Looks are deceiving

Very disappointed

Last Friday I decided to order fruit and chocolates for a sick friend. I ordered and was told it would be delivered the same day and gave us a confirmation number. Later I received a phone call statIng they were very sorry but that the florist was overwhelmed and could not deliver our order. They said for our inconvenience they would send a $20.00 gift card and they would deliver our order before noon on Monday. We did not hear anything on Monday so we called around3:30 to see what happened. After holding for 45 minutes she came back on to say it was not delivered and would not be delivered because they could not get a hold of the vender. I asked to speak to a supervisor and after holding another 20 minutes she stated she was very sorry that it could not be delivered that day maybe tomorrow. At the point we asked for the order to be cancelled and made other arrangements. This was very embarrassing since we had already notified the recipient. Thank god for choice and options. Your services will never be needed again.

The worst customer service and overall experience. My order was not delivered on the promised day. I was then told (after 3 phone calls) that they would issue a replacement order to be delivered the next day, and it STILL was not delivered! On the second day, I kept trying to contact customer service who said they could not contact the local shop until it was NOT delivered by 8, and that there was nothing they could do until then. After talking to another 2 different people, I was told they called the local shop and that it would be delivered in the next 2 hours. It never was. Finally, on the third day, we called them AGAIN and they issued another reorder. Below are the photos of what I ordered for $115 (including the balloon) and what I received (no balloon). I actually started to think the whole website was a scam. When the gift finally got there, I felt embarrassed at how horrendous the quality was, let alone the fact that it was 2 days late. Total rip off! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Jus be aware! They are scum bags… will never order again!
THEY ARE NOT EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS!
It had to be surprise delivery to my friends office for here 12th business anniversary, it had to be delivered by 6pm. And at 6pm they told me that they can't deliver it today.

(Fruit bouquet) For $115 you would think you would get great product and service. I placed an order on a Friday to be delivered that following Monday to my coworkers in another state as a 'Thank You'. Around 2:30 EST on Monday I still hadn't received a notification about delivery so I called the customer service line. I spoke with someone who told me "they attempted delivery but no one was there." (That's BS) This is a business of 25+ people in office M/W/F (Tuesday and Thursday most work from home). I asked when they attempted delivery? She "didn't know but they can deliver up to 8:00pm". I told her it's a business, why in the world would they deliver at 8:00pm? She said "well ok 6:00pm." I asked for the # to the delivery service. She said she can't give that to me. I told her to make a note to deliver on Wednesday NOT Tuesday due to only 1 or 2 people being in office on Tuesdays. She confirms she sent the delivery company that message……well naturally these people delivered on Tuesday (the day I asked them not to) but thankfully the only coworker in that day was leaving around the time of delivery, otherwise it would've been a lost cause. Would NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Horrible service, horrible experience. Not even a discount offered for inconvenience. Find another way to send a gift

Update: due to the heat, extra day of re-shipping and then sitting another day in the fridge so that my coworkers can actually enjoy it, the chocolate cracked off in a lot of places and looks a little funny although the presentation of fruit is still intact. (Get a new delivery company in St Charles IL)

Bad strawberries

Totally disappointed in this company!
On April 25th 2022, I called the toll free number to order a flower fruit basket for my 6 year old great niece who just returned from several days in a hospital. I wanted it for delivery the same day because I ordered it at 3:15 Eastern time for a delivery in Medina, Washington. After placing the order and giving all the information to the representative, he told me that there was something wrong with the system and I would need to do it myself on their website. I completed the information and paid with PayPal. Got a confirmation #, but, the delivery was never made. I called to check on the order and they indicated it would be delivered before 8:00 that night, it never came. The next day, I checked on the order again and they told me it would be delivered. They never delivered it. After 3 days, the order was never delivered. I called to cancel the order and spoke to a polite young lady. 10 minutes into the call, her little baby started crying hysterically, I couldn't hear what she was saying so I told her to go take care of her baby and come back to me. When she came back. I asked for a cancellation confirmation number but she couldn't give me one. What a total disappointment for what they charged for the fruit, their service charge, delivery, tax, etc! It was almost $100.00 for some fruit! I feel like I was scammed! I realize everybody is busy and everybody is not working, but I thought I was dealing with a reputable company. Apparently not!

We tried to get flowers delivered for Mother's Day. They did not deliver the flowers either Saturday or Sunday. When I called that Monday, I was told that the agent was "so sorry" about 100 times and that they would handle the issue immediately and get the flowers delivered Monday instead. The flowers were never delivered. I called again on Tuesday to get a refund and was told that they could not issue it, since the previous agent had not finished processing the case. It took me about 30 minutes between holding and having the agent try over and over to get me to stop asking by giving me the same standard response that he could not modify the order anymore and ignoring my request for a manager, to establish that even a manager couldn't change an "open case" and that it should be processed within a day by the original agent, even though that agent already hadn't processed the order like he said he would. We finally determined that he would call me back when the other agent finished processing the order. Maybe 15 minutes later, he called back and processed the refund. So I did get my money back in the end. But, this was a huge waste of my time and my mother-in-law never got her flowers. This is the second time we have tried this service, and they weren't able to make the delivery on time the first time either. We will never be using this service again, and I would never recommend it to anyone.
