market

Freelancer has been a great platform for providing quality projects for us in the Tech domain. Their support team especially Jonny has been excellent in assisting with onboarding & any challenges that may arise.
I was facing problem with the video verification of my withdrawals for a week and previously had a chat with freelancer support staff which resulted in nothing but just waiting so I initiated support chat again today and Olivia T responded me promptly and got my issue resolved right away. She should be admired for her skills and support
I responded to a chat from a Freelancer associate left a month prior because I was interested in pursuing a Verified status. Jethro responded within minutes, despite my missing him by several weeks. Jethro answered all of my questions and even offered incentive to join the program at that moment of which I decided to pull the trigger on. We'll see if the new status increases my chances of winning bigger and better jobs over the next few weeks and months but as far as taking care of their customers, I have no complaints and hope to run into Jethro again during future inquiries.
My request to the support service for a refund of the deposit to the credit card was not accidental and inconvenient for me, since I myself made a mistake, i.e. I mistakenly created a milestone.
