I rate this wallet 5 stars so far. I liked the attitude of the tech support to me and how quickly they responded to my request. Also, I love the reasonable fees and how simple the wallet is, and how easy it is to use.

Overall, this is a good option for diving into crypto.

When I first saw Freewallet app, I was not sure whether to install it or not. But after a few minutes, I decided to give it a try. As a result, this small wallet was just the right one for holding all my coins. Thank you!

Once I have already become a victim of scammers and therefore approached the choice of a wallet extremely thoroughly. My choice fell on Freewallet for the most secure wallet, while having an excellent support team, which is important in critical cases. The wallet pleased me both when working with small amounts of cryptocurrencies and with more impressive ones. For six months I was very pleased with the service and I hope that we will continue this fruitful cooperation in the future.

I don't write reviews often, but this wallet surprised me enough to make me want to tell you about it. Not a single wallet has worked so quickly and well for me before. Transactions aren't time consuming and the user interface is extremely enjoyable.

The wallet has support for a huge number of tokens and coins.

Given all the possibilities Freewallet gives me, it would be unfair to rate the service below 5 stars.

For a novice crypto coin holder like me, Freewallet is a great fit. The point is not even that it can be used, including from a mobile phone, which, as for me, is many times more convenient, but in the general clarity of how everything works here. It wasn't difficult for me to understand all the possibilities of the wallet, customize it for myself and start using it for my own pleasure. It's not like I'm part of doing financial transactions with it, but when it comes down to it, I'll be ready for it.

Once upon a time I didn't trust this wallet, including looking at negative reviews, but nevertheless, circumstances developed in such a way that I had to acquire a portable wallet for my smartphone and Freewallet was in my sight at that moment. And you know what, but nothing bad happened. I still use both a mobile wallet and a desktop one. Freewallet turns out to be a really great wallet

This is one of the few multi-wallets that combine both good functionality and a large number of supported currencies, as well as the quality of the service provided. I really liked this wallet, I recommend it to anyone looking for a quality service.

I was really amazed when finaly installed this app. I never believed it could have such a simple UI and cool backgrounds. By backgrounds I mean that it has several of them. Awesome! The transactions are also fast and I really enjoy using the wallet.

I decided to try a new cryptocurrency wallet and went through KYC verification as usual. However, I soon started receiving suspicious emails and calls demanding additional data from me. As it turned out, my personal information had been compromised through the KYC process. Someone was using this information to access my wallet and steal funds. Instead of security, KYC became a source of serious problems for me. Be careful and check how your data is handled after KYC.

Started verification September 28th and we are still going on. Waiting for some new updates from support team.

I hope that official representative can provide some additional help to push the process or at least to explain here what is the issue with 2 transactions that were done using officila licensed exchanger in JANUARY 2023.

UPDATE - Few weeks for the verification? Is this a joke? Do you have this info on your website that the verification can last up to 1 month?
