I just had a really great experience chatting with the support team at Freelancer.com. The rep I spoke with, Olivia, was so friendly and helpful. She took the time to really understand the issue I was having and walked me through the solution step -by-step. She didn't make me feel like I was asking dumb questions or wasting her time at all. Quite a wonderful experience I would say.
