Ordered Choco covered strawberries with a delivery date they allowed, I guess since they don't have local locations it shipped from Florida to Oregon... Didn't get delivered on the day I requested. Their website had multiple broken links when trying to resolve this problem and the only option was to call or chat Would not use again.
Paid $75 for an embarrassing left over fruit arrangement that didn't cost more than $10 for ingredients. It didn't look like the original photo "bouquet" whatsoever. I should've just gone with edible arrangements.
I wanted to get my grown-up daughter something special for her birthday and I saw an ad in one of my iPhone gaming apps. The menu offered many delicious choices. Ordering was quick & easy and a 1/2 dozen beautiful strawberries arrived on her doorstep the very next day! Thank you!
Only reason why I'm here writing my very first review, which I should have in 2016. I'm a busy person and that time I didn't really know about putting your review experience for anything you bought. I've NEVER got the gifts for my mom on her Birthday. I thought maybe it's coming late, but nope not at all. I really don't know what happened, but that was my first & last ordering
There website guaranteed delivery one day before Mother's Day. These came 4 days after Mother's Day. The package was totally warm and literally smelled like rotten fruit. We will never order from them again.
Horrible experience. Local florists attempting to clone edible arrangements. First they changed my delivery date because the local shop was closed. Then they delivered a horrible arrangement. What the heck?! Never ordering from this site again. Beware! Their site is almost identical to edible arrangements and it's intentional. Customer service calls are routed off-shore. Their site links do not work. They don't communicate updates. It's just awful.
I thought the product selection was great and the ordering on-line was very user-friendly. My only complaint is with the cost.It seems like the service charge and taxes were much higher than expected. I made the choice of the arrangement because that was all I could really afford. What I thought was $60 turned out to be over $80. I went ahead and ordered it anyway, but will probably not do it again.
Had a few problems with the website not showing my order, but customer service helped me out. They were awesome. And the fruit basket that I sent was perfect and the person I sent it too loved it. So, everything went well.
I was hopeful since it was my mom 60th and it was a part of her birthday gift that it would have arrived early morning mid afternoon however, it did not arrive until 9:00 p.m. so I was a little bummer but the flowers were nice and she enjoyed the strawberries.
This bouquet is fairly close to the picture of the one I ordered. It may have a bit fewer pieces in it.
My sister is very happy with it. The first picture is what I ordered, the one that went sideways, is what I got, so pretty close.
I was a little disappointed in how it looked, but my brother and sister-in-law said it tasted delicious. They also said that my little nephews were practically clawing at the package to get to the fruit and that everyone was satisfied with the flavors. I'm happy to hear that - we just wanted to make sure they had a happy anniversary and a gift everyone could share while social distancing.
I had this sent to my office as a gift for someone as i would not be there for their Birthday, i called and requested this be delivered before 12:00 and informed no problem, it is now almost 2:00 online status has delivering by 5:00 in which the office will be closed. I called customer service and was told they will try to deliver by 3:00 by that time the lunch party for person will be over... $100+ down the drain will never order from them again
Ordered for the 1st time, and will be the last time, mom's birthday, flowers' arrangement was poor, flowers almost dead, and strawberries with chocolate completely melted, you pay a lot of money to have an arrangement delivered, and then the recipient gets a lousy arrangement, very upset.
We received an arrangement upon my mothers passing. The fruit was rotten and slimy, and there was no card, indicating who it was for or who sent it. Extremely disappointing.! I tried calling to get information and got nowhere!
Two days in a row and my order hasn't been delivered. I confirmed with someone that they were going to deliver it today and it never showed up. Who can I talk to about this?
I sent this information to my son-in-law. He ordered something for her 94th birthday with a note on a card from him. Needless to say, she did not get her order, she received a different order that did not have her name or her address. She ended up with a platter that was intended for a family of a passed love one. Fruit bouquets, sent mom her order the next day, but no card. She had no idea who sent it nor did she get her personal message from my son-in-law. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! And to top it off, who in their right mind eats the core of a pineapple? On the platter, it has chocolate covered pineapple cores...
All I can say is wow! These strawberries here were jumbo, dipped in chocolate... they were fresh, nicely packages, just the right temperature, and did I say sweet, oh my. Will definitely purchase again. Thank you.
I'm very disappointed! I ordered this Abundant Fruit bouquet for a celebration of life and paid extra to ensure it would arrive while family was present. My order arrived 9 hours late, was very small and looked like a child put it together! I paid $134.00 by the time they added in all of their fees. I highly do not recommend this company
It is very disappointing to order a gift to be delivered to someone and it never gets delivered! When I called 2 days after my email confirmation's promised delivery date, I was told that the they are sorry the product is "unavailable." Apparently, their website does not update when an item is "sold out" or "unavailable." All you get is an offer for a discount on your next order. BEWARE! A word of advice...Order your gifts from a more reputable website!
Answer: Once I got a hold of them they put me on hold for a long time and call conveniently hung up I had to call back several times... Had to request a manager and even then they hung up on me..
