Not a single red rose. No purple lisianthus'.
Lilies and red carnations. That's all. I paid for their highest upgrade to get the fullest arrangement. The worst Bouquet I have paid for. Could have got better at a gas station.
Despite verbiage of customer service, FTD falls flat in practice. I ordered flowers for my girlfriend and they never notified her of the delivery. The flowers cooked in the August sun of Arizona. I contacted them and they sent another delivery. My girlfriend was home but not notified again; the flowers wilted in the heat. I asked for a refund: no answer. I have repeatedly asked how to search for flowers without a vase. I finally got answer—"how to take care of tulips". Also, the exorbitant delivery charge makes FTD a poor choice. For proof, here's my Order # *******2117.
FTD has gone downhill. I ordered flowers on May 4 to be delivered May 7 for Mothers Day. On May 8, I get an email that delivery is delayed until May 9. On May 9, I get another email that delivery is delayed until today, May 11. These flowers spent 4 days "in transit", and were droopy and wilting when delivered to my mom for Mothers Day. Completely unacceptable and piss poor customer service. Do not recommend and will never use FTD again.
I wish I could rate them 0 stars or maybe negative star review. They are so so overpriced with no refund after a delivery issue. They the acted as if it was bank's fault, cthey didn't care at all. Customer service via chat kept dropping out too. Worst!
I was far to dumb not to read reviews before placing order w/ this sham company. Simply needed to call and cancel order placed a few hours earlier and not to be delivered for several days. Put on electronic hold for approx one hour listening to annoying angry sounding recorded loop,, the usual b. S. excuses why they cant answer. Then thought i was ringing thru, only to be asked to answer a cust service survey? Then hung up on me! Rip offs! I'm disputing w/ paypal, these scums aren't getting away with this! Corporate crooks! FTD my $#*!
Do yourself a favor and do not order from this company. I preordered flowers for my 14 yr old sister in laws birthday to be delivered at her school. At 3:30 the delivery person calls and says she can not find the address. Then goes oh I am here. Well my s. I. l isn't they let out before 2:30! Claims she would call back no call back, customer service will not respond. And to boot she just lost her father 2 weeks ago so we wanted to make today extra special. Thanks for messing up this day!
What a Mother's Day? My mom, mother in law and grandmother received Old flowers. Mold on fruit and delivery at midnight by someone that was hoarding marijuanna!
They didn't care when I called to tell them AND their lines were closed all Mother's Day weekend to complain.
This is ridiculous and I will be complaining to the BBC also.
Please don't use them people. They are a rip off. You DO NOT get anything that looks like the picture. You will regret it!
My Valentine's Day is ruined thanks to ftd. Waited till 9:45pm for my wife's surprise gift. False advertisement. Do not order from this company. Employees don't care and just lies about the order is getting delivered. I could had went to get the flower on my own if they canceled earlier.
Your company SUCKS & your Customer Service Dept needs to learn to speak/understand English! Still no delivery. Of course it's only been 11 hrs... guess they're walking it to me, LOL! Company is a joke!
I so wish I had reviewed Florist.com before I ordered. Valentine's bouquet came the day after. Seriously it looks as though the flowers were just randomly cut by someone who has no idea about what making a bouquet entails. This was also done the day AFTER Valentine's Day!
Trying to track my order and and make a query on their website resulted in me getting a message saying my email address couldn't be found, it's as if it's set up to not allow you to track the order or make queries. Horrible customer service and product.
