I used Freelancer for a rush PowerPoint. The deadline was crucial. With no ability on this site to talk or email my consultant would just disappear after 2:00 with promises to get right back to me. The job was late and the team disappointed. Freelancer sent a "no reply " message stating I would only pay half and then charged my card the full amount. I tried to contaact the support line as it is the only way to contact and there are no agents available. I had to call my cc company to reverse the charge and still waiting. No communication on this site to resolve issues.

I've had a terrible experience with freelancer. I work as a freelancer and I used the site and got a couple of jobs. All was going well untill I came to withdraw my money and all I keep getting is delayment and wait time.
At first I tried to be understanding and figured they had a couple of issues to work through. Then I contacted my bank and made sure that there weren't any issues on my end. Freelancer kept saying that the problem was on my end so I even went to the bank and once again there were no issues on my end so I contacted them again and their support team just keep repeating the same things over and over. If felt as though I would have a more productive chat with a brick wall.
Alas I'm still waiting and contacting to figure out a solution but as of now 46 days have passed and I wasn't provided with any help whatsoever.
Problem was understood and fixed, my expectations were managed, all of that in a very polite and friendly way. Thanks to Criselda!
