I used Freelancer for a rush PowerPoint. The deadline was crucial. With no ability on this site to talk or email my consultant would just disappear after 2:00 with promises to get right back to me. The job was late and the team disappointed. Freelancer sent a "no reply " message stating I would only pay half and then charged my card the full amount. I tried to contaact the support line as it is the only way to contact and there are no agents available. I had to call my cc company to reverse the charge and still waiting. No communication on this site to resolve issues.

The questions had taken a bit of time to answer, though that's to be expected with chat systems vs over a phone call. Took maybe a few minutes longer than a phone call, but in a lot of ways was much more convenient, and I could do other things while waiting for agents to respond. Overall, a good experience, and I got my questions answered.
