I used Freelancer for a rush PowerPoint. The deadline was crucial. With no ability on this site to talk or email my consultant would just disappear after 2:00 with promises to get right back to me. The job was late and the team disappointed. Freelancer sent a "no reply " message stating I would only pay half and then charged my card the full amount. I tried to contaact the support line as it is the only way to contact and there are no agents available. I had to call my cc company to reverse the charge and still waiting. No communication on this site to resolve issues.
My account was accidently charged for Plus membership which I did not want to pay actually & needed a refund as I could not afford to pay this membership fee now I am already struggling to get projects on Freelancer.com I am a new freelancer. She refunded the fee into my account which is a great sign of kindness. Thanks Darra & Freelancer.

I'm out of pocket for hundreds of dollars and I have no digital selling website I can use. This Freelancer website has no protection in place for clients ripped off by Freelancers. You can't trust a system that doesn't protect their clients! You simply have no way of knowing whom to trust. The Freelancer Company ignored my pleas for a full refund of all fees paid to the Freelancer under Australian law for a service she never delivered. This site operates more like a scam company with no protection in place for people that do the honest thing.

It was cool the only thing is I had an open chat with one sales person and instead of transfer he asked me to create a new interaction and discuss with the Customer Support my query and I need to leave the application and use the embedded browser instead of using the android app directly
