MY UNCLE LIVES IN APT WITH CALL SYSTEM HE WOULD HAVE AUTOMATICALLY GOTTEN A PHONE CALL WHEN DELIVERY ARRIVED. NO PHONE CALL NO NOTHING. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed a same day order at 9am for a very special occasion & at 8:40pm I saw that the order still wasn't delivered... when I called customer service the gentleman over the phone stated to me that they can't guarantee same day delivery even though it's on the website. Only after I made a post on FB an hour later it was delivered - an order placed at 9am didn't get delivered till almost 10pm the day was almost over I'm only giving it 2 stars because at least it was actually delivered but I'm still disappointed plus I paid for 2 mylar congratulations balloons & my friends were delivered 1 red heart balloon
Ordered for Valentine's and they called me at 2:00 pm on Valentine's day to tell me they could not deliver, that they would do it next day, I tried cancelling but they would not accept that either and said that I had to wait until 8 pm to cancel because there was a chance that the bouquet would arrive but it never did
I paid 166 dollars for a gift for my daughter that was supposed to arrive on September 4,2020 it is now September 6,2020 and it still not here when I call they give me this poor excuse saying they cannot reach the location that's supposed to deliver the items bad business my daughter was so excited about her surprise gift that to this day have not arrived also when I called to get a refund they stated that the site is down for maintenance so they couldn't process it
They come Completely failed to deliver on the product
(1)I ordered the food basket on february 12th twelve from my wife to be delivered on the 13th 1 day before valentines day. The basket never arrived
(2) I submitted an inquiry and no one contacted me until the 14th valentines Day to tell me that they couldn't complete the order. A complete waste of over 60 hrs of my time an no valentines day gift for my wife.
(3) on the 14th when someone finally reached out they offered me a 20 dollar credit and my money back. A complete waste of time and terrible offer for my wasted time. I asked to speak to a manager and it's February 24th I'm still waiting no one reached back.
(4) I called American express and got a refund on my own this company is horrible and unorganized

Overall good i was worried because all of the bad reviews i thought this was edible arrangement but it was not. My friend received her gift today and was highly satisfied
My friends sent me a get well bouquet of fruit and I am sure it was expensive. The fruit was dry and rotten I would not recommend this place very disappointed
I ordered a Sharis berries for Mother's Day in Thursday! As of Mother's Day today still not delivered and the customer service is first hard to understand and give you runaround of excuses. They said they can deliver it Tuesday. Ummm Tuesday is not Mother's Day. Glad my mother waited at her house two days in a row for a delivery. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Steer clear from this company! My boyfriend tried surprising me with a beautiful get well soon arrangement, paid for same day shipping and I never received anything + surprise ruined! Talked to 5 different reps (Ashley, Dominique, Dagmar…) who told me 5 different things. I was told the order would be delivered before 2pm, 3pm, 5pm and 8pm. My order was charged and confirmed out for delivery by 12:30pm, but the online system and automated phone says no order found! They have no way of contacting the person who makes the deliveries and the shop who "makes" the arrangements closes way before their delivery window! It's giving total B. S. On top of it all, they're making it extremely difficult to process a refund or even transfer to a supervisor. In the end, I'm really sad and frustrated. Shoutout to them for ruining my surprise!
Rotten chocolate covered strawberries. Oranges were dry and discolored. Waste of money will not be buying from here again. You get what you pay for edible arrangements is a lot better
Ordering from 1800 flowers and fruitbouquets.com is a risky choice. Its always hit or miss. Yesterday I ordered a fruit bouquet for my brother who is hospitalized. I received an email at the end of the day saying they could not deliver but would attempt again. I called the company to see what the problem was and the rep told me that they could not get a hold of my brother. This is weird since every hospital has a lobby and a help desk where you can check in and ask info and notify patients about visitors or deliveries. Well the delivery person did not bother to do that, neither did he call my brother, nor me. The rep said that they do not pass the contact info of the person ordering so there was no way for the delivery person to contact me and because it was late they would deliver until the next day. I was upset because I paid extra for the same day delivery and so the rep said he would give me discount which I would receive via email and I have not received any discount. The next day finally I receive a pic of the bouquet at a random table at the lobby and he texted saying he left the fruit arrangement there for me to pick up. WTF? So I had to call the front lobby and ask them to please send up the fruit to my brother. They said sure without any problem or hesitation which leads me to believe this individual was lazy or incompetent about a simple job. For that reason I give this company a 1 star. Go somewhere else or take the gifts yourself.
I am saddened that Fruit Bouquet ruined my daughter's 21st Birthday gift from us. She is very ill and loves edible arrangements. The balloon was delivered to her popped and the top of the sticks (where fruit should be and the fruit had fallen. The arrangement looked shuffled and dropped. I did their online chat 4 TIMES. They disconnected on me ALL 4 TIMES! One agent said," I will give you some free product codes for future purchases and a $20 credit that would be emailed to me." Never happened! Another agent said, they'd resend everything by yesterday and guess what? She never received it! I looked online and it said it's scheduled for today... and only the arrangement, NOT another balloon? Unbelievable!
I bought their ridiculous membership that has this tag line attached to everything, "Hey, Passport Valued Member! Enjoy Free Shipping/No Service Charge on today's order!" There isn't one edible arrangement that can be sent the same day! I try to be positive and understanding especially during this pandemic. Unfortunately, some people just don't care to make things right. I ordered from this company for Valentines day for my mother the arrangement came days later like someone stomped on all the fruits! The were not edible. When we called the company for a refund and to send back out the product properly all i kept getting is the run around! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A FRAUD and use local florist to try and mimic EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS!
