I used Freelancer for a rush PowerPoint. The deadline was crucial. With no ability on this site to talk or email my consultant would just disappear after 2:00 with promises to get right back to me. The job was late and the team disappointed. Freelancer sent a "no reply " message stating I would only pay half and then charged my card the full amount. I tried to contaact the support line as it is the only way to contact and there are no agents available. I had to call my cc company to reverse the charge and still waiting. No communication on this site to resolve issues.
My project was showing up on a Google search engine. Angie assisted me with getting it removed and instructed me on how to avoid that happening in the future. She was great!

The site returned the amount for a project that was completed three months ago to the client on the pretext that the project did not comply with the terms and conditions of the Freelancer website. Well, they did not know about this three months before the client published the project!

I didn't receive any services for the June 18 for $674.66 & June 11 for $674.66 charges. Syed Kashif Iqbal admitted he's guilty of charging for the money and not working for it. In fact he had the nerve to ask for more money after he stole 2 qty of $647.66! I did not request work to be completed in exchange for the June 18 for $674.66 & June 11 for $674.66 charges. At hid hourly rate that would have been ALOT of work that Syed completed for the June 18 for $674.66 & June 11 for $674.66 charges. Yet no work was done.
Freelancer charges a commission over what Syed charged me/stole. Freelancer allowed Syed, to steel money from me and Freelancer charged me a commission for work not completed.
I need back the two June 18 for $674.66 & June 11 for $674.66 charges in full. Freelancer the company is complicit in the theft. Freelancer needs to reimburse me in full.
So far I have not received any type of refund from Freelancer or Syed. I have told Syed Kashif Iqbal to reimburse Freelancer what he stole from me so Freelancer can refund me.
