I used Freelancer for a rush PowerPoint. The deadline was crucial. With no ability on this site to talk or email my consultant would just disappear after 2:00 with promises to get right back to me. The job was late and the team disappointed. Freelancer sent a "no reply " message stating I would only pay half and then charged my card the full amount. I tried to contaact the support line as it is the only way to contact and there are no agents available. I had to call my cc company to reverse the charge and still waiting. No communication on this site to resolve issues.

I had trouble understanding what a (currently undocumented) green indicator meant on a page. Jewel advised me what the indicator was for (Not what I assumed it to be) and agreed to get the help/info icon contents updated to advise what the indicator means.
Russell V. did a good job with the interview. I wasn't expecting technical questions since I only thought this was an identity verification interview. I must have missed some communication or document about that. As I'm brand new to the platform, there's a lot I don't know about how the freelancer application works, and I was informed about a few items I would not have known to ask about, which was helpful.
