My mother loved her arrangement. My Dad does as well. They both want nothing more than to see the orange fulious defeated on November 3rd. He's corrupt and totally inept. He's an embarrassment to our country. He should probably eat more fruit. Don't think that'll help with his buffoonery or racism though.
Extremly disappoined withbthe fruit bouquet, does not look anything like the website photo and it didn't have more than 10 pieces of fruit in a large head of kale.
I know it's not the most expensive but total bill with ridiculous service fee was $58.83. Just not good.
For the price around $100 my Wisconsin delivery was met with 6 chocolate coveted pretzel sticks and the emoticon & chocolate covered strawberries that were literally 2 bites each. There were mo other fruit choices. For that price I could have gotten fresh fruit from here in AZ and dipped them in chocolate and designed them just like the advertising pic on website and shopped them off myself cheaper. Even using express mail. Loved the first order about a year ago but this one I was very disappointed. Well beyond disappointed.
The flowers and the chocolate covered strawberries arrived on the morning of 5-5-2020, when they were supposed to be here. I found one of the roses from the bouquet in the street in front of my house, no leaves and the stem was kinked and broken. Some of the flowers in the vase were already drooping. I did not order this type of quality of product and I now have to go out and buy my wife another bouquet for mother's day. I was very disappointed with this service and product. I also don't know why the photo I attached was flipped around when I saved it to this review.
We received this Edible Arrangement fruit basket. Although I place the order less that 24 hrs, I was expecting fresh fruits and leaves. Nope. Vegetable leaves we withered, the fruits were stale and very sad. I will not order from your delivery process again. Look at the pictures, the leaves look soso sad
Ordered was never received and called several times and they could not tell me why and said they could only send an email to the delivery company. Each time I called they said they had no information and finally allowed me to talk to a supervisor who reordered my order. It still has not been delivered two days late and they offered me a 20 dollar certificate to use next time and I told them I would never use them again. Very disappointing.
Delivery was delayed a bit because of the protesting in NYC. But they delivered as promised. Customer service rep Raynaldo was professional and offered empathy about product delay. I was NOT impressed with the presentation of the fruit bouquet. The apple were not covered with chocolate and the bouquet was missing the grapes also. See photos attached.
My order did not arrive in the box that was in the photo. Came in plastic bag instead. Felt deceived.
Fruit order was delivered a day late as you sent it to the wrong address. In spite of this, recipient said it was delicious.
This was my first time placing an order with FruitBouquet. This was an after wedding gift. The process was seamless and the recipients received it in time as was scheduled. I was told that they truly enjoyed the fruit bouquet, it tasted amazing and was completely eaten up in minutes! Thank you for bringing such joy to good friends! Rosemarie
First of all, beware that this IS NOT "Edible Arrangements" - although they do their best to impersonate them. Secondly when they offer free shipping, they neglect to tell you they charge a $15 processing fee. I did not know that (because it was not on my receipt) until AFTER I hit the submit payment button. I immediately called to cancel... and I mean immediately - but was told I was too late. When I asked CSR to escalate the call I was told supervisor was not available but would call me back within the hour. That call never came. I was scammed.
I ordered The Floral Embrace and Dipped Strawberries for my Aunties birthday and had them delivered on 5/18/2020. When she sent me the picture I was very disappointed in the flowers, and there was no strawberries just a box of chocolates i didn't even order. Very disappointed and I will never order again.
They charge you and they don't keep anything on the record! You don't receive any confirmation emails, They don't deliver And when you ask for a refund they say the four digit of your card number doesn't match what they have on file! I'm suing them! This company needs to be closed!
Gave good choices & reasonable prices I was happy with my choice Well I was looking for Birthday but I noticed they had a lot of others for different holidays. Good choice
I ordered a bouquet and within 10 minutes needed to cancel the order. The representative refused to cancel it, instead offering me discounts. I stated the company policy for cancellations that was online and she is still refusing to process the cancelation. The representative "Margie" refused to give me a supervisor and contradicted herself multiple times throughout the call. I can not believe that a company with customer service this poor is still in business.
If I didn't need this fruit arrangement right away, I would have found something else! My arrangement was rushed and sloppy, most of the fruit was on the left side so I leaned and cracked the box holder, the gingerbread men were all facing in different directions. It just looked very rushed! I hope the fruit tastes good atleast
I placed an order for my granddaughter who's 5 still has not arrived yet it was for her graduation during this virus then I asked where it was coming from and the company said they couldn't disclose where the product came from even though it was local this seems very odd to me that you can't give out a company who's making food for people and let people know where the product comes from not to mention they can't even guarantee the order will even come and if it does come it'd be either late at night or the next day or not at all do not order from this company I suggest edible arrangements 100%, this company is terrible
Order chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's Day was supposed to be delivered to my job never came called and they was like oh we can deliver it the next day which my job would be closed and it was for a party. Then the shop calls and say sorry my driver had a flat tire can we deliver to your home address for me to give them the home address and for her to say oh we don't deliver out that way have a good day very un professional and I have to wait a whole week for a refund. Will stick with Edible arrangements next time
This is the worst delivery service I've used in my life, should have just DoorDash a gift to my wife. They refused to give me a more accurate delivery window and Al then never delivered. Avoid using this service, I'm now sure they aren't a scam.
The order process was easy and delivery was quick and accurate! I was told the fruit bouquet was perfect! I only complaint was the less than forthcoming service charge of $14.99 that appeared after I hit purchase. I was not given a subtotal before purchasing. However I did call customer service and they refunded me the service charge without a fight. Overall I'm very happy with this product and service.
I placed an order for a fruit bouquet and payed extra for next day delivery. Never received a confirmation email (I checked my spam as well) and my order was not delivered on the day I paid for. Contacted customer service and I was told that my order has flexible delivery date with a 4 day window (even though they charged me extra for next day delivery) and due to their high volume orders, my order will be delivered today. I contacted them again today, and now I was told that it will be divered until Sunday (2 more days) and I can't cancel or modify my order. Stay away from this company if you want punctuality and customer service for your money!
Answer: Once I got a hold of them they put me on hold for a long time and call conveniently hung up I had to call back several times... Had to request a manager and even then they hung up on me..
