I ordered flowers that were supposed to be delivered the following day. It took five days, several hours on the phone with customer service and a lot of stress before the flowers were received. Big surprise, the bouquet that arrived was nothing like the one in the picture! At least I was offered a refund but it was not worth the hassle. Not to mention the surprise was ruined as I had to involve the recipient in the process. The excuses I received were all over the place! Pay the extra few bucks and go to a legit company!
I ordered a large standing wreath of white flowers with a significant number of roses for my uncle's funeral and a wicker basket with no roses and mostly purple mums was delivered. I contacted flowers.com to tell them the substitution was unacceptable and requested a refund. I was completely ignored and finally got a refund through my credit card company. I will never order from this company again.
This business sucks! I'm contacting the better business bureau. I ordered my daughter flowers while she's in the hospital a week ago and they arrived completely dead today! I was there. I contacted them last night saying I ordered last week and got an email that the flowers were delivered and they said tomorrow... I asked if they were going to be delivered dead and they hung up on me... POS company!
Man, I wish I had seen all these reviews before I ordered from these scam artists. I ordered a large and beautiful bouquet of flowers for my mom this mother's day. I ordered the large size bouquet... with shipping added it was over $80. She received adinky little potted flower that would have cost $10 at Home Depot. I am furious. I sent them a copy of my confirmation email, a picture of what I had ordered, and a picture of the $#*!ty little plant my mom received. They wrote me back and said based on the information I had sent, they could not find my ordered. I can't believe this horrible company is still in business.
I placed an order for flowers for my mom. My credit card was charged and i expected the flowers to arrive the next day as stated. They never came with no explanation from the company other than they would deliver the following day. My mother waited for 4 hours and none ever came, when i finally emailed them myself they stated they couldn't deliver until the following week and if i wanted a refund i would have to wait 3-5 days. So they have my money but did not provide service. Offered no compensation even a coupon code. Basically did not care that i couldn't afford to sent other flowers and left my mom with nothing due to their terrible service. I would avoid the headache and order locally or through a better site.
Ordered flowers for my daughter. They brought them after the office was closed (the janitor was there) and they were terrible. Didn't look anything like the picture. It was a few flowers thrown in a vase. I called and they said they would exchange them for another arrangement and never did. Will never order from them again
Order flowers in advance for Vday and even upgraded my order to give my special person something grand... we'll to say the least nothing was grand about the arrangements that were suppose to come with a vase 18 stem roses and tulips in between. I was so embarrassed as one she didn't get them on Vday and had horrible customer service finally she was like they left them outsid at the wrong address and once she open the box it was only 6 roses and 4 tulips. OMG that is not what I order or upgraded spend over $100 for nothing. Will never order from this site again
I ordered flowers for my mother to be delivered to her home. They were left on the porch waiting for her to come home to be surprised but she never came home and ended up in the emergency room at the hospital. Florist.com assured me that once she was released they'd redeliver at no extra charge. However, once she was released, it was to a nursing home. I informed them and they assured me that the flowers would be delivered that day or the next business day to the nursing home. To make a long story short, my mother never received the re-delivery from Florist.com. Where's the compassion anymore?
Good thing I didn't order for a funeral. Just a birthday. But like the other reviews they tried to take the money and run. Had to call the card company. Can't believe they are still up and running business. With the Mac Logo and on Google. WTF..
I realize during this horrible time with COVID19 sweeping the country thing will not be perfect. Money is tight but I wanted to send a boquet to my mother for Mother's Day. I made my choice, set the date and delivery address, paid for the boquet. The money was taken out of my account immediately. 5 minutes later I get an email telling me there were no local florist deliveries in the area. I opted for a refund which I have not gotten yet and it's been 3 days. I will never use them again. They should have told me up front there were no deliveries in the area I wanted the flowers to go.
