It is very disappointing to order a gift to be delivered to someone and it never gets delivered! When I called 2 days after my email confirmation's promised delivery date, I was told that the they are sorry the product is "unavailable." Apparently, their website does not update when an item is "sold out" or "unavailable." All you get is an offer for a discount on your next order. BEWARE! A word of advice...Order your gifts from a more reputable website!
Just awful communication. They never deliver stuff on time. They are also impossible to reach, do not use this company if you want your order to actually be delivered to the recipient at the requested time. I hope some things change within the company because when your sole purpose is to deliver edible arrangements and you fail to make an effective delivery why do you even exist as a company? Please improve until then you do not deserve any higher ratings.
My order never came and I was on the phone for over 45 minutes trying to get a refund. I ordered a month in advance and it was supposed to come the day of my mom's birthday. It never came and I wasted a whole day waiting for it. Customer service was rude when I asked for a smaller time frame window of when it might be delivered. She said I already told you anywhere from 8 am to 9 pm. Then she hung up on me. They kept trying to give me half off my next order instead of a refund. I called my credit card company and asked them to block any future transactions made by them.
They gave my delivery items to someone else day of delivery they resent the order said they came but nobody did then my mom receives the order today it's incomplete fruit feels warm this is very unprofessional I will never use their service ever again.
I wanted to surprise my wife at her job for our anniversary with some chocolate strawberries. Order never showed up on day promised. Called for refund and they insulted me stating they would only refund half of what I paid. After arguing I finally got full refund. Order finally arrived to my wife's job 4 days later. Not edible had to throw out. Chocolate was all melted and strawberries smelled sour.
I wish there was an option for no stars. Communication is terrible simple things that should be really easy to do are extremely difficult. You don't get what you order it's a version of it it's similar but it is not the picture that you actually selected. They deliver whenever they want to like people don't have a life I expressed to them that I need to deliver by certain time before I order it was A-OK after I ordered they changed their toon. I'm halfway across the world and now my granddaughter is not going to receive anything for me today and I am very upset but they don't care please don't order from this company

Dealing with customer service is poor at best. No help w hat so ever.
Upon delivery the next evening…fruit was spoiled and it had to be thrown away. No compensation was offered except for a coupon for the next order. Who would do that again.

To be honest... for what I paid, I was very pleased with my experience. The order arrived on time, and the basket was beautifully crafted with healthy, delicious goodies. I almost bought an Edible Arrangement, but I'm glad I dug a bit deeper and discovered this alternative.
So we ordered a bouquet of fruit and whatever i. Tuesday November 21,2023 to be delivered Saturday November 25 by 6 PM. It was made abundantly clear it needed to be delivered by 6PM. I even asked can they guarantee it, and they did. It was for the woman who owns the salon where my wife goes, whose mother had just died. The salon closes at 6 PM on Saturdays.
So sure enough, here it is Saturday 11/25 and around 6:35 we get a call from the local franchise that the driver was at the salon but it was closed. Come on.
The place charges over $100 for a few dollars worth of fruit on sticks made to look like a bouquet. Get it there on time.
And when we tried to cancel it, the woman at the grand chose said she had to check with someone and get back to us. Still no call back. Fortunately we used Amex and can dispute the charge easily.
Ordered a fruit basket for a sick friend, they missed the delivery date and said they'd try to re-deliver, never heard anything back for over a week. Then I had to go through a bunch of hassle with their customer service before they finally claimed they delivered it. But my friend never got it, they just straight up lied and kept my money.
Did not deliver what I ordered, said they tried to deliver but I was home all day and no one came. They didn't leave a notice on the door or anything, no "sorry we missed you". When I called they can't tell me where my stuff is, I can't get a number to a shop directly and there is no cancellation, so I paid $100 and they just took it. They're just thieves, and you can't understand anyone you talk to
I tried twice over two weeks to have a fruit bouquet sent to a friend. Both attempts failed. Never delivered. And what made it so awful is the complete lack of communication. I had to reach out to them. They never tell you anything. They keep sending me larger coupons to use and I will never ever use them again. Total fail.
I ordered a $39 fruit bouquet as a celebratory gift for my son for a job well done in his high school play. Well, it arrived today and it was a huge disappointment because it seems as though they took a small Orange and a handful of assorted fruits and placed them on a parsley bouquet. Lesson learned, I will not make the mistake of ordering here again.
Do not order from this establishment. I ordered a fruit bouquet to be delivered to an office. My order specifically said to be delivered to a business. Three hours later they told me the order will be delivered anytime between 4 and 8 PM. I don't know of any regular business establishment that opens past five. Very disappointing. Will never order from bouquet.com again. Customer service was also very unhelpful.
I sent chocolate covered strawberries to my daughter and son-in-law for their 1st wedding anniversary. It was a same day request. The package arrived on time and they were thrilled. Excellent service.
Inexcusable! This business IS getting an order correct. Will never order again. I am 700 miles away & wanted to surprise my friend for her birthday. The fruit basket arrived but they didn't know who it was from & threw it out.
I ordered two identical bouquets for two teachers in my child's school about six days ahead. One was delivered in the afternoon but the other was missing. I called customer service and spent 30 minutes on the phone verifying and re-verifying my order number only to find out that the other bouquet was supposed to arrive by 6 pm which was one hour past their declared time slot for non-residential addresses. Needless to say that the teacher who was to receive the gift had already gone home. I was told that if the recipient could not be reached they would make a new bouquet and deliver it the next day. No such thing happened. No compensation for an expensive fresh fruit bouquet that ended up sitting at the front desk overnight either. I will choose Edible Arrangements next time.
If you care about your loved ones at all, do not order from this company. You can be sure that there is a genuine risk that it won't arrive. And if that was not bad enough, when you call customer service, they refuse to allow you to speak with a supervisor, which I believe may be against their own company's policies. In short, a complete failure of an organization with no customer service or accountable. Plus, just read the other reviews. I wish I would have. Apparently the fruit tastes like crap anyway so maybe we dodged a bullet.
Son-in-law came home from hospital after 6 weeks. The fruit bouquet was to greet him. It was not delivered. I ordered before 2:30 to guarantee same day delivery. I am upset and will never use this service again.
Answer: Once I got a hold of them they put me on hold for a long time and call conveniently hung up I had to call back several times... Had to request a manager and even then they hung up on me..
