Messed up first order didn't add the items I paid extra for. Spoke with them the same day and they sent out another one for the messed up on (which this one was worst) still didn't put the things I paid extra for and on top of that the fruit was mushy, falling off skewers, and rotting...

Embarrassing gift to send

I sent a beautiful fruit arrangement to my sister for her birthday. Boy was I extremely disappointed and embarrassed when she sent me a picture of what she received! It was NOTHING like I ordered! Just because it's delivered doesn't mean you can just deliver anything not thinking we get a picture of the gift. What a horrible way to do business! NEVER AGAIN!

If I could give you a negative I would, I have never had to go on someone website to write a bad review. I purchase chocolate for 5/5/2021 for someone's birthday. I requested same day delivery, it allows you to purchase but after you purchase it states for the next day. I call customer service 4 times and they tell me oh due to Mother's Day we can not get your stuff deliver today but we will deliver the next or 2 days later. Her birthday is 5/5 not the 5/6 or 5/7. You will not cancel my other and every time, I request a supervisor they are on the phone. I have been waiting 3 hours and still no call from a supervisor. Why say same day delivery and you can't do it that day. That is not acceptable but you can take my $91.

Worst site EVER

Fruitbouquets.com is the absolute biggest scam with the absolute WORST customer service and delivery service i have EVER dealt with. I ordered a dozen chocolate covered
Strawberries to be delivered to my mother in law for mother's day. Not only did it take multiple attempts and phone calls just to get the order in, but they never delivered! They sent me an email confirming the delivery was complete, and it was a blatant lie. We checked our security footage and no delivery van even passed her house. After i informed them, they said they would redeliver and give me a 20% coupon for my next order. (As if id ever put myself through this again!) But the kicker... they AGAIN confirmed the 2nd delivery was complete, and it was another LIE! After 2 attempts to get my mother in law her gift, i gave up and asked for a full refund. They said they would refund 50% of the purchase. How in the world they think i should be responsible for wasting 50% of the purchase price is beyond me.

Don't waste your time!

They don't have any local suppliers so the only thing I can order are strawberries that will cost $5 a piece by the time I add the shipping. I live in Wilmington Delaware not the middle of the desert! I bought a Groupon and that worked if I want to pay $5 for each strawberry. Where do they deliver fruit if not in the Philadelphia area? Customer service was as helpful as they could be from such a far distance and all the phone numbers listed go to the same call center. Don't expect to speak with anyone in the USA who can really answer you questions. The website doesn't even tell you they can't deliver to your area it just spun in circles when I placed the order. Don't waste your time and money with this company! Now to see if I can get my money back from the groupons I purchased!

Customer service sucks!

I called them a couple times and their representatives were horrible at getting my issue resolved. I don't think ill be ordering from these people again. The fruit bouquets are wonderful but the way their customer service representatives are set up, that'll stop me from spending my money. SMH!

Terrible service

DO NOT USE. They will find every excuse in the book, they gave me the run around three different times from three different people on three different countries. If you do use them, don't expect your gift to arrive on that specific date. Ended up canceling my order for a refund then deal with those people anymore. Anything with 1-800 in the name is probably a bad idea to use in the first place so that is my fault.

Ordering was quick and simple. I was able to choose from a small list of beautiful items. Went with 12 chocolate covered strawberries and added a HB ballon. Even tho, I didn't get to see the delivered items. My aunt messaged me a thank you and that he loved them. Very satisfied

I ordered 2 items in the past 2 days. I order one flower bouquet and the other one was fruits. They delivered the first time the flower bouquet. I called because I have a missing item. They told me they are going to send it the next day. The next day I received the same flower bouquet. I called them and they have a really bad customer service. They even can't find the order number. I don't recommend this website at all!

I ordered a Deluxe Fruit & Gourmet Basket - Medium for $99.99 USD and all up it costed me $107.70 USD ( $99.99 + $20.98 Shipping Charge - $15.00 Discount + $1.73 Tax). My friend received the Fruit Basket the next day and he sent me a photo of what he received. I was absolutely shocked because what my friend received was worth less than $20 (2 punnets of Strawberries & Grapes & 2 Bananas) and the basket did not look anything like what was ordered.
I emailed the Company twice to complain about the order but they did not reply to me at all. I was so angry and disappointed.

I ordered two large arrangements for my co workers. While they loved the sentiment and enjoyed the fruit I must say I was disappointed in the presentation of the fruit arrangement. What was delivered was some sad attempt to resemble what was advertise. The arrangement I ordered said it would serve 12 but that would Have allowed for each person 1 maybe 2 pieces max. I wouldn't recommend them or order from them again

Awful experience!

On 6/1 I ordered a fruit bouquet for my sister who is bed bound after having surgery on her leg. It was to be delivered to her in CA on 6/2. It was delivered to the wrong address. Somewhere in SC apparently. So I spoke with a rep and was going to have it delivered the next day on 6/3. They literally did the same thing again! They said they would redeliver on Monday, but at this point I just want my money back. This is ridiculous! They would not refund me because it was already delivered to some random address! I am livid! They were so unprofessional about it. Honestly, I doubt it will even get there on Monday
Someone in SC is enjoying a lot of fruit one! Unbelievable!

The person it was delivered to wasn't too happy and I'm very disappointed with how much i paid for little strawberries dipped in choc. It just wasn't worth my hard earned working money. The worst scammers

I was double charged for my order and I called customer service and told me that in my bank it's two charges because if some soft charge. It's is the worst service ever! Don't buy from this third party if you need a delivery for your edibles fruit do it straight from the company..

Continuing problems

I really intended to use edible arrangements but failed to check the website that came up. Not until after I placed the order did I realize my error. That being said, the order was delivered but the card was wrong. So instead of a birthday greeting for my sister, the card she received said 'Happy birthday Daddy'! I called to tell them of their error and got someone for whom English was not their first language and the call was awful. He totally misunderstood the reason for my call. He had no idea how to spell even though I was taking pains to spell out everything. I have used this group before and swear it won't happen again.

So disappointed

I ordered a fruit bouquet for my daughter for her birthday. The first one that she received was not like what I ordered. I complained and they kindly sent out another one which was worse than the first. The first photo was what I ordered the other two photos are what she received.$75 for $5 worth of fruit and lots of greens.

Unfortunately without my knowledge the recipient of our arrangement was moved to a different location so upon forst attempt, the delivery was unsuccessful. However i was able to speak to customer service, give them the new address and they sent the new information to the shop. The shop delivered just in time! Great customer service!
