I ordered flowers 1.5 weeks in advance, to be delivered the day before an adoption celebration (Friday). The day AFTER delivery date (Saturday), I was contacted by florists.com asking if I would like the flowers to be delivered late. No apology, no explanation. Monday, I called to check on the delivery, and they had no idea what I was talking about. Finally got through to a person who assured me they would be delivered that day. Today (Tuesday), I have been on the phone 5 times trying to track down my order. The customer service agents are slow and unapologetic, I get tossed around between multiple agents each time, and my order still has not been delivered. Worse yet, they refuse to refund the order, despite being 4 days late.
The savings are enticing, but PLEASE stay away! Not worth it!
3 times now they have taken my order, taken my money, sent an email confirming delivery and nothing was delivered. I will never use them again! Their customer service department is outside of the US and no one calls to follow up with me. I have to fight for a refund and then scamper to re-order flowers from somewhere else or not at all. My sister has cancer and today is her birthday - no flowers to cheer her up! So angry and frustrated. WORST SERVICE EVER!
This business is a freaking joke. They say guaranteed delivery, yet it's been two business days and the flowers still are no where to be found. I called numerous times and their response is "someone will be in contact with you very soon". I have yet to receive one. I called and demanded a refund, so we will see if that actually happens to. Ordered surprise birthday flowers for a friend. Paid for same day delivery. 4 days later, the birthday is over and the surprise is ruined (non-existent). No flowers and No refund. They basically stole my money. I have called 3 times and sent 2 email messages. No response to email at all and each phone call they take the same info and promise a call back that you never get. I've called my bank to dispute the charge. I've also made a Facebook post to warn others. This was definitely my bad - will only order directly from flower shops in the future.
Cost me over $100 to order the little flower, and that was not the same as the picture they put on the website at all, even the color is so different, the flower looks very cheap at dirty... too bad quality, first time and the last time with FTD, ever...
Ordered flowers for Mother's Day and they were claimed to be delivered on Saturday, May 13. Well, just like other reviews - they weren't delivered. Called customer service and they said they'd contact the florist and send them out as soon as they open on Monday. Well, it's Tuesday night and still no flowers. Horrible, would never order from again.
Order flowers online for my mom the flowers came looking nothing at all likes to what I had ordered. For Arrangements Lack of Color, no decorative vase. To make matters even worse, I receive a confirmation email stating that the flowers were delivered however an actuality they were never delivered until 2 hours after I received the confirmation. The flowers look so bad it look like they were picked from a meadow by a child.
Flowers didn't arrive, customer service lied to me (I wish I were joking), claimed no supervisor was available and eventually, after 41 minutes, cut me off. Never, never, never again. Wish I'd read the reviews before wasting money and care, and my poor mom didn't get flowers!
Ordered and pd for backyard party bouquet, ordered largest size for a delivery scheduled 5 days later. The piece was suppose to be an arrangement of colorful flowers in a wooden base. What came was 3 colors of flowers in a glass vase … could have done better with a grocery store arrangement. Pd over $110. This is wrong and horrible business
Placed an order and was billed several days prior to event. No delivery! Had to call them to get a refund. Apparently no florist available to do order. This would have been known days before, but no attempt to notify me was made. I could have arranged something else given notice. I am upset, angry and embarrassed the recipient got nothing.
