It's a different product than Shutterfly. Don't compare the 2. The quality is exactly what you should expect. They just acquired it so give them some time to iron out bugs. I love mine. No issues with mine
Groove book Sucks! Had original app and worked great! Quality of pictures overall was mediocre to poor. Delivery time Way too long--- customer service? That's a joke because there is no Customer service! Now Shutterfly bought Groovebook and things are Terrible... Can't open the app. The shutterfly group should call Themselves "gutter fly". They have totally ruined this process. Warning: save your money and don't try to do business with them!

They did not send me the book, they did not respond to any of the emails I sent, and it is impossible to cancel subscription through them. They do not answer phone calls. JUST SCAM!
I am highly dissapointed with groovebook. It sounded like such a good idea and I was so excited to get it in the mail. My first shipment was on September 18, it is now November 1st. I haven't received either groovebook. From the months of September or October. They are pretty much charging my card $2.99 a month for nothing. Highly dissatisfied and angry. There is also no phone number listed to call so I had to communicate through email. I emailed constantly asking where my groovebook was at. They answered and said they were printing them and sending them as soon as they could. I think 2 months is enough time to print and ship. I wouldn't recomend this service to anyone unless you want to get scammed out of $2.99 a month like myself! I sent an email to cancel my subscription and still haven't heard back. Highly dissatisfied with this whole experience.
I have been a customer for many months. I just recieved my January book and it was horrible. Horrible picture quality. This is the first book I have gotten since Shutterfly took over and the images and color of the pictures is the WORST I have ever seen.
I just sent a request for canceling membership, which is my 4th time attempts. It seem like they don't care. Last order was June 2014. Since I sent my request, I thought they have canceled my membership but NO. I don't know what else can I do?
After signing up., the app wouldn't accept my address so I emailed customer service and ordered my first book. Two months later still not received. I used the app to order the second book and the app would not allow a second order until the third Minh deadline. I emailed customer service to cancel my subscription considering iNEVER received even one book. I asked for a refund of my subscription but never received one. Four months into this mess I received the second book, which was filed up with done of my photos and coupons for referrals. The photos are terrible quality and I still never received the first book or a refund.
I cancelled my subscription weeks ago because my phone broke so I couldn't upload pictures to it, yet they would still charge me. For what guys? You weren't doing or sending anything. Greedy! I decided to start a new account since I got a new phone. So I went to put in my address and groovebook tells me they "changed my address and to make sure it's ok." Uh no, it's not. It's completely wrong. So I tried to enter it a different way 3 times, and it still keeps doing it. Hey groovebook, I put my address in correctly, I don't need you to assume it's something else and take it upon yourselves to change it. You really suck now. Get it together before we all find something better, and cheaper!
I started with Groove book when it first came out. It was wonderful!
Once the company was sold to Snapfish its gone down fast. The print quality is extremely poor. Let me say that again, the print quality is EXTREMELY POOR!
Signed up a month ago paid for my first book. It has been18 days still have not recived it yet. Then it got worse now i go to the app to add pictures for the next book and i add my login info and it says can't find my account. So i thought maybe i had the wrong password so i emailed them to verify my email and password and it was right. But still can't login. I have emailed them my problem but still nothing. I have to log in to cancel the account so i won't get charged. I don't know what to do.
Just recieved my 1st groovebook. I wasnot expecting much at that price, but the quality is SO poor that I would consider my printer broken if it put out this quality. They are so blurry and color off I am stunned.
I believe that Shutterfly bought out Groovebook to kill it off and avoid competition. I will never use Shutterfly again either- they know they have turned this company into garbage and when thier response is that if you dont like it go elsewhere, it doesnttake a genious to figure it out. Let Shutterfly know what you think by using other services in thier place.
Why is, there a, white border on every single picture why are they off centered why are over half of my pics cut off either the head or sides of faces. My groovebook sucks and I mean SUCKS I'm giving another chance to see if my daughter has the same experience. This whole month of waiting and emailing and 2 siting and emailing just to get these terrible pictures. I want my money back I want the groovebook thst I saw on shark tank I want the QUALITY that I saw on shark tank. I've never been so disgusted with a company. False advertising and falty craftmenship. You suck and I want my money back. How come the groovebook on shark tank looked so nice no white border no cut off faces or heads. Wow I've never blasted a company like this but thus is just disgusting

I was at first happy with Groivebook. They sent me a reminder each month to upload my photos. Suddenly I stopped getting reminders and forgot to upload my photos but still got charged. 4 months have passed and apparently there's nothing I can do about past months where they stopped reminding me to load photos. Annoyed and canceled subscription
I downloaded this after seeing them on the National news. Received one book of very poor quality and have not received another book in 8 months even though my account continued to be charged. I sent countless emails to discontinue charges and never received any response back! I finally cancelled my credit card outright to stop the charges! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
My problem is different from most, because of unauthorized debit card use, groovebook could no longer charge my account, so im fairly pleased with my photos, but trying to enter my new info, became the biggest nightmare imaginable, so after editeding my account 8 times trying to enter my new debit card info, and uninstalling, and reinstalling 3 times, i finally gave up!
I have never signed up with them yet they send me emails saying i need to upload more photos for my book. I have emailed them many times telling them that I do not have a membership and do not want one. They say they are "sorry to see me go" but will remove me from their list. Then a month later I get another email saying I need to upload more photos for my book or I will be charged $2.99 or whatever. I DON"T USE THESE PEOPLE! I have marked them as SPAM, I have demanded they cease and desist but they keep at it!
Been a member for 6 months. Have never received a single book. You can't call them and they don't answer emails. Finally had to file fraud charges with my credit card company. Don't get swallowed in
This was a gift for my grandma. I only now recently realized she hasn't been getting them monthly- more like one every 3 or 4 months. I've been charged every single month! THIEVES
It was so awesome the pictures were great always received my books in great time now I can't even get them to send a book but keep getting charged twice a month and they do not seem to care at all!
Very poor customer service. It's been 3 weeks amd have not received my first book. I've emailed them but no resolution. They were really quick to charge my account; no problem there!
Please do not not waste your time and money. The quality of pictures that you get are worthless. This is why I just sent and email requesting to cancel my subscription.
They stopped sending me my groove book. No tele # to speak to someone. I tried to cancel my account and they would not cancel. They continued to charge my credit card even after they stopped sending the groove books. NO CUSTOMER SERVICES!

I am so angry Groovebook has been charging my account for over 1 year I have 2 books. Wont accept address change. BUT MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT IS YOU CAN NEVER TALK TO A PERSON YOU CAN TEXT OR EMAIL EVEN ON THE SITE NO CUSTOMER NUMBER OR EMAIL HAVE TO GO OUT OF SITE AND GOGGLE IT. I rarely write reviews this company seriously needs to fix customer service if it wants to survive
Groovebook is a SCAM! Their app doesn't work, their support team never responds and they ignore their customers email requests to cancel. I have been waiting for weeks for assistance and they are ignoring me. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They steal from customers.
