They use your cards saved on you goggle account to take your money. I lost around 100 euros with 5 transactions in 1 day. I immediately blocked my card but the 100 euros are gone. When I wrote to them they blocked the account because they wanted to hide my review on their site. Please don't buy from that site

I read a lot of bad reviews on here that really surprised me. I have had no issues using the site. I tend to stick to sellers with good ratings however. I'd recommend it it's cheap.

They have zero customer support and even promote the scammers. They have no care for you and only for your money.

I bought a digital code for my Xbox and it was the game Elden ring. Not only did I not get the right code, but it was for an adventure guide for the game, which was not in the title of the product when I bought it. I have contacted the seller and I have contacted the site and nobody has responded back, so save your money and go elsewhere, this place is a scam!

The support never help and need 72h to answer you and then they leave you for another 72 to answer again

They sell you invalid keys and waste your time during support and refund claim to avoid returning the money. Don't buy from that scammers!

They pretend to have a steam key behind a pass wall but it ends up being a link to a website trying to get you to take someone elses steam account or add yourself as a "family member". Scam artist $#*!s keep trying to steal your money even after you call them out on their bull$#*!

Absolutely awful experience. G2A is a total scam. They're allowing Steam accounts to be sold (probably stolen). Not only is this viciously unethical but it's also completely against Steam's Terms and Conditions. You aren't buying the game to add to your Steam library like other (actual legitimate) key suppliers. I contacted G2A and despite me providing them with excerpts from Steam's terms and conditions as well as their own terms of service, they still refuse to refund my money. Steam says the sold accounts WILL get deactivated. Steam also says the original account creator will ALWAYS be able to recover their account, yes, even if the email, password, or phone number on the account are changed. Meaning the seller (or whoever they stole the account from) can commandeer the account at any time. Meaning I purchased something from someone that a.) doesn't belong to them in the first place and is not theirs to sell and b.) I can't even keep. I have screenshots of all conversations if anyone wants the "receipts" to my claim.

Do yourself a favor and don't risk your money on G2A. It's an absolute scam.

G2A.com is a best site for buying gift card I may say. I successfully bought a gift card from this site and it was delivered immediately. I would have given them a 5-star but the site is too sensitive and sometimes don't take $#*! from anyone

G2a used to be good, but now it's filled with scammers. G2a is happy to take their cut and will NOT help the customer in any way. They literally ALLOW people to scam you and they offer no support at all. Even when it's obvious the scammers are breaking the law.

Was trying to buy a CD key for a game on Steam for a friend. Instead I ended up buying a whole steam account with that one game. I didn't even redeem the account and tried to explain that was not what I intended to buy and also that buying a Steam account like this is illegal according to Steam and they can get the account suspended. They didn't care about it, obviously as they sell those things and I wasnt able to get any kind of refund.

No refund policy, I received a steam Account instead of a steam key. I wanted a refund the support says I need to contact the seller and the seller just dont answer and you get you see the many never again.

I bought a Global Steam Code for Forza 4 on G2A from a seller Siastore. Rather than a code I received an url to a Chinese website with a temporary login and password. I was supposed to log in to this account to generate a Steam code but I would have to log in to the Steam account provided in the message to make it work. I have never seen more dodgy method. G2A Refund policy states that you can get the money back only with if the seller agrees which obviously not going to happen. I will never use G2A again.

There have been many instances of sellers selling steam accounts instead of the steam key, one of the more well know scammers on the site is Plyxa_games. Instead of selling you the steam key, they provide you with an account for you to login with. The issue with this is you sont have access to email and could still lose this account in the future. And account selling is also against Steam's TOS.

I bought a lifetime one-time purchase for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 Mac edition and i be been using it fine until Tuesday when i got blocked from acrobat pro receiving an message from Adobe that my license key is Invalid and not legal, thus they revoked my key. I contacted the seller and they claimed that "This is a known problem and occurred because from what we see, you tried to install the key in a second machine", which is not true!
They refused to deal with my problem, so i contacted Adobe and asked them to audit my key license and see what's happening.
They informed me that the key license is illegal the reseller is not authorized and that this license key is a product of piracy. I explained to them the response i got from the reseller and they replied that this is not true because i can install the license key in 2 machines (even though i did not!).
They specifically said that the key got revoked because it's illegally obtained and it's a product of piracy. In my question why this happened after so long they explained that adobe runs key audits every now and then randomly and that's why it got revoked. The seller refuses to either refund me or replace my license key.
G2A is covering the seller and they email me excuses.

Just pay full price elsewhere. My son purchased from here previously, but today he was scammed. So never again. Apparently scammers are allowed to sell their accounts on this platform without any oversight. If you make this type of purchase, the seller can reclaim it at any time. You lose your money and the game. We lost $56 trying to save $5 by coming to G2A. And G2A has a "no refund" policy and you cannot reach anyone by phone. Just Stay Away! Spend your money on a legit site that has oversight, is reputable, and shuts down fraudulent transactions.

Hello, i bough a game from from the G2A website with order number **************.

The money is gone from my account. I didn't get anything key on any Mail adres. I was not logged in in my account when i bough it. And i keepd saying "progressing payment".

I've been trying to contact G2A for days, i had contact with the sellər. They tell me i need to contact G2A directly. The only way i find is with the stupid both. Can someone tell me how i can contact them directly?

I brought a 'key' from one their sellers. It was an illegal key and when I reached out to G2A they didn't wants to do anything about it. That same seller has hundreds of complaints about a similar thing (Siastore) yet they do nothing about it. Zero customer service or protection if something goes wrong.
