I ordered flowers to be delivered and that never happened. Eflowers sent me a delivery confirmation that the items was delivered, I guess they didn't expect me to contact the recipient. I called back was told multiple different stories. It's on its way.etc. Etc. Flowers were not delivered and customer service in Pakistan can't do nothing for me.
I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day... not only were they delivered they day after Mother's Day, it looked nothing like what I paid $75 for! I called customer service was on hold for 30+ min, the lady offered no help other then to say "she understands and she's sorry", I asked to speak with a supervisor and was disconnected... another 45+ min on the phone and was offered a 15% return on my purchase... mind you the flowers still weren't delivered yet. I ask to speak with a supervisor and was told to give them my number and a supervisor would call me back. Still haven't heard from one. Flowers finally delivered the night after Mother's Day. See photo to see how terrible the product was! I would not have paid $5 for the product that was delivered... so embarrassed!
Didn't deliver the flowers for my Mom on Mother's Day... then didn't notify me till late the next day that they didn't. Then couldn't ever speak to anyone to tell me what they were going to do about it... two days later finally spoke to a supervisor who offered a $20 discount (really?) when I asked to speak to his supervisor he hung up on me... there is no way to contact the company everything goes through a call center and you can't understand anyone on the phone and no one follows up.
My order was not delivered. When I called their customer service, I was connected with a woman who could not understand or comprehend English. After getting frustrated, I asked to speak to someone who spoke better English or to her Supervisor. She refused. Her use of and understanding of even basic English was horrible. I then had to resort to complaining in an email with the hope that someone who can read and comprehend English will read it and be able to access the situation. I have asked for an immediate and full refund of my money. Waiting to see if it gets handled properly, or I will contact my credit card company with a complaint and also to the FTC.
Ordered flowers for mom for Valentine's Day and less than 24 hours they are dead. Within an hour of opening box (yes BOX) of flowers, they were drooping and losing petals. Paid over $50 for this crap and was assured freshness and 100% satisfaction. I want a refund
Worst experience of my life ordering flowers for my mother for Mother's Day. Held for hours for help on phone and finally just hung up on numerous occasions. I couldn't get one person to email me back from the company. Flowers were a day late and even later than was told was supposed to be there that day. The flowers my mom got were pitiful, it was like someone an just thrown something together last minute. I ordered a bouquet mixture and she got 4 roses that died the next day. I did finally get a refund when I was helped greatly by one person I got on the phone. DO NOT waste your time or sanity with this place trying to save money because I promise you will be disappointed.
I will never order from this site again and even given one star is a favor.
One of dearest friend passed away last Thursday and the family located a funeral home by Saturday. I placed an order for flowers that never got there. I called the 1800 number and the did not have any idea why? And they could not reach the florist. I did not select the florist, they did. This was one time occasion and the refund would not make up for it. Never ever order from this site. I do not want to fee like this again. Save your time, money and dignity and go some where else.

Ordered an arrangement for a celebration of life service. The arrangement received looked NOTHING like what the picture of my order looked like. Customer service was awful. I sent 4 emails finally called.
I wish I had checked these reviews before I wasted my time with this company. I placed an order for same day delivery and nothing arrived. I have called multiple times and each time I get the run around. No one knows anything, I can't speak to anyone that does, they won't give me the phone number to the florist or anyone I can speak to in order to find out the status AND I was just told the florist is closed and won't be open again until Monday! (It's Saturday) I feel that I have been conned out of money and this company is a scam. I'll be stopping the funds on this transaction! Buyer beware- do NOT use this company!
I ordered a birthday arrangement for my mother 80 Birthday and what was ordered was not what was delivered. The box should have Happy Birthday written on the front instead was delivered in a plain box with total different flowers, total different from what's shown on their site.
I called left messages and send an email with pictures and no one from eflowers has gotten back to me. I would never use them again. Poor customer service totally unprofessional.
I ordered flowers for a coworker who lost her mother recently. My credit card was billed immediately. I called the number noted on my credit card charge when i learned the flowers were never delivered.
They could not give me any reason and said they would send the order to a different florist.
Flowers never arrived. Fortunately i used an american express card and filed a dispute and go the refund

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day a week before the day. Was notified of a UPS shipping label being created on the day delivery was supposed to happen. UPS tracking had no information associated with the provided number. Delivery day came and went with no flowers showing up. Tried to contact them but there is no option to talk to a human. Left and email complaint and the followed up with a response that another shipping provider was going to deliver the flowers the next day. Again no flowers just an email from FTD saying that due to a supply issue my order was cancelled and a refund was being processed. Oh, and we're sorry but here's a $20 coupon for your next order. That's will never be used by me... Never again.
I'll never purchase from FTD again. I've used them for years, but they totally botched my mother's day gift. I ordered flowers as usual on their site a week before mother's day. On Saturday afternoon I received an email from ftd that they were delivered. I spoke with my mom around 6pm that night and no flowers. I attempted to discuss the issue with ftd customer service, but that was worse than a trip to the dentist. Ftd outsources their customer service to somewhere they don't speak clear English or understand simple questions. Not to be harsh, but just fact. They said call after 9pm, the flowers may be late. But what about the delivery email? No response. I called back after 9pm. Still no flowers. Long story short, I spoke with customer service 4 times and no flowers. Today they said the florist ran out of flowers and they could get some out later this week. Really? Never again ftd!
I ordered flowers from Florist.com to be delivered on Valentine's Day to my aunt. It was also her anniversary - and the first anniversary she would spend alone after my uncle passed away only a week earlier. I had intended to surprise her on a very difficult day, but the flowers were not delivered. It is now 2/16/18 and she has never received them and they will only refund me $14.99 for shipping. I asked for a refund - not a 2 day late delivery. I have emailed them repeatedly and they refuse to offer a full refund. I am so disappointed and would never recommend or use this company again. I would rate zero if I could - USE ANY OTHER FLOWER SERVICE.
I ordered flowers for my mom from these people and shortly after the order went through, I realized it was the wrong place. I also knew something was fishy when I never got the confirmation email. I immediately called to cancel the order. They say the florist will contact you. Nobody contacted me. I called two more times and the same thing. I emailed them and still no reply. I'm out of $70 thanks to them. My mom did receive the flowers along with the ones from the place I was originally trying to order from, but again I tried several times to cancel my order with these people.
Received email"Confirming" my delivery was made. As the flowers were for my wife, I could confirm the delivery was not made. I have lost all trust of this organization as I have seen on various sites that this is an all too common occurrence.
Ordered cookies for my daughter's birthday. Never received a call from my daughter saying thank you so I contacted florists.com and after sitting on hold for 25 minutes I was informed they had a problem with the delivery but they could deliver them on Monday, after her birthday. Guess if I wasn't waiting for my daughter's response they would have delivered whenever and charged me. Got my $$$ back and will never use them again.
My husband and I ordered some flowers for Mothers Day for his mom. She called to let us know she received the flowers and they were all wilted! How embarrassing. We then got a review and we asked for someone to call us about our wilted flowers and never received ANY call back. This company is pathetic! I can not and will never recommend FTD to any one. Terrible!
I wish I would have read these before ordering for Valentine's Day. They tried to deliver a week early on a Saturday to the business that was closed and then apologized profusely and said they would upgrade my order at no charge and deliver on the day it was actually scheduled for and then never and showed. So, no gift. I disputed the charge with my credit card to get the $63 back. What a waste of time! Never using this site again!
Ordered flowers two days in advance to be delivered to the school where my wife works only to find out later they were being delivered by FedEx. What kind of sense does that make? Not only that, when I ordered I was asked for deliver instructions where I entered that they needed to be delivered by 3:00. When I called the company I was told that delivery instructions don't go to FedEx, they deliver until 8pm, and there is a new policy effective immediately that florists.com doesn't accept cancellations because it was Valentine's Day. Truly awful company.
