Sweet delivery

I received a delivery from your company and was so impressed I decided to order some for a friend of mine. I sent them out without telling her and what a surprise and smile she gave after just seeing the amazing presentation as well as the delicious strawberries thank you so much for making it special. Also my order was delivered on time

Not impressed

My order was completely changed without prior notification, and a headache to get straightened out. I spent over $120 and I believe I should have gotten much better customer service! I'm little pissed off as the bouquet was half the size of the original one that I ordered!

2 nd chance

Gave them benefit of doubt again, and again it looked nothing like what I ordered and no chocolates but chargd me 75 dollars though! I'm a floral designer, I know how this is supposed to work! Awful! Never again and making sure I pass it along with picture!

When I didn't receive an e-mail notification I knew something was wrong! They pushed delivery date past Christmas, when I said no cancel the order- their system mysteriously went down! Do not order from this place!

I ordered 12 chocolate covered strawberries on April 5th, and paid extra for shipping, to be delivered to my daughter on April 11 for an Easter gift. They didn't arrive until April 14, were 3 days late, the chocolate was falling off of the strawberries and the strawberries were overripe after sitting in the FedEx warehouse for 3 days! The product received is shown in the photo below. You can see how terrible it is!

I am SO IMPRESSED with fruit bouquets.com. I decided last minute to send a graduation fruit bouquet to my daughter's office in St. Louis. I couldn't believe they actually had it delivered within just a few hours. She said it is fresh and beautiful. I 100% recommend!

Awful experience

This business is dealing with fresh fruit. You'd think they would have s delivery service that would expedite that type of delivery first or early in the day. They delivered to a location where the recipient had already left for the day at around 5 so no one could have enjoyed it. So disappointing! As it was a birthday! They need to research their delivery process!

They take too long to deliver the gift!
I ordered first time in the morning to be a special gift!
I was the last one and it made me look like the worst gift!
I specially put the instructions and ordered with at least 4 hours of anticipation, but they still took the whole day!

Do NOT order from them
February 27, 2021

They charged me $15 (!) for delivery AFTER I already placed the order, then when I called to cancel, the customer service representative put me on hold for 20 min (!) just to come back and tell me they are "processing my cancellation". After I insisted they cancel it right now, they told me they will process my refund within 2 billing cycles, which are 2 months! Absolutely ridiculous! Stay away from those thieves!

Big disappointment
May 22, 2020

Save yourself from aggravation, don't order from this site. I ordered and they charge a hefty shipping charge to deliver it to my mother in laws for her birthday. And their tracking order site does not work and when I called the customer service she called the cafe where they got it and said it's gonna be delivered tomorrow. Just like that they could have said from the very beginning they won't be able to deliver it on that day. Oh well, never again.

Purchased this as a gift for my mother in law and was horrified when she sent me a picture and told me the fruits tasted old and stale! Not only that but the first bouquet wasn't as pictured (it was missing the chocolate covered fruits). Customer service was quick to send a new one and the replacement bouquet was better and edible. Still, I was embarrassed by the situation and will probably not order from here again.

My grand daughter tried to send me a very nice gift for Mothers Day. Unfortunately she ordered from Fruit Bouquets. They contacted her to notify her it. Had been delivered. When she contacted them they checked and found it had been delivered to someone in a different zip code. They agreed to replace it, and gave her a $20 credit for the delivery fee. Seriously? Then they sent another. It was totally unacceptable. There were no grapes or honeydew melon. The cantaloupe was limp. The strawberries were only partially dipped in white, not the milk chocolate. The milk chocolate dipped slice of pineapple was frozen! It's for sure they are not big on customer service. Do not spend any money with them!

Total waste

Ordered a valentines fruit bouquet, for $59 I really expected better quality, what I got was more kale, very little fruit, and the chocolate on the strawberries and pineapple were melted! Total waste of $59! Seriously don't bother, you'll be very disappointed!

Don't ever waisted your time or money

I ordered a simple fruit basket for my Mother's 85th Birthday. They said that an attempt was made and that the next attempt won't be until tomorrow. Lies...There was never a call never an attempt. Im not close to my Mother so I trusted this to brighten up my Mother's day. What a mistake. Please don't trust this company with your loved ones Happiness...

Simply Awful

I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to a business. The delivery person reported twice that "no one was there." It is a business -- and they were expecting the delivery. Customer service was "curt." I cancelled the order -- NOT an easy process. Never again FruitBouquets.com!

Ordered January 16th for Valentine's Day and only one of my two orders came. It said on the sight one was delivered and the other was only confirmed never went to the "in transit" part. The order that did come does not look good and the words "thank you" on the order are all chipped. Not to mention the box on my doorstep was right side up when it should've been flat and the delivery person never rang my doorbell. Faults on both FedEx for careless delivery and Fruit Bouquet for careless watch over their orders.

Late delivery

Ordered a valentine fruit cup for my daughter. After placing order I got an email saying it was not available but they were upgrading to something bigger. Supposed to be delivered on Monday, it was delivered on Tuesday.
