I used Freelancer for a rush PowerPoint. The deadline was crucial. With no ability on this site to talk or email my consultant would just disappear after 2:00 with promises to get right back to me. The job was late and the team disappointed. Freelancer sent a "no reply " message stating I would only pay half and then charged my card the full amount. I tried to contaact the support line as it is the only way to contact and there are no agents available. I had to call my cc company to reverse the charge and still waiting. No communication on this site to resolve issues.
This support team member interacted with me nicely and looked after my every problem with care. Really need such people to manage the freelancer team.
