I also had a problem with non-delivery. Ordered on Thursday for a Saturday delivery. On Saturday morning I received a voicemail asking me to call back about the delivery - but the number they left was for a customer service center that would be closed until Monday. I called again on Monday and they said the florist tried to deliver on both Saturday and Sunday but no one was home - however, the recipient was home most of both days and no attempt was ever made to call her. I was assured that a fresh bouquet would go out on Monday. By Wednesday, no flowers yet. I called on Wednesday, was told they'd follow up with the florist and call me back. Two hours later I called again and they had no news - I cancelled my order - we'll see if I actually get my money back! The customer service reps on the later two calls apologized but the second told me they were so swamped that florists were dropping orders and she couldn't promise me any kind of delivery date. No offers of discounts or upgrades for all my trouble.
I normally read reviews before using a company and didn't this time--huge mistake. I ordered a sympathy plant for an employee on 5/21/2018 to be delivered on 5/22/2018. When a week passed and the employee had not mentioned anything about the plant, I inquired only to learn that she had not received a plant at all. Of course, the company had no trouble charging my credit card for the non-existent plant. I proceeded to call multiple times over the course of several days--each time told by the answering service that I would get a call back from the florist the same day. Fed up, I finally called today and asked to speak the manager of the answering service (they didn't want to pass the phone to her, but finally relented) and she said she would email the manager of the florist. I did get a call today and he tells me that they were having trouble finding a florist in the area--yet no one thought to let me know? If I had not called they would be $70 richer and my employee still wouldn't have a plant. I finally said refund my credit card and I will now work on sending a sympathy plant to my employee 2 weeks after her loss. This place needs to be shut down--from the other reviews it appears that they do this ALOT.
I got the idea last minute to send flowers to my mom after her surgery, so I chose an option for an arrangement that advertised same day delivery. At the end of the day, I saw that my order was still processing, so I sent customer service an email (no phone # listed). They responded that night promising to deliver it the next day. It was not delivered the next day. I contacted them that evening, and they promised it would be delivered the next day. It was not delivered the next day. They told me they were going to send it FedEx the next day (Friday) and it was not delivered Friday. I contacted them on Saturday and they said that there was a computer error that kept it from being delivered on Friday and said they can deliver it on Tuesday and offered me a $20 gift certificate to florist.com for my next order for the inconvenience... I cancelled the order and decided to go with another floral delivery option. Unfortunately my mom wasn't able to return home from the hospital to her flowers, and they came a week late... but at least this other company delivered them! I'm not sure how this company is in business!
Never order from this company the flowers are rubbish, the delivery was a such high standard they had to get Yodel to deliver the flowers, and it was fantastic playing the guess game on the ETA, it took Yodel the whole day to deliver the flowers, and when the flowers finally arrived it was dead, lifeless and dried, flowers turned up not in any type of water and the box which the flowers was in was damaged so was the flowers, I wasn't expected the flowers to be in a box, wow such high standard!, Eflorist you could of ruined the occasion anymore, and the day, I should've gone to Tesco or sainsbury's or even Pound stretchers,
If you want to get disappointment then I highly recommended these cowboys, even the cows can run a better flower delivery company then them
I placed the order the night before and states that the delivery needed to be made early in the day. They almost missed the recipiant. I will be ordering from somewhere else.
I ordered flowes moonth ago. First, theye gave me the runaround about it being late bevuse of Covid. Now. 2 months later, they claimed to hve delivered the flowers tp someone wh is not a member of the household, not to the recipie nt, I don't know who the heck it was delivered to.
So, if you want stranger to get flowers you paid for a month after you ordered them or want to be scammed, use them.
I ordered a comfort planter to be delivered to a very ill family member and the item delivered wasn't even close to the picture. I would never use them again!
I placed a $150 order for Mother's Day, which was supposed to be delivered on 5/7. I received an email on 5/7 that the order was delivered at 12:40 PM but by 9:00PM, my mother still did not receive her gift. I called 2x on 5/7 and was told as a courtesy, my money would be refunded and the order would be delivered on 5/8. I followed up today, on 5/8 and spoke with 3 different associates and finally a manager who told me no courtesy order would be delivered since a refund had been processed. THE MANAGER OFFERED ME A $20 COUPON TO PLACE ANOTHER ORDER. MY MOTHERS DAY GIFT IS RUINED WHY WOULD I PLACE ANOTHER ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY? WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
I made an order on April 30th and May 5th for Mother's Day. The May 5th order was canceled on May 8th and they couldn't fill the order and when my mother received her flowers on May 8th, she called and said the flowers were dead. When I called customer service to request a refund, the sales representative was extremely cold, unconcerned and not understanding how embarrassing it was for your mother to receive dead flowers on Mother's Day.
One of my dearest friends lost his father, instead of me calling my local florist I decided to give FTD a shot on line only because we live opposite sides of the state. I ordered yesterday morning for same day delivery, I got an email in the afternoon saying it got delivered, only to get an additional email late afternoon saying they were unable to deliver because no one was there. There is a protected porch from weather at the house, its September and perfect weather…. I called FTD and told them to leave it outside if no one was there. They said okay great. I called late this afternoon to ask why it hasn't been delivered. FTD called the "local " florist and said they weren't able to get to the phone.
They will email me when they hear from them. At this point no florist is delivering at this time of day.
This is completely unacceptable! I spent over $100.00 on what I was expecting to be beautiful and I'm still in limbo. I asked for the name of the florist and was told I can't get that information. I will be canceling the order but who am I going to call the one that can't answer the call?!

I left out that this is over a 2 day period. Like I said totally Unacceptable! It's supposed to be SAME day delivery.
