I used Freelancer for a rush PowerPoint. The deadline was crucial. With no ability on this site to talk or email my consultant would just disappear after 2:00 with promises to get right back to me. The job was late and the team disappointed. Freelancer sent a "no reply " message stating I would only pay half and then charged my card the full amount. I tried to contaact the support line as it is the only way to contact and there are no agents available. I had to call my cc company to reverse the charge and still waiting. No communication on this site to resolve issues.

As a client did not pay me and did not respond to the messages of the Freelancer Staff, Criselda of the Support Team now told me, that she will take respective actions on the clients account. Of course, this does not help me in my issue with my client, but I am glad, that Freelancer takes care of people, who do not fulfill their responsibilities.
