I had ordered flowers and cookies for my daughters birthday. She got the cookies but it is 9 days later and still no flowers. I did get a notification that the flowers were delivered (a day late) but she looked all over in other offices and no flowers. I didn't get any help until I asked for a refund then got emails and phone calls. Was told her flowers would be delivered first thing at her home but then an email stating the ones I ordered were no longer available. I didn't care just wanted something beautiful delivered to her even 9 days later. Nothing. I said I'm done. Give me my refund and I'll figure something else out. Guess we will see what happens now. So disappointed.

Garbage

Called customer service twice to add an apartment number... what a disaster... spoke to 3 people all of whom could barely be understood as well as them not understanding a word I said, the connection was horrible and the language barrier was worse. If you are going to farm out your customer service to India at least get a working phone line

ftd.com is a joke, what a rip off! I got a Groupon and they charge it back in service fees and delivery but that's only if you can get them to deliver your flowers within a couple months. After 90 minutes of overseas calls (their call center) screaming and yelling and throwing a fit then they'll deliver some cheap shoddy flowers. Never like the pictures. Save your money go to Kroger and then UPS them yourself! Or throw your cash on the front lawn. You'll get more for your money. Customer service is everything. FTD.com is a scam rip off

Slap in the face

Ordered a "Double Bouquet" with vase. Got 6 purple weed flowers, 2 yellow roses, and 15 small (1" diameter) flowers like dandelions, and a little greenery. NOT even close to the photo of the single bouquet, let alone a double. Total scam out of $64. DO NOT BUY! I won't make the same mistake twice

Poor customer service
March 14, 2018

Ordered a tropical "Good Luck" plant for my wife's birthday. Was told I would get an e-mail confirming the order but never did - even after I called them. Rep spoke broken english so it was hard to understand her. Paid $45 for a very tiny plant that would have cost $10-15 at any local florist. Voiced my dissatisfaction with the value of the plant but never got a call back.

Florist.com is unable to deliver flowers that look anything like the photo's online. They count on the fact that the person getting the flowers will not offend he sender by mentioning how bad the flowers look. The candy was nothing near what the photo showed! When i complained, they were to send out new flowers and didn't. They have been pulling this stunt for years! They are a total rip off and just get away with it. Never use this company. You can Google a local flower shop in the area where you are sending the flowers and they will send them for you.

I placed an order with Florist.com and will never again. First off the person I sent them to was discharged from the hospital so the florist called me. I gave them the home address and they acted as if there would be delivering them that day. Then a few hours later I received an email from Florist.com stating that they had not been delivered and they needed the home address. My first attempt at calling them placed me on hold for 20 minutes followed by my second attempt which lasted over an hour before I hung up. I believe the only reason I got a return call back was because I filled a dispute with Paypal. I was assured by the representative that my flowers would be delivered to the recipients address the following day. NOPE... they tried again to deliver them to the hospital. I will NEVER use this company. I was issued a full refund but they seriously need to get there act together. Poor communication and ridiculous hold times. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Horrible quality
September 12, 2018

I ordered flowers for my sister in law who was in the hospital. The arrangement delivered looked nothing like what I ordered from the site. Save your money and order elsewhere. I will never use them again. Sorry for the sideways picture, I tried to rotate, but you can still see the difference. Very disappointed in them.

FAILED TO DELIVER
February 19, 2021

FTD aka "FAILED TO DELIVER". If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a complete failure. I ordered flowers days ahead of time for my mother's birthday and never received them today, the day of her birthday. When I looked into it, they said "an attempt was made by the florist but was unsuccessful". Where was the attempt? Everyone has been home all day and multiple deliveries have come but not mine. How embarrassing. They did state they would send the next day with a free upgrade but I declined and wanted a full refund after I have lost all trust in the company and the florist, whoever they are. They will not release florist information so you will not be able to contact the florist directly to find out where your order is. BEWARE!

I ordered flowered for a birthday gift. The order confirmed next day delivery was available in that zip code. The next day I received a call that instead of delivering on Thursday (as confirmed) they would not be able to deliver until the following Tuesday (5 days late). I called multiple times over the next days asking for a refund. They took down tons of info and never called me back. So not only did I not get flowers but they also will not refund the order with ease. Really disappointing and borderline fraudulent. I'd suggest a different company.
