I googled a website and this one came up first and I used it by mistake. I overpaid, but the fruit and service was good. The quality depends on the closest fruit arrangement store to where it is delivered. Picture is what was delivered.

Not good at all

I placed an order months ago but never arrived. I gave them a second chance and they sent the wrong arrangement, i order a fruit arrangement and they sent a happy birthday one only strawberries, terrible experience. I'll never going to order again.

Had a dozen assorted chocolate dipped Strawberries delivered for my daughter & son-in-law's anniversary and they were thrilled! They said that the Strawberries were really big and perfectly ripe! In fact, they hid the Strawberries in the back of the refrigerator so they can enjoy them after their son goes to bed. Hahaha! I am very pleased and will order again!

The picture says it all! They look pretty bad. J I am seriously disappointed how they look. I would like my money back! Look at the one in the far bottom right... it looks like the strawberry is caved in. The presentation is horrible.

Ordered a delivery for a Sunday and received confirmation. Their tracking doesn't work so I spent 20 minutes on their chat service. They farmed it out to deliver on a Tuesday which is too late. They farmed order to save money and screw the customer. They made a few extra dollars by delivering on Tuesday, which is too late for what I needed it for.

Placed an order and given ample time to complete it and deliver it. None of that happened! No explanation given. Had to call a number of times to get a refund and next day I get an email saying how delivery was attempted and no one was available which is a total lie! This was my second time trying this service and there will not be a third! They are completely unprofessional and unreliable!

Having FEDEX delivery caused a lacklustre response from the recipient. Product was good but lost the value in my eyes. Will never waste the money for the non-special end result and a ho hum thanks for the thought.

Dissatisfied & wasted my $90.00

I ordered for a Birthday for my Brother
Delivered at 7:00pm was told it was on the truck early in the morning. The fruit wasn't sweet & when you call to speak with a supervisor they're not available just give you the around, never again with this unprofessional Company.

Poor quality NEED REFUND!

Unfortunately I am disappointed with this order because it was not what I saw on the website the flowers arrived withered and they were not enough flowers were very few the truth is that I do not buy again with this company and I demand a refund! Very expensive for the quality of the product, terrible service. I spend $97.62 for this?

They do not stand behind their 100% smile guarantee.I purchased Celebrate the Day Fruit Arrangement for a Birthday in September with the addition of a mylar balloon. It was delivered and when I asked how it was the recipient said she was surprised it was something I sent because the item delivered was not of quality I usually gift. I was embarrassed. It did not come with the balloon purchased and paid for nor did it come in the melamine container depicted. It was in a cardboard container with kale.I tried to resolve the issue with 1800 Flowers and after numerous emails back and forth they have not stood by their 100% smile guarantee. I am going back to Edible Arrangements. They are tried and true and haven't let me down in the 5+ years I've used them.

I ordered it on th 18th of December 2020. I didn't make a big fuss about how late it was. For the price... very disappointed and flimsy. My mom was not impressed. I didn't order ginger bread in my order on the fruit and it was just terrible. Should be ashamed. I want my money back! My total order with shipping was 89.00, for crap!

Never again

This is the first and last time I ever order from here again! Delivery was specifically supposed to be for today but because the genius decided not to ring the bell and try calling instead, delivery was not made. The person was in the house but phone was charging in another room but why not ring the bell? Plus they had a second number they could have called. Incredibly horrible first impression.

Ordered a lovely fruit arrangement early and it never moved. Called about 1 pm and was told they were putting it on the truck... called at 5 pm.and was told they have until 8 pm to deliver... what is the point of paying extra if the extra is for naught?

Anniversary Gift

My mom sent me and my husband the Your Best Smile Bouquet for our 25th wedding anniversary. It was left in our courtyard on the ground. It was very warm out and am not sure how long it had been sitting there. It was not at all like the picture. The rinds were still partially on the melon, the peel was still partially on the pineapple, the pineapple was brown in places. Overall just very sloppy looking. Very disappointed. My mom would be so upset if she had seen it and I know she paid a lot for it!

Disappointment

This was for my daughter birthday! Good thing I paid extra for chocolate covered strawberries because most of the fruit was bad except the pineapple I thought I paid for Mylar balloons. - there was a light purple and red balloon with nothing written on it and a flash card with the wrong name on it I am appalled at what I paid for this and will be going on Yelp and better business to file a complaint
