I live in Canada and was searching the internet for a Christmas Gift for my buddies son, he loves Liverpool and Golf when I came across a great site called "Golf Europe Store". They had what I wanted, but I am always skeptical when purchasing from a new company, but I tell you, it was the greatest experience, I placed an order and with-in 5-days I received it, It was what I wanted, the quality and service was great and I would highly recommend using this company. No warranty service despit the legal 2 year warranty. No repsonse whatever And if you buy throughout Amazon hey provide only a 90 days warrenty service policy so;-(

Like so many others, it seems, I ordered a club which has never turned up, I can't get to speak to anyone, and, their customer service is non-existent - literally, they NEVER answer the customer service phone line. Items show as in stock when clearly they are not. My order was placed on 16/12/2015 (after 3 days of email correspondence) then told to wait 3 weeks, then another 1-2 weeks and I still have not received it as at 31-01-2015.

It does appear that some people get lucky and Golf Store Europe can source their items but, it is a gamble and anyone risk-averse should buy elsewhere. The items listed have an 'In Stock' indicator which gives the impression that it is somehow linked to their warehouse (which I now no longer believe exists), however, the indicator is not dynamic - that is it does not update to 'Out of stock' when they can no longer supply the goods.

Customer service is terrible. They never answer the customer 'service' phone, are slow to respond to emails, and do not even answer emails sent out of hours (unbelievably, you have to resend the email during working hours - whatever that means).

I have started a dispute with paypal to see if I can get my money back.

Tip for consumers:
If you can't speak to anyone directly who can confirm they have what you want is actually in stock, don't proceed with the purchase.

If you do feel lucky and attempt to buy from them, REGISTER ON THEIR SITE BEFORE YOU ORDER otherwise you will never be able to track your order .

I paced an order back in January. My item was marked as been in stock at that time. 2 weeks later I had not received my order. I had tried to contact by phone on several occasions but to no joy. I emailed and received an email saying they would deal with my enquiry with 72 hours. They got back to me 2 days later stating they were waiting for a shipment within next 5-7 days and then they would send my order out immediately. Was still waiting 10 days on. Sent another email with my original email and their response. Email received same as before they will deal with my enquiry within 72 hours. No reply.
After a week of no reply I contact PayPal to open a dispute about my order. With In 24 hours I had the money back in my account and then 6 hours after PayPal informed me that had happened I received an email from the company that my order had been cancelled. Thankfully I had paid with PayPal as I would still be trying to get this sorted.
I will not be placing any orders with the company in the future and I advise others not to as well.

I ordered a 34" putter from GolfStoreEurope on 19 November 2014 and the money was immediately deducted from my credit card. On 20 November, GolfStoreEurope emailed me to say that the 34" putter had been discontinued and could I accept a 33" instead. I immediately agreed to the order being changed to 33" as this was not critical and I thought that they would be able to despatch it to me right away. They confirmed the change by email the following day and I felt reassured. However, by 26 November, I had heard nothing further from GolfStoreEurope. I contacted them again by email and was informed that this size of putter was not in stock and was not expected for a further 5 - 7 days after which it would be immediately dispatched. I went on holiday for a week from 1st - 8th December but still no putter awaiting on my return. Telephoning proved useless as it went straight to voice who referred me to the website. My emails now got an automated response that stated a delay of 48 hours for a reply. I was exasperated by now and I contacted my credit card supplier and consumer protection to initiate proceedings to recover my outlay and have them investigated. It should be remembered that, for purchases of less than £100, credit card customers have only 100 days in which to seek recovery of their money. Leave it longer and you are on your own. I cannot provide a negative rating for GolfStoreEurope so I will leave it blank.

I ordered these gloves as Christmas gift for my brother in law. Delivery was quite fast. The gloves are really nice and my brother in law is happy with them. Definitely a recommended store!

This is a fake webshop! Placed my order a week ago...
The folks at Golfstoreeurope.com is no where to be found.
Sent countless emails and try to call many times... no response.
Stay away!

If it was possible to give this company minus 5* I would still claim it was a generous score. Please be warned any "would be purchaser", do not give your money away, as ultimately that is what you are doing. I ordered a pair of Footjoy casual shoes as a Christmas present on 3/12/14, with the promise of next day delivery. I never received any acknowledgement, despite the money being taken from my account. After 7 days I tried endlessly to contact Golfstore Europe, to be greeted each time with an automated message, saying their CSA'S were busy, despite trying at different times on different days. I then emailed and waited 4 days for a response... they claim to answer emails in 48 hrs. I was eventually blessed with a response, that told me my item was out of stock and would be reordered and delivered as soon as possible"! Obviously not in time for Christmas and probably not even in the new year. I have emailed and tried phoning subsequently, all to no avail. I will now have to raise a dispute with Paypal. Please do not even think about parting with your money to this company. Listen to the reviews. I wish I had. The people who gave 5 * are by far in the minority and just got lucky.

Ordred King Cobra bag on the 27th of dec 2011, delivered at my adress in Norway on the 5th of jan. Low price, low freight price (to Norway). Delivered on my door step via the national postal system (Posten).

Best price for a Sunice Carleton Zephal Jacket on line. Bought as a Christmas present. Placed the order on the 8th of December, it was despatched on the 9th and it arrived on the 12th. Just brilliant...

Absulute unreliable. BE CAREFUL. If you order with Paypal and you don't receive the goods in time, cancel the order and open a dispute within 45days! Golfstoreeurope is stalling the delivery and keeping you waiting untill the time to open a dispute is over. I informed Paypal about this and asked them to help. Although they said they couldn't help me anymore the money was back in 24hr. Total order, delivery, cancellation and dispute time took 60days. Nerve-wracking! (not worth one star)

Ordered irons 3 weeks ago still not received them after paying in full, customer service terrible they wont answer the phone or email back starting to get a bit worried! Stay away if you are sensible

Great prices but I ordered a pair of shoes and a new bag 1 week ago and still no sign of them.

The website clearly states "We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours except for Custom Fit which can take between 7-10 Days as these items are built to your specific requirements".

Neitehr my shoes or bag or custom fit so what's the problem?!

I have tried phoning all day and the phone doesn't even ring, it's straight to a looped answerphone message which my previous call centre experience tells me that the phones are not even manned. I then emailed customer service to be told that it can take 72hrs to get a reply. Not what you want to hear when you are chasing something that is already late.

The order confirmation has a link to track the order but it has just said that it's being processed for the last week - most unhelpful again!

I'm guessing the fact that this shocking customer service is designer to cut costs their end, but they need to realise that managing customer's expectations is not only free but key to a good shopping experience.

Shower of shyte; I would not recommend anyone uses this company!

DO NOT BUY FROM GOLFSTORE EUROPE! THEY WILL JUST TAKE THE MONEY AND VANISH

I've been successfully buying from GSE for a couple of years but in the last 8 months they have vanished their value like thin air.

> They NEVER answer to the phone
> They take at least 72 HOURS to reply o an email inquiry, if you're lucky enough
> Their oline warehouse stock availability is NOT REAL, which leads you to buy and never get the goods.
> If you happen to cancel an order, or if they do it because goods are unavailable, you have to fight with their customer service to have your money back. I personally had to fight for more than 2 months to have my order refunded and now I'm here waiting.

DON'T BUY FROM GOLFSTORE EUROPE. Choose a more reliable store, such as one you can eventually order online, if you like, and then pick up your stuff in a real store.

I ordered a Powacaddy FW5 on Dec 22 but due to the X-mas period I wasn't really expecting it to arrive before then so held on until 30th December to try and contact them. I believe the number given on the website is from a phone box somewhere in the countryside as no one ever answers!
Finally get delivery on 12th January to find that they have actually sent me a FW3 instead of a FW5 approximately £100 difference in prices. I have bombarded them with mails and unanswered phone calls with yet no reply except a courtesy mail to say they have received mine!
Lucky enough I am working in Northern Ireland next week so am going to take the wrong product that was sent and actually see there establishment at 1st hand!
Will never ever attempt to look on the website again and from now on at every course I play on both UK and Eire there will be a mention on how to avoid this place!

Tip for consumers:
Avoid like the plague!! Pay the extra money and go somewhere reputable!

I have used this site several times including buying a custom Mizuno MP59 iron set and never had a problem. I recommend this site fondly to my friends.
