I used Freelancer for a rush PowerPoint. The deadline was crucial. With no ability on this site to talk or email my consultant would just disappear after 2:00 with promises to get right back to me. The job was late and the team disappointed. Freelancer sent a "no reply " message stating I would only pay half and then charged my card the full amount. I tried to contaact the support line as it is the only way to contact and there are no agents available. I had to call my cc company to reverse the charge and still waiting. No communication on this site to resolve issues.

My experience with the freelancer support system has been frustrating. Clients hold significant importance, but when freelancers encounter issues, informing support staff often doesn't resolve them. If a client complains, the freelancer's account can get frozen without explanation or a chance to be heard, and the ID gets deactivated. Despite sending numerous emails, responses are inadequate, and tickets are continuously generated without proper resolution. There should be changes to ensure fair treatment and effective communication for freelancers.

My firat experience with your customer service was... embarrassing to say the least. The agent I was speaking with was beyond polite, friendly, professional and attempting to be helpful, explaining everything thoroughly and trying to do as I was asking. However my crappy attitude wouldn't allow her to do her job. Even still, she made sure to reach out after I ended our chat very rudely and let me know she was still going to fix the issue. I'm genuinely not sure I would have done the same. It would have "slipped my mind" I'm sure.
So, thank you. Thank you for being the better human when I could not. Thank you for providing customer service to people like me all day long and doing it with a smile. I could never, and I can only apologize for my attitude making your job harder. My problem of course has been solved, and would have been done much faster if I'd shut up for five seconds!
